I have a question about drive extended forms and expiration.

The following scenario will exist?

Reader expansion license expiration Date: April 1, 2012

The drive model extended: December 31, 2011 with the above license

The user opens the form on June 1, 2012. Is the form player always extended at this stage?


Notice that we don't not player - extend (as an activity in our process) every time the form is rendered. Instead, we drive - extend the model and place it as an asset in our ABI.

It is a response from both sides, first to answer your question, and then to raise an issue of General License.

To answer your direct question, the rights of extension drive will end when credentials expire (in your example, April 1, 2012). After this time, the user will receive a message that depends on the version of the player.

  • If it is the Reader 8 or before, they will receive a message whose form has changed and that rights are no longer available.
  • For reader 9 and above all, messages have been improved, so that it will tell you that your form has passed the expiration date and that the user needs to obtain a new form of the creator. It will then differentiate between production licences and assessment to tell you which side of things the original RE license fell on.  And then, he'll be saying that you can always view and print the file (it is still a complete in PDF format), but you will not be able to record or perform other duties compatible rightes.

But the biggest problem is that you seem to not have license appropriate in place.  Production licences have long-term (good until 2021 or 2023) licenses. The fact that your license expires in 2012 says that you were using the evaluation or development of licenses and qualifications, which all tend to have time-outs from three months to two years. You can see the details of your license on the server of the user interface (a 'get info' do) or via Acrobat (Niall explained the technique in another thread - see October 24). And if you are one of them, get the ID number (the identification information will be identifies as P23 or another P with two figures) and I can decode for you.

The question is independent of the question of if you drive - expand once or you drive to extend a process for each form.

    You said that it is in some tables. Just saw the tables that are affected:

    • Is there scripts implemented that create the table dynamically? Or the tables already exist, and additional lines are added dynamically?
    • Look at the name of the header line. There are scripts that reference the header lines?

    I have a client that I made a PDF of a questionnaire they provide to their clients to fill out using forms, I created using Acrobat.

    On my machine, and a very old machine running XP, I could open the doc, fill out forms, save the document under a different title and e-mail with their information intact.

    Now, I sent this file to my client and they advised me that they could not save the file again during the test on how complete the form work, indicating an error message reading, "data typed into this form will not be saved." Adobe Reader can only save a copy of this form. Please print your form if you would like a copy for your records,"which will not work for my client, which means that it will not work for me either. The document must be completed and re-recorded under a new title and sent to my client.

    In addition to searching inside, a contact sent me a screenshot of the PROPERTIES > SECURITY tab which States

    -Document Assembly

    -Content copy for accessibility

    -Comment

    -Singing

    -Creation of Pages of models

    are not allowed. So, I double checked with the basic document I sent to them, and all these security options are ALLOWED.

    There must be something that I am missing to make this file accessible to all.

    Is this a problem with vs Acrobat Reader? What do I need change or direct my client about to obtain this form of work and be savable with the completed forms.

    And again - it is aggrivating on my end because I'm not running in one of these issues on my multiple machines, and yet all my contacts and my customer are facing this problem, so I feel a little in the dark on everything that happens. If you have any info on this, please let me know as soon as you can.

    If you can fill out them and save, you are probably using Acrobat. They are probably using reader.

    You must activate the document so that Reader users can fill them out and save.

    Open the PDF in Acrobat and choose file > save as > Reader extended PDF...

    The question mark has nothing to do with your subscription at the end. The question mark on your records indicates that Lightroom cannot find the photos, because they have been moved or renamed, or delete outside of Lightroom. The instructions to fix it are: Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing

    You want to allow someone to open your document and fill in the form (the fields that you have created), but not change or edit the form, right? Here is the answer - assuming you use Acrobat Pro and someone will open the PDF with the Acrobat Reader 9 minimum and more:

    Tools > Protection > encrypt< encrypt="" with="">

    Select YES to change security.

    Opens in a new window:

    Do not select NOT open the Document (or will require a password to open the document.)

    SELECT: Permissions (check the box next to ' Restrict editing and printing of the document. ")

    Change the following 2 settings in the drop-down list box:

    Printing allowed: select high resolution

    Changes allowed: select commenting on, fill in the fields on the form and signature of signature fields
    Selected leave: "enable access text for playback devices to screen for people with visual impairments.

    Change password Permissions (insert a password)

    Leave all the other settings alone in 'Options '.

    OK - OK

    Again enter the Permissions password (the one you entered above)

    OK - OK

    Save the PDF file to apply security [notice that (SECURED0 will appear after the title of the document]

  • Forms and reports Migration question

    Nice day

    We migrated a planning application to a customer of their Production to their Test environment. Everything seems 100% except for forms and reports. I am able to view details about the forms, but am not able to open them and the same is true for reports. I remember reading a post somewhere that he had specific tables in the repository of planning that had to be copied through.

    If someone can help with this problem? I need to know what schema and tables? The repository for planning is in Oracle.

  • After uninstalling some pgms unnecessary and put to other day my gmail and facebook screens lost their icons, set form and receipts.

    I run firefox on a machine window7. I uninstalled couponamazing, verizon and a few other programs. Then I have updated flash and google chrome. I've never used google chrome before. On enter in firefox my gmail and facebook pages were not properly put in the form (all b + W with open boxes, no icons). I then uninstalled google chrome. I have read a few questions help and erased my money, removed history and reset firefox. Still have the same problems with gmail and FB.

    I'm using numbers on a Mac and have a question form.

    Basically, I trade the Forex market. A particular strategy, due to the volatility on the graph 4 hr and the range of prices around my entry level, I have 3 entry levels and 3 separate stops.

    In the column A is the pair, for example, it could be GBP/JPY or USD/JPY. Each pair has its own characteristics, volatility and spread, so the size of the stop and the position of the trades are different to each other.

    Before entering the trade I have enter the price of the trade in the B column, and then enter the size of the judgment in column H and after I pressed enter, all of the columns between the two levels of trade of 2nd/3rd and the position of 3 stop price are calculated. These price levels, that I use to Cross Ref orders waiting or create limit orders.

    The formula is the same throughout the rank, I know how to set that upward, that I don't know or even know if it's possible, set the numbers so that it identifies the currency pair are get calculated and so use the appropriate values already predetermined that is unique for each pair? Otherwise if I can't do it, I'll just have some separate tables for each currency pair.

    Are the values of each pair, or are they specific to each of the currencies and calculated from the values to apply to the pair?

    If they are predetermined for each pair, has a lookup table containing a possible list of currency pairs in the column, then each of the values predetermined in the following columns can be used here.

    The values could then be extracted using VLOOKUP, or a combination of MATCH and INDEX.

    If they are predetermined for each currency, replace "currency" for possible "par" and "currency" for 'currency pairs' in paragraph 2 above.

    A table of model listing currencies and the sample values would help in the composition of a formula to adapt to the situation. You can get general information about the functions listed above in the browser functions. Select a cell any on a table, type = to open the browser functions, then enter the function name in the search box to bring up a description (with examples) for each function.

    So this may seem like a stupid question, but if I intend to spend of the installed 160 GB 5400 RPM HDD of the Satellite Pro A300 1EA to a 7200 RPM drive HARD (do not know the ability yet) and I was wondering how to make recovery disks (downgrade from Vista professional and XP Professional) coming with the work of the laptop with the HARD disk that does not part of factory as drives for my understanding restore the system...

    The size of the drive HARD replacement has something to do with the thing?
    If the replacement HARD drive is also 160 GB system see the difference? And even if it was smaller or larger the system see the difference?

    I have not even bought the laptop but will soon and it is a little urgent.

    I think that he should t be a problem with an upgrade to a faster and bigger HARD drive.
    But before you switch the HARD disk, you must create the Toshiba Recovery DVD using the Toshiba Recovery Disk Creator.
    After the recovery disk has been created, you can move the hard drives.

    I just installed windows XP Pro on one of my computers. Now when installing, it showed me the main partition C and another extended partition (which was very small). Now windows gave me the option to install Windows on the C partition and it me has failed to use the extended partition, he said is reserved for windows.
