  • Problems sync outlook blackBerry Smartphones and blackberry Pearl 8110

I have a similar problem with my Blackberry Pearl 8110, Desktop Manager 5.01 and Outlook 2003 SP3.

When I try to synchronize my contacts from my Blackberry to Outlook, the process gets thru 'Read in the device address book' 90 and 90 files without problem.  It starts the process following "Treatment Device Address Book" and gets 86 90 files and stops and a pop error message window: [title bar] Intellisync. • KB02048 "Unable to read application data" error when configuring or synchronization of data from the organizer with BlackBerry Desktop Manager

Honestly, it sounds like a bad record... If you can refine what folder and delete it, maybe then things move on.

But the KB02048 is therefore more accessible because RIM has either deleted from the Knowledge Base or?

Help! I STILL NEED HELP WITH THE QUESTION, I WAS NOT ABLE TO SYNC MY CONTACTS FOR OVER A YEAR NOW!

I couldn't find a solution for this, ANYWHERE so I just decided to fix this problem just upgrade to the new version of the BlackBerry Desktop version 6.0.0.40 software. And now, ALL my contacts synchronize with a problem.

Also from the beginning of this problem and now I have also improved my Outlook 2003 to 2007 and then to 2010.

So I do not know if the combo of doing all this software update fixed the issue of the contact crupt but its market not now and that's what I need.

Also, does anyone know how to set a group phone # list of SMS messages to a list of outlook contacts?

  • Synchronize with Nokia N95 or Outlook blackBerry Smartphones

I just bought a BB bold and now I want to transfer data from my old phone (a nokia 95) to my BB... I tried the wizard of device - switch switch to another device to a blackberry device and two options are displayed (1 palm, 2 software windows mobile). The two are not clickable even if both the BB as the Nokia n95 are connected to the computer. I know that my N95 is not running on palm or windows mobile, but there must be a way to transfer the date even when...

I also tried to use Outlook, but my BB does not synchronize... I clicked on the contacts and told him to sync it, but there is no forthcoming contacts... The order of the day is a still bigger problem because I can not choose outlook windows, only offerd options are yahoo and ASCII importer/exporter...

I really need a help cause I'm here getting desperate...

    Thanks in advance!

In your previous post you said you use Outlook. You are using Windows Mail or Outlook on the computer? I don't think the Desktop Manager can synchronize with Windows Calendar.

See this link for programs that the Desktop Manager can synchronize with. It is in section "organizing Support.

  • Synchronization of real time of blackBerry Smartphones

I just changed to a Dell Axim to a curve.  The Axim when it is attached to my desktop to synchronize automatically, that I made changes in my calendar, etc.  The curve seems to require my manually by clicking the sync on the BB Desktop button to update before leaving the office.  Is there a way to synchronize as the Axim has done?

Sprint.BlackBerry.net email? It is ONLY by e-mail and cannot be recovered on your bb. in regards to your Outlook calendar synchronization, you will need to plug, or configure the redirector but redirector is not stable.

BES is BB Enterprise Server, your business should be setup for everyone if you had it. Redirector is an unstable half-a$ $ed attempt at a BES staff... However, you will need to have PC and outlook on at any time

  • Calendar items Outlook blackBerry Smartphones not quite on the good day on BB

I use Outlook to manage my diary and the sychs of Outlook calendar with a Blackberry Curve (OS6).  However, some items (created in Outlook) dates are inconsistent between Outlook and Blackberry.  For example, for this Friday, October 28, I visit every day and it appears correctly in Outlook.  On my Blackberry, this same event is dated Thursday, October 27 and will appear on Thursday and Friday.

You can help me fix this please?

That would explain it if you move a zone to another, but it's certainly a good vintage!

The only other thing that could be the cause of the problem can be the time change daylight savings time. If the DST updates were not applied to your computer, it can perform the synchronization.

  • Problems sync outlook blackBerry Smartphones and blackberry

It's my first message and request information and/or assistance. I have a Curve 8330 and love it. However a day or there, I met with my blackberry with outlook sync issues, 2003. The problem seems to be an exception in the exception is "the exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x07c3835d" desktopmgr.exe, I removed the Manager and reinstalled but it continues to fail in the same place. So now I have to keep two sets of books is a real pain. I expect that there may be an invalid date, but have no idea how to find him. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello dgyeaw and welcome to support forums

First try and delete the Intellisync folder and then try to synchronize again. Try the steps in this KB article

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/KB11703

What part on the synchronization stops to? During the calendar, address book, etc.? If she keeps in check stop even this database on the BlackBerry may be damaged and we would have to delete it and synchronize with Outlook.

  • Sync Outlook blackBerry Smartphones issue: sync Bennett tells me to remove 300 + entries in Outlook

    Hi all

With my wife, we had 2-BB Curve 8520 and we are now trying to synchronize both of them with our Outlook 2003 SP3 on XP SP3. Both do the same thing:

1 / first synchronization goes well, BB calendar is full,.

2 / all syncs well for a few days.

3 / one day synchronization said us it will remove 3000 + items on Outlook, of course I click on reject and cancel synchronization,

4 / I reboot OK by one-dir tp BB Outlook synchronization.

5 / a few days later, he returned to step 3 and behaves badly again.

I can't get any lasting solution, the only thing I got is a workaround that lasts only a few days.

Our version of BB (mine / my wife):

    -Platform: 4.2.0.118 / 4.2.0.135

    -Application: 4.6.1.274 / 4.6.1.314

Thank you in advance to all those who would give us an indication!

    Hi, bifocals

Thanks a lot, seems the entry 'BlackBerry Desktop Manager wants to remove the old entries for the Microsoft Outlook calendar' is the solution! In fact I don't even think that the BB can have a default setting of delete items 60 + days. Could be initially to welcome old, low-mem models and remained that way.

I'll test it 2-3 days and if everything is OK, I will mark it as resolved.

    Cool!
I'm glad that you fixed it.

In your case, I think that your best tool besides the others will be the transfer of date range option when you configure calendar synchronization. I put mine 5 years each way. !

Please solve the thread so that others can find your answer faster.
    Thank you

  • Question of synchronization for the certificate of blackBerry Smartphones

My 8330 wants certificates with Synchronization Manager (don't think I have) and I tried to put the 0000 password. Did not work, 9 times, now he says as if I do it again and do not type the password he will wipe my pocket... eeeak.

Anyone know how to disable this sync or what would be the password?

0000 is the key for Bluetooth.
You mean the key store? If this is the case, simply click Cancel. It is useful if you have specific X.509 (electronic signature) certificates.

  • Recurrence of outlook blackBerry Smartphones

I have a curve using Windows Vista with Outlook 2007.  The Microsoft forum brought no response, so I'll try here.  Ninety percent of my events are any recurrences.  Is there a way for me to change the present and the future of an event, leaving the last parts of the single event Outlook?

Thank you.  I must say that having been a Palm user I find disappointing Outlook.  I could do exactly what I do with Palm desktop.  Outlook cannot manage what I want and if possible the whole process is very clumsy.  Prospects leave much to be desired.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones synchronization messages deleted

My boss has a Blackberry attached to his desktop computer and I have full access to his e-mails.  If she removes the emails from his desktop computer and then they disappear from his Blackberry, but if I delete an email from him in my computer box, ir remains on his Blackberry.

However, if I drag the enamel removed from my Inbox deleted the box removed, then it deletes the e-mail on his Blackberry and his office computer, but it is a heavy means time to process spam and other garbage e-mails (and I know that I remember to do all the time!).

    Any help much appreciated.

    Hey Joneedshelp,

When a delegate removes any element of the box of a BlackBerry smartphone user mailbox, the deleted item is sent to your deleted items folder. Because the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is designed only to synchronize with records of the BlackBerry smartphone user's mailbox, the deleted item is interpreted as missing. The BlackBerry Enterprise Server does not remove an article from the BlackBerry smartphone, unless this element appears in the items deleted in the mailbox when the synchronization folder. You can change your Outlook client for when you remove items from the mailbox to the owners stay in their deleted items folder and they are not being moved to your mailbox. Support blackBerry does not recommend or support this work around, because it requires editing the registry. The Microsoft KB is 202517 and can be found on the microsoft support site. Please don't forget to take precautions normal according to the guidelines from Microsoft if you are planning changes to the registry.
