  I bought this printer, HP Photosmart C309a series, in February 2010 and is just beginning to have some problems with printing photos on photo paper. When I print on paper, the photo is clear and the colors are good. When I print on photo paper, the colors are all washed out similar to look at a negative.

  Has anyone ever experienced such a problem and if so, is there a solution before you go out and buy a new printer.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

  I understand that you are experiencing difficulties downloading and installing the drivers for printer HP Photosmart all-in-One B010. I want to help you with this issue today.

  Now, I opened the link you provided me in Mozilla Firefox and when I click on download option save appears as usual. I also took the same link and it opened in Google Chrome, click download again and of course the download immediately started loading. Therefore, I know that the installation package is fine.

  To install this download, I have two suggestions for you.

  First: Click here to open your new download page. This time do a right-click on the "download" button at the top and left click on "Save the link under. A window should now pop open and you will be prompted to manually choose where you want to save your download to record. The download will now finish and run according to normal.

  Second: if it still not work for you I'm not implying download drivers in another browser like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

  Please let me know if the steps I have provided resolve your download problem. Good luck!

• Series HP Photosmart Prem C410 - connection problems

  I have a printer HP Photosmart C410 series connected via a wireless network to a Sony Viao laptop.

  I have regular problems connecting the printer to the PC - I think it started when I updated the PC operating system to Windows (from Windows 8) 8.1 (I think) about six months ago.

  Sometimes, the printer works fine. But often it is not. It shows the printer as offline, even if it is on, with the wireless light illuminated. Sometimes, if I reboot the system, it will not work then. But it can take several attempts and is not reliable.

  Sometimes, when I go to see what's printing, there is a check mark next to use printer offline. If I remove this tick, documents are printed sometimes then. But sometimes they are not. I can't work out how to set the printer online when everything is apparently turned on and connected. Often when I go to print a document, a window pops up saying: the printer is offline. Sometimes the document print in any case. Sometimes it doesn't.

  The scanner function works fine, so I don't think it's as simple as the connection works do not at all. I regularly scan documents and have no problem with that.

  I installed HP Print and Scan doctor. Whenever I try to use it, it tells me I have to install the software. I try to install the software, but it doesn't seem to help - and he wants to download the same software next time.

  I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I have a relatively new and high-quality printer and a laptop and yet cannot rely on the ability to print things quickly. I searched in the online forums and tried various suggestions here but without success.

  I tried to uninstall all previously installing the printer and reinstall it, but that did not help.

  Your help will be greatly appreciated!

  Please, try the following:

  • Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the printer software.
  • Re-install using the printer HP install wizard for Windows.
  • Take a look at this guide wireless, just in case. The printer keeps Wi-Fi connection.

  I see that you get a runtime error when trying to install your software, and you have recently reinstalled WIndows 7 64 on your PC. Please follow the steps below and let me know the result;

  1. Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type %temp%
  2. Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted
  3. Download the software and choose Save as, save to desktop > PS_AIO_07_B110_USW_Full_Win_enu_140_126.exe
  4. After downloading software and extracts, reopen the temp folder, use the instructions in step 1.
  5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)
  6. Open the folder Util
     
  7. The CCC folder
  8. If you have a computer HP run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have an non HP computer run the L4uninstall.exe
  9. Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the computer
  10. Follow these steps to reset the registry settings and options for Windows Installer.

  I got my computer and I have a printer HP Photosmart Prem C310.  It works very well with my old laptop, but do not print with my new Acer desktop computer.  It is said that missing d driver and I need to download or use a disc to install it.  My computer does not have a place to insert the discs and whenever I try to download the driver it says that it can not be found.  All of the suggestions.  I can't print with my new computer to my old printer, even if the printer still works.

  OK - that found replacing then you can install the full feature software.  The tire site it draws from HP.

  I suggest to remove the printer from your printing system, using this document: uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Once you have deleted, I suggest to check and repair disk permissions: function to fix the permissions of all utility disk drive.

  I also run your Apple updates: OS x: Mac App Store apps and OS X update

  After the updates, I recommend you to reinstall HP Photosmart 5510 e - All - in - One printer full feature software and drivers.

  I understand the frustration you are experiencing. It seems that the printer is stuck in an error state or there is a blockage in the ADF (ADF).

  I would like to do a hard reset to see if that will solve the problem. Let the printer and disconnect the printer cable and the wall socket for 60 seconds. Reconnect the power cable to the output of the printer and the wall, and not a surge protector. This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  Since I installed Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) (OS x 10.8 Mountain Lion) my printer does not (always) enable to printing purposes. What should I do to make the printer work properly?

  When I stopped the printer completely for awhile (220 V, several minutes), the printer can begin to work, but not in all cases.

  I see that you have some problems with printing regularly from your machine Mac OS x 10.10 for the all-in-one Photosmart Plus B210 printer. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once this is done, if the printer is connected to your Mac via a USB cable, remove it. If it is connected wireless network, turn the printer off and remove the power cord at the back of the router for a minute. When the lights come back on the router, turn on the printer.

  Now, let's try printing. If you were able to print quickly then the issue is related to the network. This document explains How to troubleshoot wireless connection with your printer. As a result of this document should help you identify why your connection issues.

  If the printer is still not printing on a regular basis then:

  1. Click on your Apple icon, system preferences and printers and Scanners.
  2. Hold down the CTRL key and click on the picture of the printer on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on reset printing system.
  4. Open your utility Applications, file and disk utilities.
  5. Click on verify disk permissions. This should take about 10 minutes.
  6. Click on repair disk permissions. This should take about 10 minutes.
  7. Restart your Mac.
  8. If you removed the USB cable, connect. If this is not the case, click on your Apple icon, system preferences and printers and Scanners. In this window, click the icon 'more' in the lower left corner. Now, select your printer in the list. Click in the box next to and select your printer. Finally, click Add.

  At this point, you should be able to print. If this isn't the case, please let me know what happened following my directions and I will be able to help you further.

  21/01/14 hi support community - after having installed the Mavericks a few weeks ago, I can no longer print to my HP Photosmart 6510 of any of my devices Mac: MacBook Air, iMac, or iPad.  The printer acts like it is printing, even if the result is either no impression on the page or something almost too small to see, with weird colors. I replaced all ink cartridges.   I was on MAC support forums and have done everything suggested, i.e. reinstall the printer, reset the printer, so that reset each device.  The printer will not print a test page.

  RESOLVED (I think).  After posting my question, I continued to search for possible answers.  After starting from scratch, I followed the instructions and others have left regarding the problems of scanning.  Seems that whatever it either which has interfered with printing can also lead to the (logical) scanning.  I have no idea what exactly 'fixed' my printing problem even if at the moment everything seems to work.  (I did not scan anything - and this time not afraid of)

  Before upgrading to Windows 10 and the latest drivers from HP, I was able to print to iPad and Iphone but only the elements of my browsers. Bluetooth and Airpriint have NEVER worked on this printer. But at least I could pull up a recipe in Safari and print from anywhere in the House.

  None. The new Center Solution HP now has three buttons where previously he had eight. I can't find where to find my printing in HP on my apple devices applications. I can't always connect bluetooth LAN or wireless Airprint.

  No problem. Here's how I recommend you do the installation:

  • Click here to install the printer on the Windows 7 computer
  • Follow the prompts as you go along - if you have a usb cable that allows you to connect directly to the computer at the beginning of the installation. When go you further in the installation, you will be able to connect the printer to your network wirelessly via the printer software.
  • If you are able to install and turn the printer on the network wireless successfully, the installation of Windows 10 should go much smoother. You can use the link above to install the printer on the 10 PC set Wizard and it should be able to detect the printer on the network from there. This will also pave the way for restored on your iOS devices use.

  I removed my XL Black ink cartridge and failed to replace it immediately.  Is it possible that residual ink in the printhead has dried up, and the new cartridge cannot be used for printing?
