  TV receives the audio signal from the external, connected HDMI (in your Set Top Box case) device. Check if the same audio issues would be noticeable by using another external device like a DVD or BD player. In case the sound issue would be noticeable only with decoder, the question isn't related to the TV, but to the external device.

  Finally I did it! Here's how I did it: I went to the BIOS changed options SATA AHCI Mode Compatybility. Then I had lunch the installer of Windows XP - whipe on all partitions, created new partitions using Windows install.
