  I tried to upgrade my software today to ver *. 181 everything was fine except when my phone data had to be restored back (step 10 of 10). Where is my application crashed and I had to reboot my Desktop Manager. But now he don't ask me to restore data, or update anything.

  Search your entire hard disk for files with the extension of the RPI (*.ipd). What are the backup files created by DTM. Choose which is the correct (very probably by the time of the file) and then use it as a source for restoring:

  Hey all.

  I bought my "BOLD" 02-01-09 (Thursday, GMT + 10) from a local business here on Guam wireless.  I've tinkered with it all weekend, but come Monday, my first day on the job with her, I found that I had battery problems.  I took the "BOLD" from the charger at 22:00 Sunday night to serve as a wake-up call in place of the former PDA. From 16:00 on Monday, with no phone call and any other use of few (although the wifi was on, NOT connected to any network) the battery is less than 15%. Up to 18 hours, he spent 17 hours in my pocket and it was spent.  WIFI * was * on.

  Tuesday after battery problems, I charged the phone all night and turned off WIFI.  The phone all night, removed the Mini-USB dongle that feeds it just before my departure at 06:00.  At noon, with no navigation, no internet, less than 3 emails checked quickly, no bluetooth, no wifi, no gps...  NO use at all, except a few quick emails not checked, it is up to 60% battery by noon.  6 hours.

  Tuesday night, I upgraded from OS 4.6.0.162 for 4.6.0.190.  I again accused the phone all night, pulling on my way to work Wednesday at 06:00.  60 percent at noon, with the same amount of use.  I took it in the GTA and they swapped the battery and said "check".

  Thursday.  Same case, charged every night until 06:00.  Same amount of use (not a lot of data, no phone call).  Now is 16:50 (~ 11 hours later) and battery pays 55%.  It seems that nearly 25 to 45% better than before, MIME...  But no where near the 300 + hours of "standby" announced.  At the current pace, I had its

  GPS, Bluetooth and WIFI was off since Monday night.  I'm very * beep * close background applications.   GTA is running to the EDGE network.  Screen brightness is 20%, but the BB pass 97% of his day in his pocket OEM, in my pocket.

  Suggestions?

  I solved this problem on my own.  I guess it helps to be an electronics technician.

  I have problems with internet on my blackberry curve 8520. I still get emails and bbm still works but my browser is not loading pages. The blue bar takes over completely, but the web page will never - open it's just stuck on the loading screen.   Recently, I went out of State and had not experienced this problem before leaving the State.  I was out in the glue and often not there where there was a signal to receive messages.  I noticed that my icon said: I have messages.  I saw a few and opened and deleted if necessary, however when I went back to the main screen, it says that I still had 7 messages.  There is no unopened messages or missed calls.  I looked in all the missed messages files and that you have not found a.  Is there a way I can reset my icons?  Is this a known bug?  My SMS icon and icon facbook work perfect so far.  Please advise?

  It looks like to of the LED high output intensity. It could very well be a battery problem, but if the problem persists with the connected device or with a different battery, it's most likely a bad flash led or an electrical problem on the motherboard.

• Problem blackBerry Smartphones BBM 8 voice call

  Voice calls with BB7 worked very well.

  I've updated to BBM 8 a few days back. And since I am not able to make voice calls.

  -I don't have any option like "check for updates" or "update" in my phone there is nothing similar. I even searched by "Search".

  -J' downloaded the Deskop BB software and when I tried to update my BB, the program said that I don't have active subscription. So I signed up for subscription, giving my email address, but nothing has changed

  -The same message appeared when I tried to update to Mozilla.

  My mobile operator: Play (Poland). When I turn on my BB, it shows me a moment of Vodafone logo.

  Your device is used.  Your description of the boot sequence indicates that it is a Vodafone branded device.  This Vodafone startup screen can never be changed.  As long as the device is unlocked, you can use it on your support.

  In addition, you must have a BlackBerry data plan to your account with your wireless service provider.  It is probably what you were told the camera.

  That said, you can probably learn the operating system to v7.1 by performing a clean OS reload.  Here are some instructions:

  1. first download the operating system on your PC.  You can get 7.1 for the brand Vodafone UK 9790 here (though the version of all carrier will work.):

  On Windows Vista/7, go to C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Roaming\Research in XML Motion\BlackBerry\Loader (where 'YOUR_USER' is your user name)

  On Windows XP, go to C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER\Application is In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML (where 'YOUR_USER' is your user name)

  5 use BBSAK from BBSAK.org and wipe the device (after doing a full backup), then after you get the 507 error (no OS installed) then go to the next step.

  6. plug the BlackBerry and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in c:\program files\common research in motion\apploader

What you suggested does not apply to my problem, and I would consider this as an attempt to get the number of post, not to mention that your useless instructions do not yet include a source (I am aware that you copied it).

  As for my problem, I've solved simply waiting. Finally, the charger came and I was able to reboot. I would say that there is currently no solution to this, because the initialization is inappropriate, and maybe it's the device with a hardware error.
