I just got the internet hooked upward and started the computer, worked fine until about 10 mins in., I got a blue screen crash. tried to restart and now when I click on my user account he just says welcome and very much in charge. halp please! • Pavilion dv6 3127tx stucks at startup

  IAM using windows 7 (64 bit) with Radeon hd 5600/5700 graphics card. When I turn on my laptop it stucks on welcome screen I noticed it created a folder with name "new folder" on desktop with driver inside files. I moved this folder, but it is created again after repair of window. especially when my mobile stucks on welcome screen after that on "restart hard"(en appuyant sur le bouton marche / arrêt) he asks repair window and restores the previous settings and then sign in. other wise, if I chose start window normally TI stucks again welcome.   It seems that when you try so that it starts normally, you stay stuck on the Welcome screen. I will try to help you with this.
  
  I don't think your problem is related to the graphics at all as if you choose to fix so you can get into Windows. Unless you encounter problems after that are related graphics or this folder indicates such.

  Clean boot
  Analysis antivirus + Malware scan (MalwareBytes is a very good program for the latter, use antivirus whatever you like (free with Avast, AVG) you can google all).
  
  You can also try the update drivers any with the HP Support Assistant and all Windows updates. (should be able in normal startup or in safe mode)
  
  If the foregoing produces no result, then recover (don't forget to backup).

  One day, I was playing CS, everything's fine, it works well, I know that my pc is not the best for playing games, I'm running with fps constant of 40-60 which is not obtained, but not bad either.   I'm a little worried that I just broke my laptop, I tried a few corrections in the internet, but I can't find. I went advanced startup settings and did a system restore and choose the settings of only a few days.
  The system recovery succeeded. I restarted my PC, I was so happy that I fixed it, for so I thought it was. I open Google chrome, but as soon as I pressed the Enter key everything froze. Same office does not. I restarted my pc again. The start-up took a little longer. After going on the office a few minutes later the pc simply froze again. I can't do anything. I've been waiting so he could meet again for 10 minutes and still frozen. I restarted my pc and was able to put it in SafeMode before it froze again. And everything works fine in safe mode. I can still surf the internet but can't actually play cs: go in what is sad. I can still play undertale but which is nice. When I put back it in normal mode, it keeps freezing after a few minutes.

  An organization of 100 employees, Vista 32 bit Service Pack 2 running on the desktop HP DC 5800, Elitebook 8530 p.

  Each user has own individual CAC card to access the machines.

  While trying to connect on individuals put their cards cac inside their cac reader that is aVAC chip card reader HP.

  Then screen then rises over 85% of the machines to say welcome and stays there for the time period of 10 to 45 minutes while the circle turns around, until the user must turn the machine off.  Once that they power the machine off then comes back upward and may or may not work.

  I would be greatly appreciated if someone who can help me with ideas to solve this problem.

  Restore point:

  Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

  Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

  If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

  Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
