Select windows sysdate outside normal sysdate

How can I generate shows me sysdate counties in a window that spans a day, a select statement.  My specific case of work is for archiving logs (which hopefully makes it easy for anyone to reproduce), but could be anything.

This shows all bow logs generated during the last 7 days.

Select count (*), to_char(first_time,'YY-MM-DD') day

v $ log_history

where first_time > trunc (sysdate)-7

to_char(first_time,'YY-MM-DD') group

order by day;

COUNT (*) DAY

--------- --------

313 13/10/09

337 10/13/10

332 13/10/11

298 10/13/12

98 13/10/13

274 13/10/14

282 10/13/15

58 13/10/16

I only want to show bow logs generated every night from 21:00 to 03:00 we call "batch_windows" (instead of a day).

So it would look like this

COUNT (*), BATCH_WINDOW

--------- --------

1 250

2 300

3 380

where batch_window 1 is last night between 21:00 and 03:00

Something like that, maybe?

WITH windows AS

(SELECT level batch_window,

Trunc (sysdate) - level + window_start 21/24,

Trunc (sysdate) - level + 27/24 window_end

OF the double

CONNECT BY level<>

SELECT COUNT (*), w.batch_window

SINCE windows w,.

v$ log_history l

WHERE the l.first_time BETWEEN w.window_start AND w.window_end

GROUP BY w.batch_window

ORDER BY w.batch_window

    Hello

No saving necessary data and re-installing Windows Vista might be the best option, but here
    are a few others.

You can save your files by putting the drive in another computer as a 2nd disk (best) or external
Drive USB enclosure and then backup to removable media such as CD, DVD or other USB drives.
Of course a real store of the computer or the manufacturer of your system can help to recover the files.

Or you can use a boot Ubuntu CD to back up data.

Use Ubuntu Live CD to backup files from your Windows computer dead

A method to try to get to the desktop (try in normal Windows Mode without failure) is CTRL +.

  • I can not select Windows 8.1 upgrade and other applications after update system

I just refreshed my laptop Windows 8.1 after that that he returned to Windows 8... I opened the store and I can't select Windows 8.1 upgrade and other applications. What can solve this problem?

    Hey Kevin,

If you bought your laptop with Windows 8, and she had a recovery partition, it would reset to Windows 8 when you want to run a system to refresh. This also applies if you have performed the update system using a disk installation or recovery of Windows 8. You mentioned that you are now unable to update Select 8.1 of Windows update, the Windows store.

The Windows 8.1 update is not listed? Or you can not face problems with the update 8.1 for Windows from the Windows store?

If you are facing the issue later, what happens when you click on the update of Windows 8.1 in Windows store? An error message appears?

You also mentioned that you can not store of Windows other apps? What happens when you try to install?

If you are unable to find the Windows 8.1 update in the Windows store, try the steps suggested in this article and checking:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/why-can-t-find-update-store

If you are unable to install the update Windows 8.1 displayed in store Windows, then try these steps and check:

First of all, make sure that you have installed all the Windows updates available, including 2871389 KB and KB 2917499.

    Method 1:

Run the Windows update troubleshooting utility which can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings that could cause problems with the download of updates. See the following steps:

    1. Press the Windows key + F to bring up the Search bar charms.
    2. Type of Troubleshooting and press enter; Click the tab settings , under the search box.
    3. Click on the tile to find and fix the problems and then click on the button show all the left pane.
    4. Click the Windows update troubleshooting tool and run it.

    Method 2:

If the problem persists, disable any third-party antivirus software that you may have installed temporarily and check.

Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

    Method 3:

If the problem persists, start your computer in a clean boot state, and then try to install Windows 8.1. Start your computer in a clean boot state, you can reduce conflicts between software and help identify the root cause of the problem. You can read this article for more information:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: after the resolution of the problem, reset the computer to start as usual. Refer to the step How to configure the computer to start as usual after a boot minimum troubleshooting under more information.

    Hello world

Being new to Java, I find that the things that I took for granted in SQL and PL/SQL are far from 'second nature' here!

Could someone tell me how you would rewrite the following Java (for the ADF)? My research Google and OTN community are coming up empty. Any feature I get a date and get a date back to the following Sunday is fine, which is, I don't have the code SQL.

    1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

2 when was the last time it was working fine?

    3. you receive an error message?

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  • Long boot time and the gel boot drive selection window

Hello. I have a problem with my MacBook Pro 13 retina "(2015 at the beginning).

My mac is about 4 minutes of cranking up about a quarter of the time and it is not related to the problem of the "boot disk select parameters. The computer just hangs before it's anything related to the start-up procedure. It's just a black screen with no interaction with the mouse, no noise and no keyboard input. It does not recognize the 'option key ' (used to get into the disk boot selector) until I pressed it for several minutes, and then the boot drive selector freezes as well.

I don't have any external drives connected, and already tried SMC reset, reset the PRAM and reinstalling the operating system (normal wipe and wipe any partition).

I always have Apple Care left. Help, please. Thank you.

    Hi Herojeff02:

It seems that you have some SSD problems.

Have you tried to boot safe mode. Try safe mode if your Mac does not commissioning - Apple Support

You can start in recovery mode by pressing command + R and then using disk utility to check your SSD.

See the following links: OS X: on OS X Recovery - Apple Support

If you have Apple Care, I'd do an appointment at the Genius Bar. It could also be a hardware problem.

  • my broadband speed is lagging on Windows but is normal in safe mode. Why?

    Hello

    1. you got speed broadband before without any problem?

    2. did you of recent changes on the system?

3 Windows operating system you are using?

    Method 1:

As the bandwidth works correctly in safe mode with networking, you can try to perform a clean boot and check if it helps.

A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

You can read the following article to put the computer in a clean boot:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 7 in the above article.

    Method 2:

You can temporarily disable the third-party antivirus and firewall installed on the computer and try to install the drivers and see if that fixes the problem.

If disabling the antivirus software solves the problem, you may need to configure the settings of the antivirus as a result program. Please contact the software vendor for assistance in this regard.

Note: Make sure that you enable the antivirus software, other security and firewall after the test programs.

    Hello

If you have more than one operating system installed on your computer, you can choose the one that starts when you turn on your computer. More than one operating system installed on a computer is often called a multiboot configuration.

If you try to select only the operating system by default to start when you turn on or restart your computer, you can see and try the steps to set the default operating system.

You can also set the time of the display of the operating system from the list.

Change the default operating system for startup (multiboot)

Note: This article also applies to Windows 7.

If you do not use the other operating system, you can also try the following steps to remove the entry from the boot order and check:

    a. click Start , Start search box type msconfig and press ENTER.

    b. click on the Startup tab.

    c. you will see the number of operating systems installed, select the operating system you want to remove.

    d. now click on Remove.

    e. click apply and Ok

    f. restart the computer and check.

Hope the helps of information. Let us know if you need help with Windows related issues. We will be happy to help you.
