Here's the scenario:
User has access to all Contacts and can see did not have SRs.
The role of user - can read all records = YES
Profile of user access
Contact - Readonly
Related information under the Contact section:
Service request - View (inherit primary does not appear in the drop-down menu)
When I login, I am able to see all the Contacts (directed by role play) and also all SRs associated with this Contact.
Problem: Only SRs belonging to the logged in user should appear. SR the other user should not be visible under the contact.
I've seen examples of the use of ' inherit primary. " This option is not available.
How to get this functionality? (Contact - read all records and associated Contact SNS should show only users registered in SRs)Here's a way to do this:
-Instead of the Service request related information on the Contact details Page, create a Web Applet, and incorporate a report that resembles the Section Service request information.
-Filter this report with a session variable, connection name and use this login name to filter the corresponding column on the report. On the report, add a link to action on the SR # so agents can pierce the ther SR detail page and update etc...This way the user will see only those SR what he or she has.

Try to get request information in advance designer service pushed to my stream of vCO (vRO).
my direct environment vCAC 6.0 now, in testing I vRA 6.1
In the laboratory (6.1), there is a charge option in the query designer that allow me to capture what it:
Unfortunately in 6.0 that is not available!
So I tried to do of vCO and I captured; __asd_subtenantRef
Test2 = System.getContext () .getParameter ("__asd_subtenantRef");
GUID that is perfect for the name of the applicant, but the BG (subtenant)
Is it possible that I can get a clear name this?

I found a solution:
You will need the 'data package'
In your workflow: drill up to SQL > Configuration > add a database:
Enter a name, type DB and the DB in the first page URL, then your credentials in the 2nd page (a user read-only in the DB will suffice).
This may take a few seconds after it is finished, you can see the DB on your tab of the inventory:
Then, you can run a select statement if you like me, I want to just check that everything is ok
the DB table you're looking for here is "cat_subtenant".
Your flow:
retrieve the guid of the tenant of the application
bgRef = System.getContext () .getParameter ("__asd_subtenantRef");
System.log (test4);
create your query
var query = "select cat_subtenant.name from the cat_subtenant where (cat_subtenant.id ='" + bgRef + ")" '); » ;

I created a custom self-service request i.e. 'ADVANCE' using EIT. Did the installation in
HR & TEA (positions upto 2 approvals upward. I've done the installation:(1) created an EIT for ADVANCE of FUNDS
(2) created a function for the CASH ADVANCE
3) has added the function in the Menu of self-service
(4) run 'Registry of information Types' to 'MOVE on '.
(5) If a Condition in the SOUL using the attribute existing
6) has also created a rule in the SOUL
(7) on the profile for customization options
(8) BG, Security Profile & Usertype profile options are set
Still to do:
(1) necessary to allow segments of FDF self-service page using personalization for segments of the CASH ADVANCEAfter you activate the profile customization options, when I chose the request...
It is showing error as shown below:Error:

Please add the function that you created to 'ADVANCE' also to the following menus:
1 menu personal Actions
2 menu Actions manager
3. global Self Service custom functions
Line 1 and 2 must be the same as you gave in the Menu through which you access this function.

to start your rman on the target database where you also want to do the restore. If you connect to your database with the recording of the dynamic listener, you have the problem in case of a restart of the database that the database service is deregisterd of the listener. In this case, you don't need the listener for that and I think that you do not have. Also, make sure that your catalog database is available. Just for information. You should be able to restore a tablespace also without a catalog database.Try to connect

If your company has a number of csi, then someone purchased a support contract, whereby if you can talk to your representative commercial Oracle or the person in your company who bought it or you are a partner, in which case you can talk to your Oracle partner your company contact. If you do not have a number of csi, then you will need to purchase a support contract.

Assignment of Service request records to books
Hi all
I tried to add a service request record to a book which belongs to the partner organization. This book is one that is generated automatically when a partner is created. I added the user in the section of information related to the users of the book. I checked the profile of access for visibility. But when I click on the Add button on the title bar of the article of book in the service request details page, this book does not appear. Is there anything else which I am supposed to achieve?

The partner book that is automatically created works ONLY on the partner folder, you must create a separate register to assign to records - we used the format P - {Partner Name) this wil then added to the files using workflows PRM.

Service request not getting associated with the Contact

We have an interface between the Web site of our company and Siebel On demand application, visitors can come to our Web site and submit a request by filling out a form with their contact information and their request. In turn, this creates a folder 'Contact' and a 'Request for Service' in the Application folder,
'Contact', we used WSDL and v2.0 "Request for Service" WSDL as the webservice interface, we find that the Contacts and requests for services are created as that individual records, service demand does not get associated with the contact record is created?
We are capture the following information under the heading "Contact".
First name:

E-mail:
Phone:
Address:
and the following information under the 'Service request'
Product information:
Object:
Description:
Type:
Status:
Should the specify us anything else under the Service request in the interface that will associate the Contact and "demand for services.
Is it because in version 2.0, each object exist as separate nodes that we are facing this problem?
This will be solved by using v1.0, is there a limitation any using v1.0, please specify

Under the technical means of CHS, there is a "Smart Call Home monitoring details" document. This provides specific details for each diagnosis, environment and alarm of syslog by device. It must also offer if an SR would be open.

Open Warranty Service request July 23, 2013 for Dell U3014 not yet shipped
Dell technical support chat, Dell agent diagnosed my brand new, in the U3014 defective LCD warranty and I was sending by e-mail & service on July 23, 2013 application numbers. While they inspected the status of service request today (from this page: http://www.dell.com/support/incidents/us/en/04?c=us&s=bsd&cs=04&l=en), it does not seem to have shipped yet despite almost launched a week ago.
When I could expect my replacement LCD to ship? I expect a much faster resolution of Dell, especially for premium for the lighthouse of Dell LCD.

According to the availability of the manufacturer, the typical turnaround time on shipping is 7 to 10 business days. So I'm not expecting to ship until Thursday, may 1 at the earliest.

1. control file backup to trace using the "alter database backup controlfile to trace as 'C:\control.bkp ';
2. turn off your database
3 startup nomount

Maximum number of Service requests

Greetings for the day!
After continuous follow-up with my client, I recently got the number of the ITUC, using which I created ID metalink and triggered several SRs for pending open questions and began following. However, the management insisted on open SR only for critical questions, in order to avoid the maximum number of service requests.
It intrigued me, according to my knowledge, there is no limit or value set, who says you can't create more than Nnn number of service requests, please let me know if it there in a. I tried to search for the same thing on the forum as well as google, but did not find. Furthermore, another application that came to my mind was, if I have the Database Enterprise edition license, and I raise questions about FCAC, it will be by any violent means the terms of the assistance contract?
Hereafter, document as well, but no luck.

It depends on the nature of your organisation has subscribed the support contract.
For example, see the http://www.oracle.com/us/support/library/057419.pdf 'Incident Server Support Package' (page 13)
Most customers would sign up for normal support that does not limit the number of SRs, but some they choose this method for specific projects / implementations.
