  I was wondering if anyone had thoughts or experiences to share for the best way to manage the contracts of service level for Service requests. I was asked to provide a report showing that Service account (by area/topic) responded within the time con times.
  
  For example, applications of new business cards are supposed to be resolved in 3 days and it took 4 days so mark this request as having not met arranged deadlines.
  
  I don't know where is the best place to store the dayes of level of Service by region? Is this just in the logic of the report? Appreciate any ideas on that.

  I'm looking for documentation on the SLA and the level of Service policy.  I have been able to piece all the information on this subject, but, it looks like I'm missing some parts.  I need to create a management document explaining how Foglight keeps track of the SLA.  For example, when percent is calculate what is the used and what kind of events/alerts affecting the determination.  I need to know how to make adjustments to policy to adapt our organizational needs.  A policy can be tailored to individual services?

  Also whatever it be replaced by 5.5.8 5.6.3?

  SMARtnet covers traditional Cisco products (products of the company IE.) ISR routers), Small Business Support Center covers the line of small business.

  In the Group of the UC products, for some reason, Cisco believes the UC520, AP521, and WLC526, which are small business to be traditional Cisco products and brand SMARTnet are covered. But, the UC540 and the UC560 are covered by HWC. A major difference in the area of the CPU is the support for CLI vs CCA config.

  However, I noticed your message in small business - class switches. If you have a switch of small business people who are covered by HWC not TAC. HWC will support the CLI and web gui configuration of switches in small businesses, where the CLI is applicable to the model.

  HWC contracts tend to be 3-year periods and can be significantly cheaper than SMARTnet agreements.

  You can go to the Security tab, and then the message of access control, all operations will be listed for each operation add a user/role as needed. To do this, you should, however, a security policy (auth.xml just polished predefined enough.)

  I tried some of the solutions that offered you, but I think what was my problem was caused by the presence of the index on an external hard drive and when the computer has been restarted the drive letter of the USB drive was not the same.  If I remember well, it was a problem that I wasn't yet able to rebuild the index.

  I now have the index on my hard C at the level of the root drive.  I was about to point to the other half of a 16 GB flash drive which is also USB, but Windows Vista Home Premium does not only because it appears that are considered removable flash drives, but external USB drives are not presented in this category.

  Currently I have about 74 000 items indexed.

• The service status

  Hello.

  Could you help me to understand two things:

  1. how to show the severity of service conditions (no alarm filter)? For example I service - ServiceASClient with four components (1,2,3,4). When even one of the constituents have a critical status, my service is in critical condition, but in this case I should show only warning for my service state. And only when all components of four in critical condition, then show the critical State for the entire service.

  I think that what you do reference is essentially 'clustered' services - if one of the four groups is down, the service level availability is not affected as the other three are still functional, but if four are declining, the availability of level of service is affected.

  I have a "BOLD" and a new Q10. Problem is that the BB for the "BOLD" service provider does not provide services for the Q10.  Are there other providers in Beijing for the Q10?  Help!

  Enterprise service level is a higher level of normal service and only applies to the legacy (pre-BB10 peripheral), and which could allows you to use your BES server work.   "Perspectives" is a PC-based e-mail interface program... that has nothing to do with the server, and it is the server that issues related to the process of integration for all peripheral email supported. If you mean Outlook Web Access, and then no.... This does not work under BB10 as it worked under legacy BIS. Instead, what it takes, it's the OWA Admin to enable ActiveSync, and then the BB10 device can work with it.

  Correct... it makes no difference. What matters is what they do on the server. Will they have BES, then they need activate your phone BB10 on BES. Is they don't have Bes, then they must enable ActiveSync so that your BB10 device can work with the server (since it cannot work with OWA). As these others are successfully using the same service, it is likely that ActiveSync is already enabled on the server. But only your server administrators can tell you with certainty.

  False assumption. BES is not (and never was) a BB provided the service. BES is a service/server installed by a service provider (providers of e-mail services, your company, etc.) that provides this level of service for devices configured in. The sole purpose of the company level of your carrier account was to activate the extra things (including a lot more traffic on their network) that BES between client and server... but it was still a client/server relationship, the infrastructure of BB was not involved. BB infrastructure has been involved for BBM, BB Protect and many other exclusive services BB. But BES/Enterprise are and have always been, functionally separate. Encryption are, of course, but it's also a client/server relationship... the network is simply the transport layer, which allows the connectivity between the client and the server.

  Competitive advantage is a very personal assessment; Some may think there is always, others think that BB is already dead. Opinion on the issue will vary anywhere in the map.

  We are a small company with a person who uses our service COMPUTER. Should we be more similar to a VPN service managed instead of one in the House?

  I think that if you have your managed VPN services depends on a few factors:

  * your in house IT supports will do the job properly and timely?

  * your customers require a Service Level Agreement?

  * What is the cost to support your company VPN vs having managed service?

  If you have a computer programmer who really knows how to manage the VPN and you only have a mere handful or two users through the VPN, then I would think more economic to maintain VPN managed by staff in the House.

  Similarly, if you have a computer programmer who is not very intuitive with VPN or simply has no time to support it, so an ISP taken into solution or tastes, would sound more advantageous and economic.

• My computer crashes because of microsoft services

  Hi all

  I don't know if it is displayed everywhere elsewhere or if im not in the right Department, if any of you please redirect me.

  Now for the issue. A few days ago, I turned on my computer and it froze. It froze all showing the office (all the shortcuts and icons were there) but when I put my cursor over the taskbar, things were going to turn into the loading circle. I could click on the office, but then it would freeze too. CTRL + ALT + DEL didn't work, nor the windows button, alt f4 or anything else. Had to restart manually by using the restart on lap button. Initially, the only way to make it work again was to enter in safe mode and restore system to update critical windows. Which fixed the problem only for this perticular restart, if you restarted the pc problem reoccured and had to start all over again. After I saw that by selecting Start from the last know configuration by pressing f8 at startup, I was also able to work around this problem but once again only for this specific initialization. I also tried the system repair via boot and the windows CD, but windows has detected no errors (?). So I searched online for the problem and found a thread of usefell on how to do a clean boot. http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

  After many restarts and a lot of boot to the last known configuration, I came to the conclusion of paragraph last step 5. As a last step i rebooted since the last good configuration known and seen that microsoft services is running, and who have been arrested. (I came to the reason that the problem is caused by one of the stop microsoft services have I reason to suppose that?) The problem is there are much too that many order services and im asking if anyone knows a way I can quickly find without having to reboot every time one by one and if anyone else has had the same problem. (Oh and is it possible to list all the services does not).

  I enabled all services, did a reboot. Then I activated the option Normal startup on the general tab, restarted. Then I stopped a few programs that I don't want to start, restart. Then returned one last time check my luck. No problem at all. hope that this was the problem and now its fixed
