  I'm having a problem with my dongle bluetooth and satellite c660-108.

  I try to install Windows XP Home Edition on a Toshiba Satellite C660-108, without success.

  New to the forum, I had to sign up because of a problem with shame. I would like to apologize in advance because I know nothing about how computers work.

  I have a toshiba satellite c660-108, windows 7 OS. Yesterday I was updating it and I used it very well after that I restarted. He stops and went to bed.   I just bought a new C660-108 Satellite as a Christmas gift. The laptop worked fine for a while but then I noticed that the start of Windows 7 icon said that the battery was not supported (even if it has been inserted correctly, the two sliders were in the correct position, the power cable is plugged in and turned on).   Please try to reduce the speed of the cooling fan change advanced power options > Toshiba power Saver saver > cooling method.

  For normal use I recommend to use the balanced feeding and management game, cooling method to lower the level. It should reduce the activity of fan cooling.

  Recently my computer laptop cooling fan started running continuously with a loud noise. When the screen is idle, it stops for a few seconds and start again. I changed the power balance in the Panel options, but it did not work. Even the BIOS is the most recent. Referring to discussion forums, I've changed to "selective startup" thru "msconfig" but nothing worked.

• Satellite C660-108 - no internet connection automatic

  I bought a laptop replacement last weekend - a Toshiba C660 - 108 - that gives me a problem.

  I can't the computer to connect automatically to the internet router (Orange) because it is unable to connect at the start even if the network is always visible. Then, I need to go upstairs to the router, press the wifi button, and then I can connect. It works fine until it or I lose connection or switch off when I find once again to repeat the process.

  We have three other Toshiba laptops in the House who all work with happiness and automatically.

  I've had my u200 for a few months now, but there seems to be a problem with my fan.

  No matter what I do with my laptop (install Xp, Vista, Linux, NHC, Toshiba power utility, last version of the bios, change each setting on that you can imagine, defining an external fan blowing directly on my cell phone and so on...) the internal fan from my laptop never stop spinning, and my room is far from warm.

  I know at least 3 people with cell phone exact same and none of them has this problem, their fan just turns off whenever they do not any of the CPU intensive job.

  This may seem pretty insignificant at first, but it's really me turning crazy while I write long pages of text or watch a movie on my laptop.

  Anyone here have an idea on how to fix this, or should I just send my laptop to Toshiba for warranty?
