Start Menu computer laptop I3 HP 450 c

How and what start programs can I remove to speed up the laptop to access the internet.

To do this, use msconfig

http://www.netsquirrel.com/Msconfig/

Once see you what programs are in the Startup tab, using google to see that they are. Most is safe to disable, if a program that you are using stops working after you disable something in msconfig/startup, then go back and turn it back on. A reboot of the PC will have to make the changes to stop to load items you unchecked.

Some software Antivirus will be in the Startup tab, in order to not disable those.

In Msconfig/startup, the command column displays the executable being started, you can also use this name for google. You must drag the columns to see the path of any order.

If you place your pointer over the separator of right order and then click and drag to the right, you can now see the executable command which is responsible, this name can be google to see exactly what it is.

Some of the exe is in this database for the "tasks" (kind of the same thing)

    Hello

Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at the esc you key start Notepad to open the Start Menu.  Select the BIOS (usually f10) and under the Advanced or the Diagnostic tab, you will find the possibility to run tests on the hard drive and memory.  Post back with the details of any error message.

Note:  If the option to run these tests is not available in the Bios Menu, use the menu diagnosis f2 .

You can also publish returns with the following details.

    1. the full model number and your cell phone Nr - see here for a guide to the location of such information.

  • Help start mini computer laptop Toshiba.

This morning my laptop worked as he always does, when I went to turn it back on it wouldn't boot Windows. Instead, it is staying on a black screen with a cursor blinking in the upper left corner. I am able to get to the BIOS Setup, but I don't know what to do further. The laptop is a mini laptop Toshiba and it doesn't have a hard drive. Thanks for any help.

You can start safe mode?  When you turn on you should be able to press the F8 key about once per second, until you get the advanced boot menu and select Mode without failure.  If you do this, you can select the system restore to get back before the beginning of the problem.  System Restore is under start-> all programs-> Accessories-> system tools.  Click on the box that says «Show restore points more»

When you say that your laptop is not a hard disk, which it start from?  An SSD, a flash drive?  You neglected to mention that relevant detail.

I hope this helps.  Good luck.

  • Cannot restore my laptop-"Repair my computer" not appearing is not in the start menu

Once or twice in the past had to get my phone and it was an easy process thanks to the construction recovery option (computer repair) in the start menu (when you press F8 on the Toshiba screen), but now when I press F8 during the Toshiba screen and go to the boot options, there is no option to fix my computer. Fix my computer is usually the first option, but the first option is now "Start Windows in safe mode". Fix my computer disappeared! :(

I think that the cause of my problem is that I started my laptop using my friend's windows startup disk when my computer would not start a month back. In fact, he got my laptop going again, but after starting my laptop, he told me that there is a problem with the start and he asked if I would like to repair and restart, I did. In addition, the windows startup disk, I used to start my laptop computer is a 64-bit version and my laptop has a 32-bit operating system. I don't know if that makes a difference.

Could someone please help me by letting me know if there is anything I can do to get "Repair my computer" back. It is handy recover my computer when I want to just go back and get my laptop clocked in so it is better again.

    Short answer:
There is nothing you can do about it except to include adjustments to plant again. I'm sorry. :(

  • Windows 7 on a computer hp laptop, start menu never ceases to appear and disappear if often I can't type on the command line.

Windows 7 on a computer hp laptop, start menu never ceases to appear and disappear if often I can't type on the command line. I can open Google Chrome and click here to read the games. If I need to type anything it either in the menu popping up any program does not allow me to do. I have it in safe mode to try to run a full scan check but not able to do. Any suggestions?

    Help, please

You have another keyboard, say a connected USB, try? If this occurs only when you try to type, I was wondering if the keyboard is faulty and its operation to sort of the windows key?

If this is likely, you can try https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/216893 if you click on the toggle bits.

If not that, perhaps of possible malware? Can you go as far as to update your antivirus software and then run a full scan to see if it finds problems? When you say "able to do" whats happening?

My laptop with Windows 7 (64-bit) can not see the other desktop PC running Windows XP via a wireless connection, except if it is plugged into my laptop so only I can see them on the network.

Then, finally I can access any other desktop pc wired to shared folder via the Wi - Fi by this method.

But I still don't see them on eventhrough network I can access by this method. Please help me solve this problem.

    Hello

1st thing to try is a restoration of the system in safe mode

    http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm

    Windows Vista

    Using the F8 method:

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap theF8 key repeatedly until you are presented with theBoot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
    3. Select the Safe Mode option with the arrow keys.
    4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
    5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
    6. Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

If that does not read this information

the link below is how to download and get a vista disk startup repair, which you can start from the

  • I use Pale Moon x 64. The icon in the task bar and start menu looks like a 'computer' and not on the icon Moon pale-why is this?

My computer is Windows 7-64 bit.
I recently installed the Moon pale x 64 on the right site.
Everything works fine, except that the "icon" of the particles in the taskbar and start menu is not the blue moon. I wonder why this is and how I can change it.
This occurred during the installation of the particles.

Best is to ask PaleMoon support about it.
