  A200/PSAE7
  -XP Pro (2 x with OS selector, 1 OS XP XP main, 2nd XP for games)

  _Problem_:
  After booting XP from my main XP installation I always get an error message pop up stating that there is no prob with TFncKy and TFncKy should be stopped. As "signature of the problem" I get the following:

  With one of the following keys on keyboard always results in above described error pop up but key are functional:
  WinLogo, DEL, HOME, PGUP /-DN, END, right SHIFT, FN + keys F etc.

  My second installation of XP (Lite for games) short smooth after SP3 upgrade: no error TFncKy error message.

  As my second XP runs without any problems after SP3 I'm not sure if the proplem is related with + tfncky.exe + or + ntdll.dll +.

  BTW:
  What driver package includes "tfncky.exe? Toshiba controls?

  I had some problems with my new laptop so I decided to try the «Refresh your PC» function Doing so brought on a slew of new problems which I had no chance to solve on my own. I hope someone knows what to do with this mess.

  After "refreshing" to my PC, my laptop wouldn't let me:
  Install anything (downloads are OK, though)
  Programs open (with the exception of Internet Explorer)
  Applications open
  Open C: /.
  Open the laptop settings
  Solve problems ("an error has occurred during troubleshooting.")

  It became obvious to me that the majority of these problems were because the updating of Windows me rid of my administrative privileges.

  I tried to solve this problem with every idea that I had and every suggestion I could find online. The problem is that my phone won't allow me to do anything to capture administrative privileges.

  I was forced to do a reformat and reload Windows 7 on my PC that I just made two days ago.  My photos are on a separate drive so that the drive was not reformatted.  I also saved all the Lightroom files from my main drive.  After reloading Lightroom and Photoshop and copy my Lightroom files to their default location and 'find' my photos once again, it seems that almost all my photos have keywords that I have given them over the years, but some of these photos, particularly some fact in the past two weeks have not key words they gave before reloading.  Frustrating is that some I did at the same time that others have them and others do not for example I have a directory of photos all the same meeting and I would have given the same keyword 70 of these pictures and now 8 or 10 of them still have the keyword but the rest do not.  Also, I added a new keyword on three or four weeks that I used for about 8 or 10 pictures and this keyword does not yet appear in the list of keywords after reloading.

  Is there a way to recover these keywords in these photos.  The reason why I can't do it manually, is that I'm not 100% sure who had the key words, that's why I put them there in the first place so that I could do a search and find the right photos.

  Good news, for me at least.  I had solved it.  Somehow, I had saved two versions of the LR catalog and I loaded the older in back.  I didn't know I had two versions, so I didn't get the latest from the previous version.  Thanks to dj_paige to give it a shot.  He made me watch again and finally deserves some credit.
