• Fraud - charged for a purchase unauthorized iTunes/Youtube

  I got an e-mail, allegedly from Apple (***@contacts.icloud.com), saying that I was charged for an unauthorized purchase iTunes. It's a song unrecognized phone unposted. Delete my purchase the link takes me to Youtube.

  Can someone advise how I remove this purchase and report this fraud, please?

• "phone call from Ms. license has expired"

  Three days ago, that I've upgraded to Win10. This may or may not affect the following.

  Today, I received the following message on my voice mail:

  "1-877-236-0793 it is an emergency call to warn you that your Microsoft Windows license key has expired.". To renew the license key please call toll free 1-877-236-0793. »

  I called the number and a guy tech with a very thick Indian accent. He directed me to 'WWW.support18.com '.

  He began to guide me through the screens, including the "run..." command

  I hung up on him.

  Hello - I got daily phone calls from "No. Caller ID" people claiming to work for Microsoft with regard to hacking my account. All of the appellants had an Indian accent and some have hung up when I asked for a number to call back on until today.

  An Indian lady gave me his details and asked me to call her back on:

  Microsoft, Thames Valley Park, Reading

  1721 employee ID

  Amanda Parker

  0118-328-2346

  still sounds dubious and I not call her back, as the "Amanda Parker" does not sound of Indian decent?

  is the normal procedure of Microsoft to call me by phone without previous introduction of myself?

  I recently lost a laptop computer so am curious, could be something to do with it?

  I think someone made a scam and use of microsoft windows as there is a way to enter your House.  I need to know if it's a scam. I got a cal from windows telling me the last 2 weeks my computer has een get a virus and will break unless a representative of your company out to solve the problem.  They even had my home.  My computer works well and still be notified if there is an alert any.  Help!

  27 January 2015, I received a call also say my computer is having problems and if I didn't remove the unwanted files all my free space would be used upwards. Because I'm having problems and need to get my Web page all the time and I report my problems to Microsoft, I thought that's why they called me. They won the remote access and my date of birth and credit card information.  I answered security questions and my answers have been modified remotely to transfer Western Union funds immediately, I hung up the phone and shut down my computer. I wasn't able to get back on the computer because I've accessed remotely. I called the Bank and then Microsoft to report the scam. They helped me change my password. I then took my computer to Best Buy Geek Squad to see if something has been downloaded. Fortunately, it was OK.

  I want to report a scam call 97059007 today 09:40, 17 August 2016. The girl had an Asian voice and claimed to be yourself "Microsoft." I told him that I do not discuss my company on the phone, or give out any personal information. Then, I clung to the top.

  If, however, it is yourselves, please respond to my request. If there is a problem with my account, I wish a response by e-mail.

• Phone call about a virus in my windows operating system

  I am called by phone # 218-768-4316 once at 7:15 and 16:57 today saying that the server has been detected that my windows operating system has been infected by a virus. I have Malware bytes and Microsoft essentials protect my operating system of windows on all my computers. In my view, that it is a kind of a scam. Can you please specify? John

  I just got an unsolicited phone call that was supposed to be from Microsoft on my firewall Windows being collapsed. I did what he asked and hung up. According to my computer my firewall Windows works fine. What's the story with that?

This is fraud, and a large number of your customers who are not savvy with Internet go into a big mess, which in turn will become your problem.
