TEO IPv6 is compatible?
Hello
As we study the impact of the inside Cisco IPv6 deployment, could you please tell us whether TEO is IPv6?
If this isn't the case, you would know when this issue will be resolved in the TEO roadmap?
Thank you
JB
Now TEO is not IPv6 compatible. TEO works internally, behind a firewall, and this part of data centers is usually IPv4, we did have the demand for it to this day. It is not included in the roadmap at the moment to allow Teo to run behind the firewall.
See us that he had to begin to leave IPv6 in content and investigating what our first movement in IPv6. For example, as intelligent automation for cloud content extends to perform network containing sizing, some of these containers may need IPv6. While TEO himself can always sitting on the passage of the IPv4 network data center, it should be able to provide this content. We hope that this step at the end of 2012 in intelligent automation for Cloud solution.
As always, the roadmaps are subject to change.

Suddenly Tuesday, our wifi stopped working. Cox can not see anything on their end. So far, we had to restart 5 times. I finally realized that it is not the modem (Cisco), but our AirPort Extreme. That's all that needs to be restarted. I talked to a technician that I got to know, and she said that this week this problem started occurring with customers who have extremes of the airport. Something about the airport in IPV6 and this is not compatible. Before systems were PVI until the numbers came out (?) In any case, she said Cox could not fix this, that I needed to talk to Apple to see if I could disable IPV6, at least for now. I think I see how to do this, but does it make sense to anyone? We have a new modem, installed in January, Cisco DPQ3212, good speeds, no issues whatsoever until this week. There are also 2 other friends here (Scottsdale, Cox) with extremes of the airport. Any suggestions?
Cox has made a number of recent changes to their service, and they are trying to integrate IPv6 technology into their signals. They have not fully implemented the changes that must be made, and not commit to a date where things will be fully installed.
Everything was fine until Cox implements these recent changes, and now Cox is blaming the problem on Apple. Apple has a different answer, as you can imagine. It is typical among manufacturers... blame the other guy.
Apple routers are picking up some of the information they need to work with IPv6 and Cox, but since Cox has not completed the process, you'll probably best results trying to not use IPv6 with the airport router at all until you receive word of Cox that their systems are ready.
The bottom line to this problem can be resolved by asking "What has changed". The answer is Cox has changed.
Configure your router to the airport most convenient to use IPv6 local link parameters only for now, to see if this will help. You will not be able to realize all the benefits of IPv6 at the moment, but I hope that things will improve.

Hi all
I'm having a problem with the mobility of the extension and CAD.
UCCX 8.0.2.10000 - 41
8.0.2.40000 - 1 CUCM
CAD 8.0 (2)
Phone: 7945G (configured according to other phones no 'contact center' of society, but not 'line' unaffected - want them purely for Contact Center users to connect to their posts)
When the user logs in the phone itself, there is no question at this point.
When the user goes to sign in CAD, they are presented with the following error:
"You cannot connect because the phone is IPV6. IPv6 compatible phones are not compatible with CAD. »
Workaround is to unlock (settings > * #) Network Configuration on the config of IPV6 phone and physical removal.
Settings > * # > 2 (Network Configuration) > 2 (Configuration IPv6) > button 'more' > 'Clear' button > it presents 'clear IPv6 network settings '.
The user can then successfully connect to the CSA.
The problem is that, after his shift, the user logs on to the phone, then when they log in again, the question is again presented and the 'workaround' to manually remove the IPv6 configuration out of the phone must be done all over again (and each time after that too). Arrrrg.
I also noticed that in CUCM > devices > Device Settings > Commond Device Configuration > find > my CDC > the IP address Mode IS set to "IPV4 and IPV6.
A test, I've changed that to "IPV4" only
User logged off phone, phone rebooted, logged in user, has attempted to connect to CAD, same problem. No change! Ahh some more!
Finally, I discovered an alternative (to avoid the issue and the previous workaround)... CUCM, I put devices > phone > find > select > sub-heading ("phone Configuration') 'Extension Information' >"Logout profile"profile of mobility of users and then we do NOT have the issue. Phone restarted, connected, do not connect you, tried all the different States - everything works fine now.
I also found that by setting up a 'line' on the device - the problem is also solved.
HOWEVER, I don't really want to specify a line configured to the individual if possible phones or mobility of the specific user profile.
Is it possible to avoid this? What Miss me to avoid specifying a line or a profile on your phone?
See you soon,.

Hi Brett,
I saw something similar once I installed UCCX 8.x to a customer.
Workaround there had to be a SU installed on the UCCX.
If it helps,

My cable modem connects to a Linksys switch, which provides connections to all my devices wired as well as my router Wireless N of Linksys E1200 so that it can provide wireless services to my tablets and smart phones. My router Wireless N of Linksys E1200 will be compatible and able to provide speed increase once I update my cable modem? Also is she my IPv6 router?
E1200 wireless speed is about 60 MBit/s with a good signal between the router and the client.

Support of IPv6 WRT610N?
Someone can tell me if our routers supports IPv6 or not? I can't find any indication that it does. If not, are there plans to update the firmware to support the new Protocol? It is the gateway for my company, and a recent article I read suggests that Cisco has not begun adapting current products for IPv6. I am not prepared to wait until the last minute for a firmware update of the stability concerns and would be forced to buy a product from another manufacturer. And this being the case, this would be my last Cisco/Linksys product. Since I was 30 of them throughout our activities all about the age of one year, is not a good investment for us.
Any idea that you can provide would be appreciated.
No, from now on none of the linksys routers support the IPv6 technology. But they are compatible with it. If you have an IPv6 protocol that is installed on your computer, then this router will work with it.

Windows Vista is not compatible with Sagem router?
My laptop does not connect to my Sagem sky router but will connect to other wireless connections. When you use the Ethernet cable, it connects but does not identify the network name; When I try to connect wirelessly it says unidentified network, local access only. 2 other laptops in my house to connect to the router with no problems. I have tried to change the channel, change the type of encryption, I reset my router, checked the properties of the adapter, uninstalled McAfee and even spent an hour on the phone with Sky today to be told that my laptop is simply not compatible with the router. My laptop is running Vista Home Basic, and use two other laptop computers XP and Windows 7. The upgrade to Windows 7 would solve the problem? I don't want to pay for the upgrade, if I'm still not able to connect to the Internet.Click with the right button on command prompt and select run as administrator - type the following command
netsh winsock reset
Press enter
Now it works?
Have you tried: disconnect the battery & leaving for an hour
change the channel on the router
change power options
verification of the IP address is detected automaticall
Uncheck for automatic IP address
Change the firewall settings/turn off the firewall
installation of the SP3

How can U activate IPv6 and teredo locally so that I can connect with my homegroup
Hi a1a92492,
· Have you connected to the user administrator account?
Teredo is a tunneling protocol designed to grant IPv6 connectivity to nodes that are located behind IPv6 NAT (network address translation) not compatible devices. It defines a way of encapsulating IPv6 packets in IPv4 UDP (User Datagram Protocol) datagrams can be routed through NAT devices, on the IPv4 internet.
To turn on IPv6:
1. right click on the network icon.
2. Select Open the network and sharing Center.
3. in the window that appears, select "change the map settings.
4. in the network connections window, select the 'connection to the Local network", then"change settings of this connection"or right click-> properties.
5. in the connection properties page, check the box 'Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) Internet'.
6. This will allow the teredo tunnel so it can create a tunnel through v4.
Kind regards

NAC Appliance IPv6 compatibility
I read in the book "Cisco NAC Appliance: host security with Clean Access application ' (published 2008) that the real mode IP Gateway is only IPv4 compatible but that IPv6 compatibility will be provided in a future update.
Having searched around, I find no reference to the unit of the ANC being IPv6. Anyone know what ways (if any) are IPv6 compatible?
Hello
Although IPv6 has been on the roadmap, currently it is not supported and there is no ETA for IPv6 supports the devices of NAC.

Hi all
Anyone know if the view is compatible with IPv6?
IPv6 is a good response to massive infrastructure VDI with frequent updating, recompose, etc...
I mean, can we use a complete solution of IPv6 including?
- Connection brokers
- View customer (Zero customer)
- View agent (Windows 7)
I know that with Teradici 3.5 firmware, IPv6 is supported on the zero client, and of course on Windows 7 this is also the case.
I can barely find information on the rest of the components and especially the broker for connections.
Thank you
Eric
Sorry, cannot discuss road maps.
Track down the local VMware team and ask them a NDA submission.

X 25 Solstice IPv6 compatibility
My application uses the Solstice X 25 socket interface to communicate with X 25 host.
For IPv6 migration, I would like to know if the Solstice X 25 is compatible with IPv6, particularly the socket interface.
Thank you
Ma.DoloresA socket to X.25 interface gives you a way to use the familiar sockets API to control the X.25 protocol. There is still nothing to do whatsoever with TCP/IP v6.

Anyone out there, matching my specs (below) who found the RAM really good?

Problem is that the Mac is very picky and not just any PC3-10600 1333 MHz modules will work.
Your best bet is to buy for providers like OWC and Crucial memory modules that specialize iMac RAM.
