Script out VM Tools 'Not running and not installed'

Hi all

I am using a script out VMs where VM tools is not installed or does not... I use the following code. It comes out all the list including toolsok and toolsold... and also has some empty fields in the output.

I don't know there's a bug in my where statement out there... Pls help!

Note that the script only uses the Get-View cmdlet, this will make it considerably faster than your original version.

I installed 2 5.0 esxi servers. I installed a Server 2008 r2 on the esxi server. I can't stop or to do anything whatsoever in the toolbar. I have cliick innovations in the window to the mouse in the virtual machine. So I know that the tools are not installed or does not. I looked on all the menus and that you can find no option to install tools. the error is the guest OS can not be stopped because VMware Tools is not installed, running does not, or does not. How to solve this problem?

VMWare not Tools not install the driver of ThinPrint

I have a horrible time trying to get printers accessible to a guest operating system Win98 host machine; Installation of the VMWare Tools on the guest operating system Win98 is just not give the ability to install a printer driver... VMX file is attached at the end of the file if necessary control.
Any ideas?

As much I KNOW Thinprint does everything simply not work with Win98 VM
or let me put it this way - I have not heard of any success yet

Sometimes, this can happen if the shortcut is corrupt. Try to run the game from the start menu or from its original location.

b. open the drive root that is a drive where Windows is installed.

c. open the Program Files folder and locate the folder of the game program.

VMWare Tools installed and not installed...

I created a Ubuntu VM. Then I added VMWare tools via the settings / installation/upgrade of VMware Tools
(in the "status, if reported panel installation has succeeded).
Yet, when I look in the summary of this Ubuntu VM tab, it says:
VMware Tools: not installed
Why is it (a power power off of the virtual machine does not change it)?

What you were doing just before the guest system the VMware Tools CD .iso image file. On the host Windows installation should start automatically. For Linux, you will need to mount the CD, copy the files from there to the directory and use the .tar and .rpm to install the tools.

Administration of BI tool, not opening not RPD in online mode

We had 11.1.1.7.0 OBIEE on 6 OEL. (64-bit). Recently, we have applied the patches 18057570 and 16569379 and upgraded to 11.1.1.7.1.4. After that, we uninstalled the older version of the tool of administration and re installed the new version. Now, the version of the admin tool is 11.1.1.7.14 but when I try to open the repository in connected mode, the button is grayed out open. Why? I missed something?

S5200-902 - common Modules are not installed

I have just re-built a S5200-902 from zero (new hard drive & fan) installed WinXP SP2 and then found out I have not installed the Toshiba s/w in the right order. Is it possible to get the common Modules on the laptop without having to re - install from the beginning again? I uninstalled all the Toshiba downloads I see I put on it, but still won't take the common Modules.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you use the restore CD for the installation of the OS all the necessary drivers and tools must be preinstalled. If you are installing SP2, it is possible that some tools or drivers do not work properly.

If you install OS from Microsoft full version CD it is very important to install common modules first. In my opinion, you should install new OS.

VMware Tools for ESXi not in running and not installed

(nested) Tools of ESXi does not.
I installed an ESXi 5.5 nested on a physical and installed 5.5 ESXi host tools on the virtual ESXi5.5.
However both the client c# as the Web Client report not (not running, not installed) tools.
When I type 'list of software esxcli vib', I see the esx-tools-for-esxi in the list.
I have attached the vmware.log for the nested ESXi, I use nesting for several years only and had no problems.

You are hiding the fact that you run in a virtual machine, if the tools do not start. Shut down the virtual computer, remove this line from your configuration file and restart:

monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = true

Windows Update for Vista family 32-bit premium does not update all. 57th error and sku011.cab for office 2003. Malicious tool not updated. Stays on the list was updated even after having managed States.

Office 2003 sp3 do not install in windows update. It is a 108.2 MB file, no kb #. Under 2 other 2003 office updates. KB977713 for office outlook and for office 2003 update kb907417. 57F error message comes out after having failed in windows update. Sku011.cab missing error comes just after process fails at the end of the attempt to update for the updated 2003 3 office. Tool kb890830 in windows update to install malicious but indicates successful when finished. Returns to windows update to install. All other above mentioned updates show missed.

Please try to run the cleanup tool "Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs" on your machine to remove all traces of the reader.

Then, restart your machine and install the latest version of the player from here:
