  You probably want to use a command like this:
  for /f %i in (list.txt) can I copy/b %i destDir
  Where "list.txt" is a file that contains a list of the files that you want to copy and 'destDir' is the directory you want to copy.  If you put this line in a '.bat' file, you may need to replace each character "%" to "%".

  Or, if it's a short list of files, you could do something like:
  for %i in (file1, file2, File3) can I copy/b %i destDir

• Specify several file types for filePicker

  When you specify a file type for a FilePicker, 'relevant' tab is made available on the left which includes all files of this type on your device on a single screen. I want to be able to have more than one of these tabs, so I guess that if I specify several file types that I can get the legs at all what I said.

  The FilePicker API reference for ' bb::cascades:ickers::FileType:Types defaultType "he's hinting that there is a way to specify more than one file type for a FilePicker. How can I do this?

  I got to try something that seems to work. In the use of definition FilePicker:

  type: FileType.Picture + FileType.Document + FileType.Music + FileType.Video + FileType.Other
  

  This puts a drop-down menu at the top of your filepicker where you can choose from any one of the types that you specify in the order that you specify. ('Other' Chooseing will give you the default view). Don't know if there is another or a better way to do this, but it works for now.

• Several files with the same name.

  Cannot publish to Business Catalyst because of a fatal error, where it is said "why do we have several files with the same name?  The website and all its contents have not changed in more than a year with the exception of minor changes to the wording so unable to understand what the error is encountered. Are there not better misdiagnosed at one point less for the files in question.

  The problem is the result of a mixture of case-sensitive and case-insensitive between how files within the .oam are put into interaction with and what is written in the muse_manifest.xml file during a re - download full compared to an incremental download.

  If all .oam packages files are tiny and the original .oam were replaced in Muse with the all new tiny .oams, then you should select Upload: publish all the files in the dialog box Options. From there, forward publication of incremental changes should work without errors.

  I think I must have spaced and forgot how to change the export destination for several files in ME all at once.  I looked through the manual and couldn't find a way to do this, and I know that I've done in the past, or at least I think I have.  I don't know I'm missing something obvious.

  You can do this in two ways - depends on what you want to do.

  1. If you want to put multiple files in SOUL and change destination to exit for them:

  

  -Simply select all the files you have in the f.eg SOUL. pressing ALT + A on your keyboard

  -Then click on the destination of one of your files path

  -Choose destination that you want to select and confirm that Pope

  -After that all your outouts for all of your files should change for destinations

  2. If you want to select a main destination for all of your files that will allow you to put the soul at any time:

  

  -Open the SOUL

  -go to Edit/Preferences

  -Select Specify output destination (1)

  -Browse for the destination you need (2)

  -Press OK

  -a from now on, any file that you import/implement SOUL will set out for the destination you have selected

• Problem processing several files in Photoshop Elements

  I have always used the process multiple files option in the menu file without problem. I just finished editing some photos that I've done before and wanted to turn it into a smaller JPEG file and add my watermark. I put all the settings under multiple program files and click OK. The first image came and appeared in the process, but then a dialog box "save under" came. The box has been asked to save the file as a photoshop file and not a JPEG file. I can't find out why it does this. I restarted the program and my computer and I tried to run the same process on the other files with the same result.

  Which version of elements?

  Was it a raw format file?

  If so, your mode menu bit in the middle of the lower bar of the ACR dialog box is set to 16 bit? Try the 8-bit configuration and save a raw 8-bit file before trying the process several files again to see if that makes a difference.

  Hold down SHIFT and drag one doc to another. Or use the layer > duplicate and use the destination drop-down to select the good doc.

• Export of several files in a new catalog

  I usually work in a wide catalog, called Wildlife_Scenic.

  During the winter, I photographed my child to some of the area ski comps and imported into separated in the Wildlife_Scenic catalog files.

  G: drive has folders as JacksonHole, Sun Valley, ParkCity, Roxanne and each of these subfolders with some of the different clubs and skiers.

  Now that the season is over, I want to export these folders and subfolders in a new catalog Ski_2010, preserving the subfolders. Once exported, to their own catalogue, I intend remove them from the Wildlife_Scenic catalog, but I'll leave them in the original files on the hard G disc.

  I tried the control by selecting many files and exporting it to a new catalog, but it has exported the first folder. The dialog box said something like 'folder to export as a new catalog. I just opened this catalog, and he maintained the subfolders.

  So, I need to export all of the individual records in a new catalog, and then import each of those back in a compiled catalog? Did I miss an option to export the Group of selected files at once in a new catalog?

  I'm not see why do you see a "PITA". !

  I can do the export as a catalogue of several files-ONE on one (Ctrl) key and a few mouse clicks! then type a name.

  1. hold down the CTRL key and click each file you want to select - (it works in grid or Loupe mode, and you don't have to select all the images individually, just records.)

  

  2. select in the top menu {file > export as catalog.}  (Do not do a right-click on a folder for this as ONE folder would be exported!)

  

  3. If you uncheck the box for "export only selected photos:" then ALL the images in ALL the folders will appear in the exported catalog. The other options will depend on the location where the exported catalog is used.

  In menu metadata, remember that "Show metadata for objective picture Only" is NOT checked. If it is enabled, the behavior you describe will occur.

  OS X does not have an iota of code Microsoft Windows. Do not expect that it works in the same way.

  1. You have the choice on OS X. You can click and drag the file icons that you want to remove, then right-click on one of them and select move to trash.
  2. You can select the first icon in the file and then pressing the SHIFT key or order, select the following icons. Then click on any place in the trash.
  3. Step 2, but using the arrow keys for the selection of additional directional file icon.
  4. Combine [1, 2, 3] to add or subtract icons from file.

  I have been using PowerPoint for many years, but now I want to change my speech.  On PowerPoint, there is a feature where I can "insert slides from file".  I have often used this function to insert the files (database of song lyrics) quickly to form a unique presentation with special songs, I need on a given day.

  I would like to know if there is a similar feature on Keynote, or if there is another way I can insert quickly from the files of a database to compile a unique presentation.

  It would be much too tedious open individual database files, select all of the slides, drag them into the new format, and then close each file database.

  Keynote can directly move the media to a folder if they are graphic compatible QuickTime video and audio.  Drag and drop pictures on the Panel of the browser, it is located on the left side of the slide canvas.

  It seems that these songs are NOT currently in your iTunes library?  This does mean that your library iTunes music starts empty (no), or has she written a few songs?

  If the iTunes music library is a beginner vacuum...  First go to the Advanced iTunes preferences pane.  The default location for the iTunes Media folder is in your iTunes folder.  It should say something like

  /Users/ [your account name] / music/iTunes/iTunes Media

  You can go using Finder to see how it is implemented (and keep this open Finder window).  That's where iTunes organizes your music files in subfolders, by media type (music of the songs)-> the name of the artist-> album-> the song file name.  In this same preferences window, there are TWO check boxes to keep iTunes Media folder organized AND copy files to the Media folder when adding to the iTunes library.  These boxes must be checked If not check.

  Then show your music library in the iTunes window.  I like to use the sight of songs (using control near the top right of the iTunes window to change the view), for a list of simple songs with columns.  If these ' 2 GIANT on my desktop ' files Folders with your songs, drag their office to the iTunes window and drop it on the music library.  iTunes imports all compatible audio files, and they should start to appear in your music library as they are imported.  Alternatively, you can view the folders and files of songs appear in the Finder window showing the iTunes Media folder (look in the subfolder of the music ).

  It depends on the 'metadata' in the song files.  If present, iTunes uses.  If some of the songs, artists or albums are not named as desired, you can update these entries in iTunes.  iTunes 'guard organized the iTunes media folder' from the changes that you make in iTunes-info of the song.
