  Another question, if the OEM Setup program does not come with 64 bit and I have to clean install the retail version, my OEM product key will work?

  Click on advanced system settings

  Click on the System Protection

  Click on configure

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  If the PC is sold on the copy of Windows can go with it. (With an OEM license simply means that one) the permit is cheaper than a retail license and b) the licensed software cannot be installed on the original machine.
