StackPane not to fill the available space in the window

Hi all!

I am facing a problem when you try to resize (even just filling) additional space on a window with a 'structured' node

Explain:

I use this framework to manage several scenes: https://blogs.oracle.com/acaicedo/entry/managing_multiple_screens_in_javafx1
It works fine, but I am not able of to the 'internal' node expand to fill the entire window. I am able to set min width and height to reach the limits of the window, but I would like to set to the mode "full screen" to the node and let the JavaFX do the trick. Is this possible?

I have attached an image to help the explanation. Basically what I want, it's fill the green zone (controlled Screene that extends StackPane) with blue/pink (Gridpane with bottomAnchor = "0.0" AnchorPane.leftAnchor = "0.0" AnchorPane.rightAnchor ="0.0"AnchorPane.topAnchor = "0.0") node.
I already tried to extend the framework to the node Anchorpane class but did not work.

Looking at the blog you linked, there is the following code:

It's probably the cause of your problem.
A group is not a resizable pane, so it does not develop to adapt to its surroundings.
Trying to root a StackPane instead and see if that works.

If this does not solve your problem, please post the full content of the file FXML you use and use a harness to test you app to display.

Use the CC version 2015.1 on a Wacom tablet using Win 8.1 and inadvertently from the same batch of photos, I had downloaded twice and it was very confusing because it did not prevent the duplication of files, but the files where not really there.
