  Hi, I got my flashlight since early January, and there is no water or physical damage to him. Everything was spectacular work until today.

  This morning I changed the security settings for the AT & T Live TV app and the Pandora app. He then asked a reboot that I authorized. The phone turns off, back to the screen to reboot (with the logo of BB and the "BlackBerry") as well as the bar loading restart on the bottom.

• How can I cancel my Windows Live ID account when the e-mail account used to open it is closed?

• Search Smartphones blackBerry Appworld freezes since the last update

  Since the last updated demand of appworld (about a week) ago, I encounter some problems with its search function.   Delete AppWorld from your phone and reinstall it, and then update again (if necessary). It is possible that the update has been altered during the download or installation.

  I downloaded an app of the theme and reset my camera as it says. After that, any icon that you tap, bar text, makes the crash of the phone. I have reset my phone taking battery etc, but it's the same situation everytime I turn on my phone. Can I remove this app somehow without going on app world (as it freezes whenever I try) or a way to restore the factory settings?

  Since you did not specify on what you have tried, we risk redundant advice. So, the first thing is... at all times a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  If it does not, then do it again, but leave the battery for at least 10 minutes. Makes no sense, I know... but sometimes it helps.

  If who does not work, then please clarify exactly what you were doing... "remove someone from my bbm status thing and just cut" is not terribly useful for diagnosis... Please be as precise and detailed as you can be.

  Check another forum, it seems to be a problem experienced on some phones using s/f 162-167 questions (mine was 167) - I've updated the software to 247 and that seems to have solved the problem.

  Due to a protracted dispute with at & t, I don't have my blackberry torch 9800 on the provider and the sim chip disappeared. Simple problem, because I want to have some uses of the torch limited by wi - fi and that don't work - I want to remove all references to the gmail and BIS email icons that I used to use on the torch.   Nearly ten calls to Verizon tech support, several hours on the phone, hours of searching on Google and post them in the forums and finally, five minutes after the Verizon representative asked me to hold while he has contact BlackBerry support, the problem is solved.

  At first, I thought that the problem was Google/Yahoo/Comcast, until I tried to send e-mail to my BlackBerry using a Comcast account, which has not been added.

  I set up a new e-mail account and received 7 new emails.  Later, I deleted the email account, but did so before the opening of each of 7 new emails.  The e-mail account has been deleted, but the number 7 and the new mail icon always appears on the home screen.  I created the account once again to see if the emails were there, but they were not.  I removed the battery and wait a few minutes and that did not work.  Anyone have any ideas?

  The e-mail configuration is stored in the ENCORE, not the BB itself (the BB has an interface for BIS, but BIS is the carrier). Thus, wiping the BB does nothing on the configuration. You have to go to

  • Settings > email settings

  PC/browser on your BIS site or carriers:

  and remove the configuration for the e-mail account.

  Basically, if you have created your account BIS on the BB, you will need to open it from the BB, create a BIS login and pw for the PC... and then you can enter your BIS carrier site of connection of your PC.
