  • Looks like you have some issues causing third-party plugins installed here.
  • Holding the SHIFT key launch PS and click Yes at the prompt, see if that does the trick.

So whenever I try to use this serial number to start the application, I get an error message saying that it is an incorrect serial number. I can't watch the original box because I lost last year, and I don't know how to find the serial number 13 update in my "Products" tab because it shows only the updated 14. Downloaded Premiere Elements very well because my products tab had serial number 13 update, but somehow the serial number of Photoshop has been updated to 14 without doing me anything.   Uninstalled, reinstalled LR. Still could not get around the serial number thing. I had to send back the upgrade. They have not yet processed the refund. I'm struggling with the customer service. I was caught in a phishing scam in adobe forum pages. Someone has been in contact with me claiming to be the help of Adobe initiated by my post here. I finally realized it was a scam when they asked Adobe and my password. And I'll still have to pat the full price of $149 to upgrade to Lightroom6. Just stick with LR4 for now.

  Hello, finally I could install it. Chat support has been helpful and guided me to download and run the AdobeCreativeToolCleaner. That's all. Now it is in place and works very well.
