  I need to know about the music on hold for IPCC Express. I have a package of Enhanced IPCC Express 4.0. CRS 4.0.2. CCM 4.1.3

  I made a script which I enclose & basically when the caller is in the queue I added the call to hold. Now, I need to know if the caller is placed on hold according to the script, the caller will hear the CCM hold music or not. I was not able to test the music on hold, as the Ministry of HEALTH is not yet configured on CCM. If it works then I can get MOH configured on the server, or else I think about using a long queued prompt queue.

  Yes. This will work. Configure music on hold user CTI Ports to use the flow of music to hold good in the CM. That's all.

• Loud music on hold telephone support

  When I call technical support on Apple music on hold that I find difficult to deal with. I don't seem to find a way to lower and I refused my phone as low as it goes. I wear a hearing aid and the reverbates high decibels in my ear and it is difficult to hear the representative of tech because my ear was dynamited.  Someone help?   We are trying to install the listener of the APEX on a server (not our database, due to problems of java version) and make the point to our server to database running Oracle 11.2...

  I'll take my 8 year old daughter away for a stay of 6 weeks. She sings. I mean she sings throughout the day. Literally never tired of singing... She's still playing the piano but Im thinking this will be a good time to start.

  I want to introduce to Logic pro. The goal is to let her loose with my macbook, logic pro and let her find a way of composing her own songs. IM thinking essentials that I need to pack in my suitcase is as follows:

  1 Macbook with logic installed

  2. Midi keyboard - think a unit Audio M - don't know whether to go 25, 32 or 49 keys

  3 microphone/voice recorder - or not (do not know how well the mac built in microphone works for her)

  4. decent pair of headphones

  Any suggestions for the 2 points. 3. & 4. would be welcome.

  Also, and perhaps more importantly, suggestions on how to introduce the world of music production. Are there notable tutorials out there that would be appropriate for children?

  When you play a piece of music, you either play your own disc hard or streaming from your library of music to iCloud. They use your iTunes library.itl in your iTunes folder where are stored the sides and the game counts. If you play for you or New, you stream music from Apple Server, so play counts are not saved.

  I have a client who has updated from an old Nortel Norstar to a UC540 system - staff used to listen to music on hold source through their phone on the sets of Nortel speakers, and they want to do this on the UC540 with the SPA phones.

  I saw a few old posts here asking this question even that have been left unanswered - I thought that I would ask the question to see if there was any new development.

  The music source is just a radio plugged into the external port of the Ministry of HEALTH.

  Please let me know if anyone has suggestions - or if it's a certain "can't do".

  I am trying to download a new audio file for music on hold, but regularly I get no audio after the change is made.  Initially when I created this he played very well, and then after a few test calls if it is stopped and I get no sound at all.

  When the call is waiting for the response from the officer, the caller hears the Health Ministry set up for the CTI Ports, managed by the IPCC Express.

  I had the same problem at a client and my solution was to configuere the Ministry of health for the Points of road CTI with the ringtone "wav" IPCC Express files.

  You will set up a new source of MoH in Callmanager, create a new pool of device for the Ports of CTI IPCC Express and associate it with this Pool of device to the CTI Ports, or if you prefer, you can set up each CTI Port in the new Department of health.

  I'm running 10.5.1 UCCX. I'm working on a scenario where I want to put the music on hold in a queue.

  I formatted the audio file accordingly. (8 bit, 8000hz, mono) and it sounds good when I play the file itself.

  I just wanted to download that, reference the file with a variable 'guest' and tell him to run between 'standby' and 'call unhold' actions in the script.

  When I listen to the file in the script, it's horrible! You can't even listen to it for more than a few seconds, it's so bad.

  How can I get a healthier clear? What other ways can I run it?

  First of all, you can not play a guest between the hold and I take the steps. When CCX establishes a call on hold THAT CUCM MoH is played. If you want to play the prompt, you must use a prompt play and barge in the value no.

  Second, the WAV file must actually be encoded in mono G.711 u - law, not only 8000hz. If it sounds horrible, it's because it's false. Audacity is able to export in this format if you need a free app to do.

  I want to use Apex 2.0 listener that standalone as a print server, we installed and we changed the configuration of the print server in the administration workspace. Then I created a report query and when I have the test report, a pdf file is downloaded, but when he opens, Adobe reader tells me that is not a valid pdf file.

  Our Apex application runs in the pl/sql gateway mode not Apex listener.

  You have answered your own question... If you use the EPG, then you can NOT use another product middleware or application server until you turn off the EPG...

  Why you use the EPG in production?  Oracle does NOT recommend this (see the APEX Oracle installation instructions..)
