Supported terrible experience

I spent only 38 minutes being bounced from level 1 to level 1 to a service repair... everything I could barely understand. The last person in the Department of "issuing" repair has been the most difficult to understand. I * THINK * I have a 2nd replacement on the way... but I are not sure.

The problem? My original Nexus 6 (Blue 64 GB) at the point a few crackles in speakers, and then the volume vary wildly during playback of any media. I also had some trouble hearing callers.

The first replacement was sent quickly, arrived in a box of MotoCare... but to put it on my charger of Tylt on my bedside during the night, I woke up to a phone with only 12% of remaining battery. Tried a LG wireless charger and then a Nokia... same problem. The replacement does not charge wireless. I've never had a problem with loading Wireless on my original.

So this led me to the tour today of torture, calling support bike. The last gentleman I spoke did not have a ticket number or a number of follow-up... who knows if I'm actually getting another!

  • Order of the terrible experience

    I'm having a terrible experience for order Adobe Creative cloud here in Belgium.

    First of all, I did a pre-buy received an e-mail this morning that my order was cancelled due a credit card but without further explanation.

    Committed another error but I got an error a few times, the fourth time when change the abbreviated word for 'street' that was 'str' to the street he has worked, but the order are released.

    I called local support for check and he manual status, they advised me to cancel the order and create a new one. So that's what I was doing, I called support again once and they told me it has the status of a manual again. They canceled again and told me to wait an hour to place a new order. That's what I did but still the same, they told me to try with my wife card. Result was a little different, received an e-mail back in 15 minutes that it also has not been accepted.

    So I called the regional support (France) because a local was already closed. There was a helpful lady who has tried everything but could not help and she told me that she would create a case and gave me the file number that has been #208330874. She said she would transfer me to a technician, this guy did not understand English, and beside that, he simply said ": Sorry cannot help you to remind later Monday...»

    Guys, this is so terrible, a control system that doesn't work and is not informed about the real cause of the problem. I keep going in circles. I check everything on my side, but everything should be good.

    Adobe please fix this as soon as possible and at least give the reason why an exact why reason a credit card is rejected, otherwise, it's like going in circles zero. Took me a whole day already and still have nothing but "not accepted".

    Once again, please fix ASAP!

  • Moto Z Force - another terrible experience "pre-order".

    I pre-ordered one bike Z Force, and later the same day, a wireless bike Mod loader direct from Motorola last weekend. Just had an email of confirmation on the bike Mod. Called Support to motorcycle, last Monday, after the State of the command line did not recognize either number. Said my order, the date of the promise for shipping was 8: 1 and I had received a shipping confirmation within a day or two. Nothing, what is called later in the week. Again, has said that I would get the phone 8/1, although, in the same conversation, they told me my phone was in 'construction '. This, on Thursday for a phone with no customization beyond to choose between two colors and two configs of memory, "promised" for delivery in 4 days.

    Online order status, now a week later, still does not recognize a number. No shipping notice. This will be my third motorcycle "preorder" happens after the date of the promise, and after that the product is available in stores. Unless something miraculous happens with my support experience, this will be my last purchase direct with Motorola and, probably, my last Motorola phone. Between my experience 'preorder' with Pure X bike, bike 360 Gen 2 and this phone, I do not think that bike includes e-commerce or what pre-order is supposed to mean. Paying for a product arrive at their convenience is ridiculous, especially during the expedition of the ASBL pre-orders for 28.

    I've been a customer of motorcycle since the OG Droid and purchased, most direct from Motorola, the droid OG, every generation of the Moto X, both versions of the suspicion of motorcycle, two generations of the Moto Droid MAXX (gift for Dad) 360, Nexus 6 and now the bike Z Force and Mods. Now, my account of the motorcycle used for most of these purchases (more cases, adapters, headphones, batteries, etc.) is useless for the follow-up of these two recent purchases. The sequence numbers are useless because their system does not recognize them. Repeated calls to support tell me my phone will arrive at the time, while also simultaneously under construction and having to ship from China, as if that wasn't a sort of sense. I had to complain on Twitter to even receive the email with he order confirmation number I was promised last Monday. I love the products of the bike, but this level of compatibility is ridiculous. They do not seem to customers who faithfully bought all their live products, they want to buy from Best Buy and Verizon.

    I just had a customer support terrible experience. I found the information on this web page. Wow! Good idea, put your number and they call you when they have an opening! I put in all my information and clicked on submit. The phone rang immediately! I thought it was a strange coincidence, it's Adobe. I've been waiting for 18 minutes at 7:50 AM IS. What happens in the world? I finally found someone, says I called him 'Neo', asks what is happening, I explain above, it takes my phone number and tries to put me on hold. Instead of waiting, he hangs up on me. So now I'm here.

  • HP Support Assistant broke up shortly after the upgrade to windows 8

    I use a 4 month old desktop HP Pavilion HPE h9-1130 Phoenix, with windows 8 pro (64-bit). There are 2 or more months, I upgraded to windows 7 (64-bit), and I followed the instructions of the windows Upgrade Wizard 8. He said not to uninstall HP support assistant, so I left. After the upgrade, which went through flawlessly, hp support Assistant works perfectly. But a few weeks or months, he ran an update, and update failed to start and the program crashed. Immediately after that, the icon of Wizard support hp in the taskbar has disappeared, as well as the program itself. It will be displayed on the list of programs, but I'm not able to uninstall or do something with it. I can't either start. I tried to get help from HP customer care, but they were a bunch of idiots who just wasted my time. I couldn't even communicate with them, because they were all Indians and speaks very by the English. I tried to ask to speak with a customer support English agent or a Manager, but they would put me on hold and it would never transfer, so I hung up. I think I spoke to 6 different customer support agents a few week spans and via different outlets (live chat, phone, email). One of the "agents of support" has been so incompetent that he spent an hour on the remote just link sitting there, doing repetitive things I told him constantly, I had already tried, like trying to do a base installation of the Web-_-... That said, I was wondering if someone could help me solve the problem, because I would like to have Deputy support back on my computer. But I am doing nothing tedious as a reinstallation of windows or something like that, because it's just ridiculous for a program very little relevant.

    Resolved, by none other than myself. No, thanks to HP customer care, or this forumn. Of a curious, I uninstalled a crap tone of the files and folders that are associated with HP Support Assistant, including HP, frame Support HP, HP Setup, HP Setup Manager support and many other files via Windows Explorer (by searching appropriate tab of the computer), Windows uninstaller and Revo Uninstaller free control panel. Once I felt I had managed to get rid of a bunch of broken files of shit, I tried to install a new HP SA on their site, but it wouldn't work. To fix that, I found that guests "Overwriting" mentioned above has led to the problem, which was "swsetup" and HP SA files have been left and prevented a clean install.  So to fix that, I deleted all pre-existing swsetup and files HP SA from Windows Explorer. After all this, I was able to successfully install SA HP, although I had to download it and then manually start the installation process by clicking on the executable file of the application in the new HP SA folder. Everything seems to work fine now, I ran pretty much all the features of the program and they work fine.  The only thing that seems to be a bit weird is that I updated the original HP Bluetooth driver and rebooted, but it seems not to save the update, as it is still prompting me to do it again.  This isn't a big deal, as an easy solution is just for x on this recommended update and hide.   I will update if something happens, but if I don't update, it means that the product works as it should.  Let's hope I don't have to deal with HP customer support once again, what a terrible experience!

    I'm having a terrible experience with the last Photoshop (CC 2014).  Constant of flickering screen (even after the Intel HD 3000 graphics driver update).

    Have been in the forum before Adobe and nobody seems to know what is the problem - each blaming the other (personal Photoshop blame Windows 8 bug to say it must be a problem with the Intel driver).

    I'm under Intel Core processor i5 with 8 GB of RAM and Windows 8.

    I have no intend to sign up for a year with Creative Cloud contract, until I can contact Adobe by phone to solve this problem and actually speak to a person in real life.

    Yet nowhere on the HELP of Photoshop section leads to a phone number.

    Would appreciate any phone number that anyone who leads actually to talk to someone at Adobe

  • No support for Creative Suite 5 Design Premium download?

    I downloaded a trial version of v5 January last year.  Later, I bought an educational version as faculty/staff and asked my license to the trial version.

    Fast forward to today.  My old laptop has been scrapped, and I said that I have the right to install the software on up to 2 computers.  However, there is no link available (Adobe is on version 5.5, an upgrade of the point rather than a version full), no mirror, or support to help me get the media (for example delivery installation media).

    The Adobe solution is for me to buy the full version of 5.5 (no upgrade path).

    Seriously?  No downloadable links in liberation?  There is no distribution under version control for licensed customers?  None offers support except for one detail don't pitch to 'net again' a product license that I own?

    Terrible experience.  Road to the secondary market and thanks for nothing.

    You should have received with your purchase installation media.  Or have only provided a serial number of your installation and told to download the trial on the Adobe site?  Have you contacted the supplier of your serial number to see if they have a copy installation files?

  • Apple Store helped the thief to erase my Macbook Pro while it was beep!

    Guys, this is my terrible experience, please let me know if I can do anything to get back on my laptop. My macbook pro was stolen from the library. I use Find My iphone app and played the sound immediately, at the same time, I've located the thief with my laptop in the apple store 5 miles. When I arrived, I was told by the store manager that someone has my mac technician pro beep delete request data, and the technician just did without question on proof of ownership. WHILE THE LAPTOP WAS A SOUND SIGNAL INDICATING MY NAME AND MY PASSWORD! It is of course to see this mac is stolen, however, the technician and the Manager just erasing the data and let the thief! The only thing they suggested is to report to the police. I can't imagine that such a thing has happened in the store! Very weird thing! Looks like this store is convenient enough for thieves!

    Anyone can propose what if all I can do? Very weird thing. I talked to the representative in line and he said ' Hey certainly won't be removed a Mac in the store that has been a sound signal.

  • complaints - HP CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INEPT AND BORDERLINE INTENTIONAL in THEIR INCOMPETENCE

    I bought an Envy mi office at end of 2014 Feb 27 ".  I've been infected will malware2 weeks and of course HP won't send you to 10 cent DVD so that you can reinstall the OS.  They want you to rely on the use of the recovery partition, which btw is one of the first things that infected so that there is persistence of malware, but it is neither here not there.  10/03/14 I called HP customer service who is somewhere in the Middle East and spent 45 minutes on the phone have transferred around until finally I had to short and just say "I need a new DVD with Windows 8, YOU UNDERSTAND?"  Finally got a woman in a tone "I'll do you a favor," saying that she will send me a disk free of charge and 1 day provides $ 27 in taxes and the cost of shipping software, I already bought a license for.

    3/11 is delivered without disc, but I think it was late in the day the 10 when I called for the benefit of the doubt, I'll wait until tomorrow.

    3/12 does not come I call spend 45 minutes on the phone transferred, transferred, Mr. President we will raise it (whatever that means) and it will be shipped tomorrow.

    3/17 STILL NOT HERE.  I call customer support waiting for 20 minutes before all the choice.  Spend 40 minutes on the phone and even to give my ticket number, she cannot say and can't find the agent out by calling or by looking at his computer whether or not he even DELIVERED and she tried to pass off as "we only tech support.  I hung up at this stage.

    If I connect to my page "Check your status" it still has not changed since delivery was estimated at the 12th.  I have always informed people in the past to avoid HP because of their history of poor quality.  However, in the spirit of the 2nd chances I bought this expensive computer AND THE SOFTWARE THAT GOES WITH IT.  The computer has been great.  I've sung his praises.  HP, I want to cuss and scream, but he won't do anything good.  You have the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever dealt with.  As a CISSP I delt with / do deal with countless companies providers and end-user-oriented... Dell, Nortel/Avaya, D Link, ZyXEL, Cisco, Juniper, the list is endless.  You people seem to be incompentent and it seems as if you're trying to make it so difficult that you just hope that I go.  I can't express in words it's terrible experience this has been for me as a consumer, the money I spent on the product, the time I spent literally hours on the phone with the guy, while I lost, time and cost you hours of time to the CS (lol hardly) representatives are not doing their job , and now the time I'll sink into hashtags twitter for HP haters, forum messages to stick this bad press very general and assignment, you will get me to my personal and professional classmates.

  • Anyone know how to use the recovery Pro Yoga 2 media?

    Technical support is not useful at all. I paid $60 for some recovery disks recover my accidentally formatted Yoga 2 Pro. The disks came with no instruction, and their use is weird. First of all, there are two disks of 1, disc 2, but there is a disc 3 and 4. Support has confirmed that this is normal. There is also no prompt between 1.1 and 2 disks, so that it my best guess when spending, I can't confidently say I'm not screwing things up.

    When the process is complete, the bios can not find a bootable media.

    Tech support confirmed that I'm missing a small step, but won't disclose what it is, unless I pay for premium support.

    Can anyone provide instructions for the recovery media? Tips or pointers you can remember when you install?

    Well. It seems that I solved it. Significant progress will now on recovery. The missing piece for me was that I had the bios mode of existing startup instead of the UEFI. I don't know much, other that it's another way to start, but I started Windows in this mode before. Apparently you just cannot restore in legacy mode.

    What really irks me about the Lenovo support, is that the person on the phone today spoke with the technical team and immediately identified the problem I was seen as "a small step of missing", but would not disclose what it was unless I paid them an extra $60-100 (I don't remember the exact amount).

    In any case, for those who are like me - here are my steps:

    1. turn off the machine

    2. press the Novo button (the small button next to the actual power button)

    3. go into your bios and make sure the UEFI boot mode is selected instead of the inheritance

    4 F10 to save and exit

    5. If you have a DVD - ROM drive with the recovery media, ensure that it is hooked to restart

    6. start with Disc 1 (or the other apparently)

    7. When you've waited long enough and the progress bar seems to be not to move and your DVD - ROM drive has stopped turning, insert the other Disc 1

    8. Repeat step 7, and then insert the disc 3 to the end

    9 Disc 3 will ask you when it's over

    10 insert the disc 4.

    The rest of the process will occur at startup, and I am currently going through it now.

    Thanks a lot for your help guys, and I hope that Lenovo reads this, because it was a terrible experience. The hardware is impressive, but I can't justify a future purchase where I have no recourse if something happens to my machine

    Okay, do I still need to remind you all how bad M$ support sucks? I don't think that's clearly stating the obvious...

    Here's my problem: every once in a while, I get the error message in the title, when reading older or newer games, such as FEAR or Gears of War. My laptop is a GX 700 MSI, 3 GB of RAM, 2.1 Ghz dual core CPU Intel Penryn with 8600 GT Nvidia graphics card. Don't DARE EVEN tell me I should do this and that and I need to search the forum or on the web or go to another M$ SupportCenter... was it made... Here is my list of research on M$ answers:

    I made all this possible described here: more recent nvidia drivers installed, placed my computer laptop in a cooler, conducted tests of RAM to find errors, wrote using MSI (which of course I redirected to software manufacturers) and even went to a dedicated support site Vista... but guess what? M$ is not accepting my activation key for Vista Edition home premium, despite the fact that it came with my laptop and it is 100% authentic... need proof? All updates for Vista are already installed, including the WGA, so there is no problem regarding this key... BUT M$ SUPPORT SITE SAYS THAT'S NOT GOOD! and so I can't continue in my futile quest for an answer to this old recurring problem, which gives not less than 11,300 links in Google... So bad, I didn't have the download option of the screenshot with the errors, I guess that it would have been the only laughable portion of this terrible experience...

    I want all you know that there is nothing wrong with my laptop. (Oh wait, I might have made a mistake: he now has Vista installed...) It worked perfectly while XP has been installed, but the disaster called Vista ruined my life... I am a Linux engineer, so I'm certainly not a noob when it comes to troubleshooting my PC. I wonder how much frustration someone knowing the slightest IT must have when trying to get help from M$, having to click through all the links that don't lead no where and when they do not lead somewhere, it's a dead end or "opinion" useless...

    So after spitting my guts with hate, here is my application: what is the email address, I can use to DIRECTLY send M$ details on the problem? This forum is absolutely no help and has been so for some time now (messages on this case has gone on for 2007...), so I lost all faith in humanity and I ask something USEFUL...... is a simple e-mail address - this too much to ask?

    In many cases, users solved the same type of question by install the old driver, uninstall the existing version and using the generic driver as well as update the driver through Windows updates.

    Personally... I do not install the updated since Microsoft Update driver... I prefer
    to go to the support site for the manufacturer of my computer or the support site of
    the manufacturer of the equipment.

    For what is a video driver update... unless you have installed a program that will
    not work properly without updating your video driver, I would say that it
    does not update

    As you met... it is possible that an updated video driver may
    not be compatible with your system and the version of driver, you already had.

    As a precaution, it is always better if you create a system restore point
    before installing any software or updates.

  • HP Envy 5530 wireless printing

    I recently bought the HP Envy 5530 for wireless printing after a terrible experience with an Epson wireless printer. Set up the printer on my desktop running Windows 7. The printer is connected to the desktop computer with a direct line-in (not of wifi capable office) and the printer is connected to my wireless network by connecting it to the router (Apple Airport Extreme). The printer connects, it appears so when I check the router (via Apple Airport Utility on my Macbook Pro) as well as tests of what the printer does it for wireless connectivity.

    Despite be connected to the wireless network, the printer does not register anything. I can't print from my iPhone or my Macbook Pro. The printer will work with the line-in directly on the desktop. I was wondering if what he touched, I deleted the line hoping wifi printing would be available. Not the case. The iPhone and Macbook both "send" the document to print, but nothing ever happens. All of the tools provided by HP diagnostic show that everything works fine. The router is about 10 feet to the printer and the printer indicates a high signal strength.

    If anyone has any advice or suggestions, I would be very happy.

    Thank you for visiting the Forums from the HP Support! I see that you're running into some problems when trying to print on your HP Envy 5530 from your iPhone or your MacBook, it shows as connected but do not print. You have not the 5530 connected with a USB to your computer Windows and you have no problems.

    You should not have problems with both wireless and USB connection. There seems to be some sort of communication wireless with Mac problem, so let's go and start troubleshooting it:

    First I want to make sure that the printer is properly connected to the router Airport:

    Install your HP printer on a network with Apple AirPort

    Follow the steps and I would like to know if you are now able to print to your HP Envy 5530, I'll watch for your reply.

    I went through all of the steps outlined on the HP website (has not used the CD of the product, plugged in USB, allow to find the Windows Update driver: the last HP Color LaserJect CP2020 Series PCL6 for 64 - bit indicates in the printer server properties) Windows Fix - it says printer is no problem, only one of the four diagnostic tools/wizards that HP actually provides support this printer (1 out of 4... really!) and only one tool that It is very well... when he's not.

    When I send a job to the HP printer, it does nothing. No job/queue printing is created (the queue is empty... always). So far, a terrible experience... not support for Windows 7 in the basic installation, then any support for this printer HP by HP diagnostic tools. A complete skin... I'm about to go back to Amazon to refund and enter the negative feedback to warn everyone who could expect the support of Windows 7 now and certainly support by HP of the diagnostic tools and of the "wizards" for a real product, HP.

    Someone out there has a similar problem and more important still, a real solution.

    I've tried everything that (before), but I tried again... and not luck. So, I gave up trying with USB and figured out how to use direct Ethernet to my PC. There is no instructions with the printer on it good... seems they are focusing on the use in a LAN environment against a small home/office network. But it works now. Thanks for trying.
