  For me it looks like you might have a motherboard problem. Formatting removes the chance that it is a software problem. Try taking 1 stick of RAM and test with it. If she continues to crash, remove that stick and try it. If she does it with the two RAM then those who are ok. HARD drive is not the culprit, so now he could either be processor or MB. Find a program to measure the heat from the laptop and run some heavy programs do overheat. If the temperature goes up and then it crashes, it could just be overheating.   A few weeks ago, I got a new computer at work. Ever since then, Illustrator CC hangs and then crashes after having been opened or reduced to a minimum for a little while. HE tried to uninstall and reinstall Illustrator several times and even exchanged maps charts twice without success. I'm stuck doing an office away from an old computer everytime I want to use Illustrator. I never had this problem on my old machine.

If it is minimized, when I try to bring it to the top, everything that the restorations is a small gray rectangle in the upper left corner of my screen.   You can try to reinstall using the way complete three steps (the otherwise strange things may persist):

  (1) uninstall (check the box to delete the preferences),

  (2) run the cleanup tool, see the link below,

  (3) reinstall.

  I've got a 2.5 years old Satellite A100. He was going well until recently, when I found that the pc freezes completely - this looks only happen when I move the cursor on the screen. The only thing I can do, it's a hard re-boot.
  The problem has become more common, and I had to reinstall the operating system (using the disc that came with the laptop). After you have reinstalled everything worked well. But all of a sudden the same problem reappeared. I thought maybe it was different software clash between them and so I once again re-formatted the hard drive and reinstalled the operating system.
  This time it froze once more as I move the mouse around the screen. But it's happened before that I had installed anything on the PC. It is an entirely new installation.

  I also want to mention that this problem occurred first a year ago. At that time I had to wipe the hard drive and reinstall the OS and it worked fine until about 2 weeks ago, when I've updated my "spybot search & destroy ' software." It was after this the problem started again. The rest of the story is as above.

  Just to mention that, after that the problem started 2 weeks ago, I reinstall the mouse driver using the touchpad driver that is available on the Web from Toshiba site.

  Please help - I have been re - install the OS on / off power for 2 weeks now and I still have the problem. I am close to giong out and buy a new PC!

  It's strange, and I think it looks like a hardware issue because you used the disk recovery Toshiba and after that, the same problem occurs.

  But it's not easy to say what causes this problem. You can check the RAM and HARD drive using Drive Fitness Test and Memtest86. Use Google to find the two programs. You can download an image bootable in these two programs. You must burn it to a CD and boot from it.
  If the peut t-tests is a mistake your laptop should be checked by a technician for laptop.

  Maybe you can find the problem yourself, and to swap the RAM or HARD drive, it's pretty easy.

  My laptop is running very OK and stable IF I don't play a 3D game. When I start to play a 3D game it heats just until it's hurting my hand, then crashes.
  I thought maybe it was an update of the BIOS to use the fan faster but I already have the latest version of the BIOS installed. So is there a program or tips you can suggest me?
  I tried the program called the fan speed. Not sure that it worked well.

  First check if the cooling modules are not clogged with dust and debris.
  Blocked fans could not turn quickly enough and this leads to a higher temperature.

  I bought this laptop a few months ago, I am very satisfied on this product, except for this: whenever I have ask complex tasks, as a recent game, the laptop go very hot, even if the ventilation system is not obstruated at all. The PC go warm, until it crash and downtime. Then it is impossible to start for another ten minutes, or the driving power remains off.

  Some simple tasks can cause overheating too: I was very surprised to see Heroes III or Google Chrome with many tabs cause the crash as Crysis 2 or Shogun 2 TW.

  How could I solve this problem without adding a few external mechanical fan? This is a caracreristic of the product, or is it an effect of manufacturing on only my laptop?

  This is because all devices like CPU or GPU running at high performance and creates a lot of heat. This is nothing unusual. But it of unusual that your laptop is overheating.
  I think that the cooling fans and grilles are obstructed by dust and cannot cool the parts properly.

  The vents should be cleaned from time to time using a jet of compressed air.
  I have to do this from time to time on my laptop to avoid these annoying cell phone problems.

• Windows Explorer hangs and crashes on (tried everything) video files

  So I've had this problem for awhile now and it does not seem to deteriorate. Every time I open a folder in Windows Explorer that contains video files (of any type), YOU start to have problems. The Green loading bar starts to take forever, or if that manages to load properly, then doing ANYTHING with these files will result in US gel and ends up crashing. No matter if it is just a right-click, trying to highlight, trying to move, try to remove or trying to open. They all get the same answer.

  Things I've tried and the results:

  -Set the folder options to never display thumbnails (bar is no longer a problem too bright green)

  -Set options folder for general documents

  -Tried to optimize files with videos to video

  -Switched back to General

  -Ran of virus/malware scans (clean)

  -Never allowed cache, the nooks and the crannies of unnecessary files

  -Uninstall unused programs on C:\ for free space

  -Defragged everything

  -Uninstalled and reinstalled each video player

  -Uninstalled and reinstalled all my codecs, as well some as superfluous jic

  -Have toggled between every possible program by default, VLC seems more reliable (see the note below VLC), Quicktime least WMP and DivX uneven at best

  -Ran msconfig and methodically unchecked/restarted and then double checked / restart all services and the start of the program (no change)

  -Ran SFC Scannow (no reported problem)

  -Booted safe mode (no difference, we HAVE still freezes on video files, don't say anything about the running server error)

  -Use a directory of third-party files (Q - dir) to access files, Q - dir froze after right click on videos

  -Use a video converter to convert videos between file types, now accessible but converted videos seems not to to material they are converted into - in addition, nonconverted original suddenly too much work very well, but ONLY those that are accessible by the converter

  -Used VLC to find and open the video files. Œuvres, but only one at a time, that is, if I try to open another video file after the first in the same window of VLC, VLC freezes. Need to close the program, and then reopen the program to open a new file without freezing. Recently opened files of VLC are accessible via Windows Explorer without freezing (note, the accessibility seems temporary, filed consulted with VLC a few days ago to return to the State unclickable).

  -Note on VLC: may seem to move and delete files using the VLC browser without problem, but ONLY before opening any file - after VLC must be closed and then reopened as previously reported

  As you said you are not facing this problem to boot, it means that you are facing this problem due to a third-party application.

  If you are referring to the steps in the link below under 8.1 and Windows 8 Windows in 3 steps , after you check the box against hide all Microsoft services. You will see a list of non-Microsoft services, you need to check the cause of these services.

  Uncheck half the service and check the rest of the half.  If you face the question yet, then it menas that you are facing this issue due to services that were not invalid.

• 16, Firefox, I reinstalled about 6 times, hangs and crashes when you try to load the first page on my new laptop windows 7.

  On occasion, the program will load a window to say "Familysearch.com" but hang for awhile when a subroutine is called. Lately, I can't seem to get the first loaded window. Reported no accidents called at all.

  I just did the reset option, and it does not solve the problem. Actually did you 'fix' a couple of other times.

• Satellite L300-29W - Freezed and crash

  I received this laptop as a gift for Christmas, so the thing is less than three months. It works fine and dandy until yesterday. I went down for a few hours and my laptop is put to sleep after two but when I came it was completely frozen. Ctrl alt delete didn't work so I had to shut it down by holding the main button. I turned on it and everything seemed to work ok until I started watching a video online. I had not touched a fifteen minutes and the browser crashed, followed by the computer, with ctrl alt del does not. I turned off completely and left overnight.

  I come back on it today and a friend recommended I get the battery to see if it was a problem with that. After he touches don't for about fifteen minutes crashing again (so apparently my battery is fine). I have the free version of Avast anti virus and it began there say he had caught a virus, I scanned my computer and deleted with avast and re-analyzed two days. The re-scan said that the computer was clean, so I don't know if the virus is still in hiding there or something. It is not overheating (was a quite normal temperature the last time it happened) and I have no idea what to do next.

  I don't really know anything about computers spent turn on the guys, so that any help would be appreciated but its going to have to be in English or I are completely lost :) Thank you

  I had similar problem after waking from sleep mode and wasn't able to find out what was wrong there. The configuration of your laptop is not known to me and I do not know what applications you use on your laptop, but it can happen that General information during the implementation/application process to problems when your laptop goes into sleep mode. On my laptop, I had always error message appears each time after sleep mode.

  It will be interesting to know if the same problem occurs when standby mode extended (FN + F4).
  Can you please test and validate the result?

• First pro cc2015.0.1 suddenly slow and crash

  Used very well yesterday on a complex project.  I noticed last night that timeline operations slowed, however.  for example, simply move the head of reading and trimming clips.  I assumed it was because I have me adding effects and correction of color to the clips, but today realized that even with everything off, it was slow.

  This morning I did 40 minutes of work and it crashed, I loaded my last point (about 5 minutes before) and PP kept crashing as soon as he had loaded.

  Cleared rendering files to cache & then only restarted - no joy.  Is returned to the previous version (thank God for an incremental backup!) and found it worked for a while, still very slow.

  First now wont even load. It is stuck on "loading host quicktimeexporter.

  I don't have no any material added to my system or updated drivers because it worked 100% rock solid with PP CC2014

  EDIT: a restart to load again, but it crashed very quickly.

  It seems that maybe corrupted workspaces? When I loved the color workspace I have nothing until I have reset it.

  Also the last crash that happened when I tried to customize the color workspace.

  I have an updated driver available, but past experience says that they are often more trouble than they are worth.

  Could it be this?

  I also have a universe of red giant installed, and I am using some of their effects.

  Well, I managed to get vaguel usable again by creating a new project and import the old one in.

  Otherwise I guess I should just it chalk up new version buginess.  Let's hope adobe can get on top of it.

  I wonder if anyone else has similar problems, or if there is something wrong with the program.

  I recently bought a MAC 3.5 GhZ with Intel Core processor i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, with a 4 GB NVIDA graphics card.  I also have a bolt of lightning 3 TB LaCie external hard drive that I work with.

  I bought this computer in part because of the problems I had with first crashing on my mac pro book, but alas, I still have the same problem.

  It seems to freeze place where the screen freezes during playback and I can't rub through (but I can still hear the noise) usually before crashing.

  Sometimes, it crashes without error message, but when I close it down then he said "application is not responding do not" and sometimes "premiere pro leave due to a serious error."

  Often it won't make the effects outside when it's cold, and sometimes I get an error message while editing that says something went very wrong, and then it will open up a paper version when I get back.

  I use not of external plug-ins, or anything outside the first.

  On average, it crashes every 10-20 minutes, sometimes lose all changes before the last backup.

  I tried to change the settings to be optimized for 'memory' instead of 'performance' and some other settings suggested to help stop the fracas on these forums, but nothing helped.

  It is extremely irritating when you work at a date limit!  And I don't think it's my system which is at the origin of the problems - it must be the program...

  I really like first when it works, I'm looking at reluctantly to other programs; I just bought FCP X and start to learn, however, it seems that there should be a way for first to work as it should instead of having to leave the ship completely.

  CUDA has long been used by adobe as well as other programs and usually is recommended. Some people are able to move from cuda for opencl, or vice versa, to get the first to behave. If you have not updated drivers from the nvidia Web site, which could try if it is a problem of cuda.

  There are some other threads here on mac, if you want to read through them. I think that some users have problems with the latest version of mac os too.

  I switched to FF a few years ago and never had a wonderful program of the problem. FF wanted to spend to the V7, and very comfortable. Since then, FF lock up every five minutes so bad, that I have to restart. My email locked, yahoo freezes and I can't type more than 5 letters in a conversation without blocking.
