• Where can we make a complaint against a supervisor who would not transfer the call to the manager when we asked politely?

  We have been calling the after-sales service for two days now trying to solve my iPhone 4S that I give to my mother. We get the same error message this iphone cannot be used it is lock by user etc... We asked technical assistance from apple and they asked the bad of security issues, we gave them the answer every time and they said its wrong so we gave them all the answers that we know and was advised that it would take 8 hours then reminder still once because we have exceeded the many times answered us the questions. We asked for others to get the phone activated and they said no. we need to wait even 8 hrs again and do the same thing. Which HELLO! If the problem is not solve this fine way in other words, you just found your customers so frustrated the way you manage your calls! as SIMON said there is support higher than they and would not transfer the call to the manager when he cannot even solve or think of any other solution to solve the problem was rough and we asked him politely to let us speak to a Manager and he decline, even when we told him that we him he always refuse to give us a Manager will increase. We also work for a BPO company and we work for climbs and when the customer ask for the 2nd time a Manager you would not drop this cause to request that they have their talk.   Initially, noticed that when returning in the Office of my browser, it is a ripple effect very briefly on the screen. It looks like an interference more than anything else that's not office real ripple, its more about the top of the image; foggy lines. I turned off the wireless mouse in case it was there. haven't tried the wifi yet - Im hoping that its not something serious involving the graphics card.

  More noticeable on light background colors even when jumping to a new tab, moving between applications.

  Wonder if theres a problem with the screen or simply a display configuration I can change to try to prevent this.

  If I understand correctly, the screen is blurred lines and gets an effect of brief training at certain times,

  I recommend that you check whether the same appears on the BIOS screen (restart the computer and press F10 to access BIOS)

  This would confirm if it is a hardware failure or a problem with the graphics card drivers... so we can reinstall and update drivers to resolve the problem.

  If the problem persists on the BIOS as well, please try with another monitor/TV to identify if it's the LCD or the mother/video card failure,

• Political group customer service couldn't start - how to solve this problem? The latest in a series of problems.

  For completeness, I'll give the full story here. We have a computer that is running Windows Vista Edition Home Premium. The other morning, following an update of Windows and reboot, when the user tried to connect it receives the message "user profile Service service has no logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

  We took the advice online to log in with an administrator account and change the parameter of the register for the profile, reseting certain values to 0. We have also followed the instructions to remove the ntuser.dat file. However, we have not find a file that was just ntuser.dat. They also had the long series of numbers after them, apparently, which indicates that they are temporary files.

  After several attempts to fix it, she now gets a different error when it tries to connect: "customer service group strategy was able to start.

  It can log on to the account in safe mode, and I can connect on his computer using his account from my computer on the same home network with no problems.

  We tried to copy the directory of the user to a new profile, except for the ntuser.dat file, as suggested by using Windows. It took a good 5-6 hours to copy, and the new profile seems to be heavily watered.   I think we have this resolved. Unfortunately, there was some steps as long as I'm not sure which were needed. It includes:

  Uninstall of Symantec, which had an automatic scan which had been interrupted and was stuck not being able to complete or be cancelled.

  * The final bit of trouble who worked was (hope I get this right):
  (1) delete the registry as indicated above.
  (2) rename the profile folder.
  (3) restart the computer and let it create a new profile folder with the same name.
  (4) copy the files newly created to the old profile profile's ntuser.
  (5) by removing the new profile and rename the old profile back.

  And now things seem to be working, if she had to re-run Setup on some programs.

  This morning I started getting very brief DOS window popups that appear to contain an error message in the sense of "system error - cannot find the file name."  I can't really say because the popup flashes on the screen too fast.  The problem started shortly after my wife connected and immediately after it IE8, then continued for a few minutes before stopping.  After awhile, he reappeared and now appears irregularly intermittent.

  I checked my anti-virus (Norton corporate) because I thought it could have been a problem with the boot scan, then ran Malwarebytes' anti-malware and Registry Booster from UniBlue.  Nothing.  I tried to start Windows diagnostics.  Nothing.

• Passport for blackBerry "political COMPUTER requires device password to have the value" since I added a school e-mail account

  I added a school e-mail account to my passport, which reqirered the phone to be password protected. I hate to enter a password every time I do on my phone. I deleted the e-mail account of the phone in the hope to do away with the login password, but it did not work. The phone does not allow me to disable the device password and wrote "political COMPUTER requires device to put password" below the option to turn on/off the device password. Any help or a way around it would be greatly appreciated.

  I have problems with the closing of a machine. When the machine is connected to the corporate network, everything works fine. However, if the computer is connected to the VPN (1 hour or more) it is always suspended when it stops. First step in the shutdown process is:

  Please wait for the system event Notification service.

  This change after 3 minutes exactly. Next step:

  Please wait for Group Policy client windows 7

  is never exceeded (even after a few hours). Machine never off.

  Under newspapers there are always these 4 events when the machine stops in vain:

  1. 6005: the winlogon notification subscriber takes a long time to handle the notification event (Logoff).
  2. 4627: the event COM + a system expired attempt to fire the method of logging on the event {D5978650-5B9F-11D1-8DD2-00AA004ABD5E} class for the Publisher and the Subscriber.  The Subscriber has not responded within 180 seconds. The full name of the subscription is "ISensLogon2". The HRESULT is 80010002
  3. 6006: the winlogon notification subscriber took 180 second (s) to handle the notification event (Logoff).
  4. 6005: the winlogon notification subscriber takes a long time to handle the notification event (Logoff).

  Sense has expired after 3 minutes while there is no event 6006 for GPClient and machine is stuck there for centuries (Please wait for the customer to group policy). I noticed in the system logs that before the machine hangs during the shutdown process there are these errors and warnings:

  • 5783: the session configuration for the Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller \\server for the domain X is not admissible.  The current CPP of Netlogon call on \\machine to \\server was canceled.
  • 1014: name resolution for the name of the server has expired after none of the configured DNS servers answered.
  • 131: NtpClient could not set a domain peer to use as a source of time due to the DNS resolution error on ". NtpClient will try again in 3473457 minutes and double the reattempt interval thereafter. The error was: the requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. (0x80072AFC).

  There is more than 1014 events for different servers and some 131. 5783 is always alone.

  I did a group policy log, because I thought that I will be able to see where the machine stuck. Below you can see the part of the newspaper GPSVC when the machine stops in vain:

  I excluded 1 GP machine and left on the VPN for a few hours, several times. He always stopped correctly.

  However I tried with the VPN disconnection before turning off the machine, I even turned off WiFi but machine still hanging. If I tried to get GP results it takes ages before stopping the machine and he's stuck in the step "to get the user name. Gpupdate/force will never update policy (it stops at policy update...). I tired with the installation of different patches that has not solved the problem.

  I think that there is that DNS issues while the machine is on VPN which led the GP cannot be applied. When the machine tries to close it is always somehow connected. There is no problem with the connection, no GP application script when the user disconnects, not roaming profiles.

  Does anyone have the same problems? All machines are Dell with Juniper NC (VPN).
