  That's why I think that you could choose the page European driver of Toshiba touchpad drivers. Here you can choose the A305 or A300 series.
  I think you could also choose other touchpad Win 7 drivers to the most recent series of laptop.
  Please install the drivers for the touchpad and check if the FN + F9 key would work.

This package contains several tools and one of them is utility (command buttons FN) flash cards. Remove VAP preinstalled system, restart your computer and install the latest version of the Toshiba support page.

  To say, this little button is also available on some models of Toshiba. If I remember well, it must be available on A500 and U500. Maybe also on some other new models of laptops.

  My Satellite Pro L500 is equipped with Windows XP Pro and I use a Logitech wireless mouse. I didn't even touch my touchpad for my cursor jumping around.
