Registry DWM.exe error at startup

I get a registry error message whenever I start my desktop computer.

The error message is: 'cannot load or launch 'C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Temp\dwm.exe' specified in the registry. Make sure that the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry. »

This problem started after I ran SuperAntiSpyware. I tried to use CCleaner and Advanced System Care programs to fix this registry, but they did not work.

  • Satellite A300 - CEC_MAIN. EXE error at startup

Hello, I have a Toshiba Satellite A300 network and when I run Windows Vista and the error message is displayed. This error is cec_main.exe.

I have remove the camera assistant software and restart the computer, restart when Windows the message not to apears. I have install the camera assistant software, and this error again.

    Does anyone have the solution?

    Hello

The CEC_MAIN. EXE application belongs to the software of the camera, and if you have already tried to reinstall, you should check your firewall and security software.
I think that your security software is blocking this application in order to check this!

If it doesn't work remove the software and reboot the laptop. Use CCleaner to clean the system and reboot once again. After that, install the latest software for the Toshiba page.

Altogether. Yes, you can replace a hard drive in a laptop. If the laptop is still under warranty, contact Dell technical support. If this isn't the case, you can buy a hard drive for the laptop to your favorite online or offline store. I normally buy equipment in NewEgg.com. Of course, you will need to install Windows on your new hard drive. If you do not have a recovery with her media, you need get the Dell disks. After you have installed Windows on your new hard drive, if it was not with a recovery disk, you will need to download/install drivers and utilities from the Dell Web site, update Vista Service Pack 2, do all the Windows updates, install a good antivirus (I recommend ESET NOD32 for a commercial and Avast for a free) restore your data from backup.

If you can't do the work yourself (and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea), take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad).
