This happened on my computer laptop win 8 and on my pc win 8.1, so I think that is has nothing to do with the mouse or the itzelf driver, because her have not been updated since I bought 2 weks ago. And the error started 2 days ago.

In case anyone still has this problem: you must get a lucky reset or send the Roccat return device.

I got a same error occur while running Windows 7, it's a problem with the device, and not with a specific version of Windows.

The error occurs when the built-in memory of the device fails somehow. It occurs randomly, apparently on a very rare occasion, but like all memory of the computer, it is not 100% stable 100% of the time. Most of the users will never know this problem. The cause of the error is currently unknown (will update this post in the future if there is no new information), but it's effects are, by personal experience, quite frustrating:

The error causes Monitoring program of the device fail to maintain a connection to the device. You may or may not conclude that even after completely uninstalling the drivers, profiles you saved on-board memory are always accessible (personally I could always exchange between my old saved profiles using the key "Shift +", for example), but you cannot save changes to the device even after re-installing the drivers because you inexplicable find the "EventType = APPCRASH" error after the software starts.

Standard users are given a single point access to memory, via the software reset: RESET //DRIVER, that allows to "reset to factory default. Can only be accessed by using the same software that fails to maintain a connection to the device in question.

After starting windows knows the error, close the offending software and then re - open the driver settings. (Now, this is where it becomes unprofessional and so currently unofficial - personal results may vary :)) You will have a very brief window of connectivity and, if you're lucky/quick to the draw, can hit the "RESET" button...!

For most of the mouse Roccat, you must first click on the tab "ADVANCED CONTROL", then press "RESET", then "OK" pop up. (confirmed the fix for Kone Pure)

You must do this before the error occurs , and the software can no longer connect to the device. I have been authorized to less than a second hit all 3 options to reset my mouse. I do not also have to hit 'OK' for the application of the software driver to close everything. Once that I reset properly the drivers my mouse back to default, sort of closing and reopening the software later didn't cause no other errors occur.

In the State, the official answer is to send it back to that which you bought it and get a new one. Mine is stable since the fix, but if it happens again before the expiration of the warranty I'll probably just send a replacement and update this post accordingly.

Also: as much as I know, you can make a backup copy of the profiles and macros and others before you perform the reset - do not hesitate to search separated about that. It was a new mouse for me, so I had very few changes to save and I don't mind.

Satellite A210 ATI Mobility Radeon driver crashes

Hi all

Recently I had to update my graphics driver because one couldn't DirectDraw. So I uninstalled the old driver and downloaded the driver from the Toshiba website (the driver prescribed by thosiba for A210-10Y).

I installed the new driver, which went well. I had to reboot my system and then the driver worked fine, but the problem now is to s uncertain time (during playback of games or what so ever) the screen goes green, blue, gray and yellow with stripes.

When this happens, the whole system grinds to stop and there is no way to regain control of the system (CTRL + ALT + DEL or windows button does not). The only solution is to reboot the system with the button ON / OFF.

Here is the information that I could find, with problem-solving option on vista, so much, that this program is not able to give me a clear answer, other than to download the latest drivers from ATI or Toshiba site.

I bought a Toshiba laptop(C660-1CV) to a local dealer just before two days. I had loaded VMware with couple of VMs and other important software.

Despite my company insisting lenevo I went for Toshiba because I trust the brand and I had a real experience with Toshiba. Today morning after two days of buying laptop, the hard drive crashed and I got a black screen with no guest OS, nothing. My dealer said that he cannot do what I have to consider service of Al Futtiam centre. I'm sorry to hear that this HARD drive died after 2 days that are not normally but these things can happen, especially with the HARD drive, it is a mechanical part. You are right that you must install the first RAID driver before installing the operating system.
If you have installed the RAID the installation Win driver will ask you to format the HARD drive.
In this case, do NOT format the HARD drive because the RAID driver will remove and it is not possible to install the Windows XP.

Now your question Win98; is on the page of the Toshiba driver you will find not all drivers for Win98 for this device and I assume that you need a particular driver for the CD/DVD drive to activate this device.

HP Probook s 4530: HARD drive crashed - no possibility of recovery of windows 7

Printer driver crashes when printing with Office 2013/8 64-bit Windows

Printer: HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi

Printer driver: V5.1 (to date, downloaded from the HP support Web site) or generic V5.6

OS: Windows 8 Professional 64-bit

When I try to print an Excel document with Excel 2013 and V5.1 printer driver, the program freezes and must end with the Task Manager. This always occurs with the same document, but not with all the documents. Program also crashes when opening the preview before printing to the same document.

The same document prints fine with V5.6 generic print driver and with the driver supplied with Windows 8.

The same document prints fine with the driver version 5.1 on Windows 7 and Office 2010. The combination of Windows 7/Office 2013 has not been tested. Windows 8/Office 2010 combination has also not been tested.

When I try to print an empty document with the word 2013 and the generic printer V5.6, the program driver crashes and must end with the Task Manager.

My conclusion is that the HP printer drivers have a problem with Windows 8 or office 2013 or a combination of both.

The printer driver supplied with Windows 8 and is installed automatically is useful as a temporary workaround, but it lacks some options, e.g. manual duplex.

Upon request, I am ready to send the Excel document by e-mail for verification of the problem.

As I'm not mistaken the Satellite L50 - B - 2 8 takes care of two GPU:
-Intel HD Graphics 5500, which is part of the Intel CPU and
-AMD ATI Radeon R7 M260 is the external GPU.

Now, knowing that it would be interesting to know which graphics card driver crashed.
I mean the laptop can use either the Intel GPU or according to the settings... usually the Intel GPU ATI GPU is used if no application does not work who would need the power of the ATI graphics card... This saves the battery...

However, its possible to switch between Intel and ATI GPU.

Hi, my laptop's hard drive crashed, and I want to know if there is anyway I can get it back. In fact, my 'C' Partition (where the operating system has been installed) was running out of space, so I wanted to extend its size without interfering in anything else and I found on some site manager EaseUs partition can do this task, i.e. without deleting or re creation, it can resize partitions. Then I tried to Boot from a USB bootable (Windows 7 bootable USB), but in the section where I chose a player for windows, there is no drive. I think that the hard drive may be dead. The EaseUs couldn't do the invisible to BIOS hard disk or a Windows installation disc, but he could do no bootable hard disk by altering the partition table.

HP Envy 15 Display Driver crashing into some games

Since I bought the HP Envy 15, I had problems with the AMD display driver. First of all, I went to fixed graphics in the bios. When I use the AMD GPU, I have random crashes while playing a few games (only tested Minecraft that runs on Java). I have the latest version 64 bit java, so this isn't the cause of this problem. Accidents appear at random times with no errors except the bubble "AMD display driver crashed and successfully recovered" to appear at the bottom right. When the driver crashes, I have to restart all programs that use the GPU because they do not work properly unless I have restart them. I have already discussed this problem with the HP Instant Support (Chat ID: 39947114) and I was told that the R & D of HP will be notified to soon release an update of the driver. I don't know if the R & D was notified or if the driver is going to get an update. If all goes well, there is a solution to this problem.

After the recommendation from someone, I installed the Drivers UNIFIL of Leshcat and noticed significant performance improvements. They also set the crash issues I had with HP drivers. If anyone has problems with AMD + Intel graphics cards, I recommend a look at the drivers of UNIFIL.

Pavilion Slimline s3620f Hard Drive Crash

My hard drive crashed on my Slimline s3620f desktop PC. I wasn't able to back up data/files on the rise and don't have a recovery disk. The computer came pre-installed with Windows Vista but I can't find the original software for this computer disks, but I always keep them and have them for other computers that we have.

What I need to know came this computer with an operating system CD? If I buy a new hard drive, I need to know how to get the original preloaded software to the new hard drive?
