  I went through all the settings and even I have discussed this question with the technical team bradband and say there is problem with my computer laptop bcz Mac Desktop works fine.

  I checked in the wireless troubleshooting setting and still not able to solve this problem.
  I use KesperKey Internet Security and I tried to turn it off for the test connection wireless but always face same problem.

  If everything worked correctly in your old House, then I guess there is no problem with the laptop but the router is simply not configured property or there is a problem with your ISP (internet service provider).

Since the start-up my computer Sunday, when I try to connect to the Internet, the system tells me that I am connected to the router, but there is no connection between the router and the Internet. I did a system restore to Friday, but it did not help. I searched the Knowledge Base and tried several things I found there. Running "sfc/scannow" indicates that all is well. I disabled the '6' Protocol (I don't remember the letters that were with this, but you probably know what I mean). This made no difference either. I thought I would ask for help here in the hopes of not having to restart the computer to the "hospital". That's a very different problem here barely a week. I need help, please.
