  You can't 'fix' it. It is a problem of carrier/RIM/AIM, and until they all have a deal together it will not work. All you can really do is wait or try another application of third party as webmessenger. I'm sorry.

  My new photosmart 5510e keeps giving me error messages "Align cartridge" on all my computers. I did that so many times I'm wasting ink and paper. I can't turn this option off, and there is no way to know when this will happen. I run a recording program and this message interrupts me so many times that I am about to trash this printer.   Hey Stephen. Sorry to hear about this issue. Make sure that you acknowledge the messages inside the Hp Message Center. Clicking OK on the pop-up just will not stop messages. If you have a handle you can Ctrl-Click and select all the messages and then close them all at once.

  If the grateful inside the Message Center does not set it you can turn off all messages permenantly open the HP utility, located in the Applications folder (in the Finder). Once inside the HP utility should be a button at the top right to settings. Click on that and uncheck the boxes for the Alerts view.

  I can't find using Extensions Safari/Safari. This looks like an extension that will be hi-jack your engine of choice, research and direct them to another search engine. It is perhaps the one that directs you to the Yahoo search engine.

  My system stagnating earlier today after an unsecured site navigation and has been invited to call support immediately and warned to not stop or restart my computer because this would cause it to hang indefinitely. So I called the number that pops up on the screen and got connected to a CodeDefend tech, who has access to my computer to fix my problem, which of course, I had to pay (hoping that I was not scammed). He scanned my computer and found precarious foreign addresses then it downloaded and run both Ccleaner and Malwarebytes and now my computer seems to work very well. I also downloaded the latest version of the system OS Sierra software to improve the overall performance of my system. I tried to do a search on Google of CodeDefend and could not find information or comments about their services. Has anyone here used CodeDefend before, and they are safe to use?

  I received notice that my browser (IE) is obsolete and will be soon be unsupported. All of my files have been saved in Internet Explorer, and I'm afraid I won't be able to access it if I change to another browser, but I'll soon lose access to them in any case, I guess. Is this true?   Thunderbird consists of a program (installed under Program Files) and your data, which you can find in your profile folder (explained here.
  As long as you still have your profile data, it will be once you reinstall Thunderbird.
  You can even run Thunderbird on a USB stick if you wish.

  I think I have been scammed. Yesterday, my computer froze with a popup that showed that I had a mistake and tech support number provided. I tried to stop the laptop, tried to force quit safari. The pop up kept repeating. I tried to open apple support, tabs would be open but the gel. I called technical support, with hesitation... bad feeling all the time... gave them the $, because they 'fixed' my laptop online... now it works, but I'm afraid to use it. By banking example, passwords etc.

  Yes, you have been scammed. Contact your bank for more details on how to deal with the fraud. Immediately change all passwords for anything that may have never accessed from this computer. For ultimate peace of mind, you can restore your computer using a backup prior to the access by criminals.

  If you put a password, it must keep most of the curious people off your PC. Or, you can always just save your current profile on as a USB key, etc. Then delete your. When you get the rear PC, just put your old profile back. You can read back up and restore the information contained in the profiles of Firefox for instructions on how to do it.
