Satellite L30-113 does not connect to internet

My laptop was working perfectly until yesterday morning.
But when I logged in the afternoon it wouldn't connect to the internet.

Well, click on the connection icon bought the normal boxes as diagnose & repair and the network & sharing center however by clicking on either of these that I get a message back that the service control manager is not running, and click here to start it manually but the machine will not allow this.

In fact, it seems that a number of functions have stopped working for example I can't open Control Panel.

Can someone help me because I'm terrified of losing all my work for the past 2 years.

First of all, I doubt this would be a case of warranty. The warranty covers only the hardware problems and it sounds like a software problem.
I don't have any idea of what OS you are using but if different functions are not accessible and that you are not able to access the Control Panel, then I suppose that your OS is confused why? Who knows.

You can try to start in safe mode. Switch on the device and press F8, and then choose Safe mode. Windows should boot into safe mode, then you can check if you can access the control panel.
You can also try to use the last good configuration that would be available using the same menu as safe mode.

    Seems that the two RAM modules are not completely compatible...
    I've read several times on these issues and to be honest it s are not uncommon

    Just bought a L30-113 with 512 MB and bought a Crucial 512 MB upgrade.
    It mounted, but it was not recognized on boot-up the top.
    Tried both modules of memory in the two shots together and single, recognizes however never 512 MB of memory, of course the two work packages and two jacks work, but not all.

    Checked in the bios and recognizes only 512 MB, also checked in config/advanced and not limited to 512 MB of MEMORY, I know the bios is the latest available.

    hope someone can help im having headache with my Satellite M30-106 problems

    I can connect to the internet via ethernet, but once I delete it does not connect via radio. I am trying to connect to a router broadband Sagem sky but for some reason any he just not going, when I open wireless connections, I can see the projection of router as safe but just cannot connect.

    Update: I indeed found firewall was the issue (the first time with updates of Firefox). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that no longer works.
    Then I opened the application window of Norton Security (looking for information of firewall). I don't actually change or click on what to Norton. I decided to try to install again. This time, when I hit "Run" instead of "Save", the small window Norton popped up saying downloading is safe. Then he installed and opens very well.

    It may be a quirk of Norton? Or by choosing run rather than save (and running after registration)?

    I have an iPhone running iOS 9.3.2 6s (last updated).

    I recently got a HP Pavillion Entertainment, model number dv7 - 3188cl, for me to use for a class at the school by my uncle. Before the recovery, everything worked perfectly well.     I think it must be something with the update iOS because:

    -J' completely rebooted our router and modem and it worked on my iPad for about 30 seconds (what makes a Web page) before it stopped working again.

    -My iPhone also does not connect to the wifi in my work, even though I know it works as I am online on my computer work via wifi.

    I noticed something strange on my iPhone and iPad when I went to check the settings wifi yesterday - the VPN configuration is flashing/refreshing without touching me, even if I don't have everything set up VPN connections.  When I actually click on VPN, an error is displayed.  There may be something wrong with the VPN on the new update which blocks the wifi signal?

    If you are able to connect your iPad and iPhone to your wireless router agreement but the iPad and iPhone will not connect to internet, it is unlikely to have anything to do with the version of iOS.
