  Hi guys, I am trying to install a new card Lacie esata PCI card (http://www.lacie.com/products/product.htm?pid=11217) on windows server 2003 on Dell poweredge T410. Windows detects the card and install the driver, but then, it shows an error code 10 "device Can not not started. I tried the update, uninstall, reinstall, adding Lacie driver CD through the "Hardware Wizard', chaning PCI card slot by 4 to 1. But nothing has worked. • Dell B2375DFW has error when you try to scan

  Here's my problem. I have a brand new Dell XPS 8700 with 16 GB of RAM, a processor i7 to 4790 with Windows 7 Pro 64 and a new printer Dell B2375dfw I have the printer connected via USB 2.0 and also connecting it to the wireless network. I really want to just that it hooked up through the USB port.

  I want to scan a document into the computer and when I use the Scan to PC, option it gives me the error below. I suppose a computer with 16 GB of RAM would be more than enough. I am also using the default settings with the resolution 300 dpi, scan of letter format (it's the only thing I changed) and it saved via pdf.

  

  I thought that maybe it has something to do with the location, so I create a new scan option and create a new folder on the desktop with all the world the share permissions. It still gives the same error.

  I also try and see if there is there a firmware that could fix this problem, but I also found that I use the most recent version. I also downloaded the latest software on the site, but I am currently using the software up to date.

  I know that this is not a virus, as there is nothing on this computer so he can block it. I have McAfee that came on the computer, but I have disabled real-time scanning and firewall, but it does not solve it no more.

  Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. I am at a loss as to what it could be. Maybe something is wrong with the software. Maybe a compatibility issue.

  I did a work around to solve the problem for those who might have the same problem before scanning. I ended up in the printer (via WiFi) networking and then configure a folder and him giving "everyone" permissions.  Then, I used just "Scan to Network Folder" on the printer and it worked perfectly fine.

  All that being said, I tried the rear USB method and for some reason it started working correctly via the USB port. I tried several times thinking I could just dream it but now it works fine. Maybe it was a bug or something.

  The W1228 error indicates that the RAID battery charger reported to the management server that the battery is missing, can not load the battery (probably due to high temperatures), or the battery is bad.   It's huge (+ 10 GB), then it may not be the best way. You can download and install the drivers one at a time. Start with the chipset driver, then install the drivers for the device with the yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager, have installed drivers 'generic' and all available drivers that are newer to the native Windows drivers - you will need probably the video drivers and the network may be drivers. You must also install OpenManage Server Administrator (Managed Node).

  We  have  a new dell R720 I need to install xenserver 6.1 on it.
  
  However before that i need to fully update the firmware on the dell box 
  
  I searched online and found that there is a ISO that we can download to update the firmware
