Reports of problems and solutions does not

solutions and report problems isn't checking for problems. the only option is to change the settings. the setting is set to automatically check and get the solution and send it to microsoft.

I checked in the services and it is started. I looked in Task Manager and could not find the service that there are listed.

Also the Service of diagnosis (WDI Service host) doesn't have a boot option, even if it is automatic.

What's wrong? How can I fix it?

Perform scan sfc on your computer. (Sfc scan) System File Checker tool analyzes the system files and replaces incorrect versions of system files by using the correct versions. To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:

1. Click Start and type cmd in the box start the search.

2. right click on cmd in the list programs and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue

3. at the command calls, the following line and press ENTER: sfc/scannow

When the analysis is complete, test to see if the problem you are experiencing is resolved.

    After scoring in my Windows Vista machine, I am bombarded with notifications "Problem reports and solution" does not. I tried to disable the service, but I still get notifications. I can't find PRS in the control panel. In the event viewer, I found the following:

    I can't confirm or deny that usrename of the local administrator account has been changed. It is quite possible. I know that usernames on the pc have been changed to instead of creating new user accounts. I just can't confirm if one of these accounts was a local administrator.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a major pain in the back.

    I suggest you to disable and re-enable the USB controllers:

    a. click Startand then click run.

    b. type devmgmt.msc, and then click OK. Device Manager opens.

    c. expand Bus USB controllers.
    Note: You need to scroll the list to find this point.

    d. right-click the first USB controller under USB Bus controllersand then click Uninstall to remove it.

    e. Repeat step 4 for each USB controller is listed under Bus USB controllers.

    Note: restart the computer. After the computer starts, Windows will automatically check for changes on the hardware and reinstall all USB controllers that you uninstalled.

    Reset the computer to start as usual

    2. 'see problems to check' is gray
    3. "view problem history" is gray

    5. "history of solution and problem of Cloar" is grayed out

    Method 1: Run the hardware and peripheral troubleshooting tool and check if it makes a difference.

    Method 2: Disconnect all USB (Universal Serial Bus) devices connected to the computer (unless your mouse and keyboard). Connect the printer and check to see if the problem persists.

    Method 3: Connect the printer to a different USB port and check.

    Method 4: Reinstall the USB (Universal Serial Bus) controllers.

     First of all, please disconnect all USB devices and then perform the following steps:

    (a) click on 'Start', type device manager in the search bar and press "Enter." If necessary, click on continue.

    (b) in Device Manager, double-click to expand the "USB Bus controllers", right-click on the "host controller", click "Uninstall" and click "OK".

    (c) repeat step 2 to uninstall all items under 'USB Bus controllers'.

     

    Then, restart your computer and windows will automatically reinstall all USB controllers.

     

    HP printer drivers- ensure that you download the driver appropriate for your device model package.

  • How can I get hpzidr12.dll? HP SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WORK

    I have a c7280 all in one printer and just installed win 7 32 bit ultimate on windows vista ultimate. HP solutions asked me on an upgrade to get the printer etc drivers and software updated for win 7. I downloaded the complete installation as directed by HP and the installation version, the computer just sits there in the part of installing software and then comes up with the next Dot - 4 Wrapper message repair. This file does not exist and is required for installation. then it gives me the necessary dll. who is C:\windows\system32\hpzidr12.dll manufacturer HP version 0.0.0.0. Where can I get this DLL file? I can't support for HP because my printer is under warranty and of course all the HP wants is your money if you have a problem and certainly no worries to try to help their clients regarding this problem. I installed their patches, and they do not work. Now, my printer is not fax or copy. It is connected wireless and I did HP diagnostics and wireless printer software and device software and several patches there including the dog patch, and the patch scan. always uninstall and reinstall the software reveals the same problem and when you make the wireless Assistant and Assistant Diagnostics my printer is recognized and pass all the tests. also the wizard test to the PRINTER and fax work just fine, and I can send and receive faxes and copy and scanning, fine print. When on my computer, however, the tests work as leader, however, when I go to HP solutions program gives me an error (yellow triangle with exclamation point) and States printer is not connected. Yet, I can print and scan from the software, but I cannot fax or copy an error message appears and States may not connect to the printer. MY Device Manager and IP address and printer Wi - Fi testing and diagnostic diagnostic all work well and find my computer and also do report no problem Firewall etc. I guess the program of upgrading hp had me use to get win 7 working with HP software solutions has a defect. I uninstalled the upgrade HP Software Download Center gave me and tried to install my original software I got with my printer when I bought it and it signals it is impossible to install the software under win 7. Yet once, I try to install the software version download full reports HP will modernize my HP solutions to work in win 7 and again once I get don't find it the above dll file and that it is necessary to make the installation work.     I guess it's the library file of dynamic links that I need to get my HP software solutions to work in win 7. I have had some discussions with HP technical support and had 5 different technicians try to help me rounded up to 20 hours multiple msconfig takdowns etc etc and I have a program that does not work. What is a registry problem? I ALSO HAD A PROGRAM WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO CHECK AND FIX REGISTRY, FILES AND IT DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
