I don't do a lot of printing, so I don't want to waste paper by the presence of an extra page printed up evry time I want to just print a few pages. Is there a way to disable this test to the start page?

• How can I order my printer to print a test page?

  I have an application which is used at the workshop which tests a product then print a sheet of certification at the end of the trial that comes with the product.  They only run this cell test once a month and there is always something wrong with the printer... no paper, dry ink cartridge, etc.

  The operator has no keyboard or mouse and the Labview application starts from the startup folder.

  I would like to Labview control to a test of the printer page when you start the test application.  I couldn't find anything in the Windows API or on pallets of Labview that would do that.

  Any ideas would be useful.

  I don't have a real printer right now connected to my PC, but this command line prints the default test page in Adobe PDF

  You need to just replace the name of the printer after the parameter/n and call it via Exec System

On reconnection tried the power button with resume.button and got only the first page of an extended self-test report, (or two pages). No apparent problem except magenta cartridge low 9% could be the problem. Then tried to print from Notepad. No results until again pressed power and resume. Can not repeat this impression.

  When the printer refuses to print, it is a clear indication that there is not enough ink in one cartridge. The printer stops printing when there is no ink in a cartridge to avoid air is injected into the tubes of ink. You will need to replace the ink cartridge.

• Print a page of test before regionalization resets. Old ink or ink cartridges new cartridges?

  My wife bought a HP Deskjet F2492 in Italy while attending school there.  She needs to get a regionalization reset for US, ink cartridges, now that she is back in the United States.  She has US cartridges and gets a message "incompatible cartridge" with lights flashing when they are installed.  With the US cartridges in the printer, the button cancel and pressing the launch button color print at the same time does not print a test page (it works with the European, but not the US cartridges cartridges).

  I understand that the procedure is to run a test page and obtain the codes corresponding to the 11, 21, 52, 62. and 25.  Then contact HP that will calculate the numbers that must be entered in 5 fields on a dialog box that opens when you double-click on the blue HP logo in the window of the print preferences (Windows 7).

  It's true that we run the test with the new page WE cartridges in the printer to get valid codes (we were led to believe that this was the case)?  If so, how actually print us a test page with the US cartridges since the method described above does not work?

  The test page can be printed with the cartridges 'old '.  You will need to Contact HP to ask a "regionalization Reset."  I suggest that you do this before you worry about the details of what to print, the agent will take you through the process. Do not charge for this, it is covered under the warranty of the cartridge. You will need to have access to your computer and printer then on line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once completed reset cartridges of region of origin no longer works.  Webpage of HP on the subject is here.

• Zebra lp 2844 will display the test page and it will send a label when I try to print a barcode, but no barcode on the label (print of Dolphin fleet Software)

  Original title: can print test of control panel pages, but cannot print from applications (Word, WP) no error no message other than can not find printer.

  Recently upgraded to SSD as boot drive.  everything is working except cannot print from Word, WP or any application (Editor, etc.).  Can print test pages to control panel on each installed printer, and do not appear.  Try to print from Word he pauses and says "cannot find the printer."  Tried reinstalling Word without solving the problem.  I don't know that the problem is Windows 7 related, not printer hardware problem.  Several times reinstalled printer that also does not resolve the issue.  Any ideas?  Anyone?  Anyone?

  All absolute links on my html pages (which are on my hardrive) are treated as local links and are therefore not work - i.e. Firefox adds the path of the local file before the url.   A glance through the code < a href = & # x201d; That won't work. Here's a version of your page. To avoid this happening again, I suggest that you use a text editor with syntax highlighting, as Notepad ++.

  I use a HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus on a HP Pavilion HPE computer running 64-bit Windows 7. He did since I started to use the new printer there is ten days.

  I found something that seems to work.  At the end of this process, you will be asked to restart your computer, so probably best to do when you are not in delays and/or with several programs.

  You need the HP Jet Pro 8600 for this Officce installation disc.   Insert the disk into your CD/DVD/BlueRay player and be sure that it is active.

  Then go to control panel > programs and features.  Search for "Software device HP Officejet Pro 8600Basic".   Do a RIGHT CLICK on the program.  Appears in a context menu for the uninstall, change or repair.  Left click on "fix."  The program took about 5 seconds on my K-3770.

  After the repair the program runs it asks to restart the computer for the changes to take effect, now or later.

  I tried the repair by printing multiple Word 2010 files which had been printing an extra 10 seconds after page started printing.  I have tested as print current Page, print selection, print, print all extended Custom Pages.  It seems to have solved the problem.

  I hope this helps everyone.

  HP-why this feature isn't VERY accessible?  I fell on it, when I was trying everything and anything to correct this proglem.   I'm sure it's buried somewhere in the documentation, but I ran into it.

  It's very strange that printing from your Windows 7 computer causes the scoring of page, but your Mac printing is perfect. These machines really have a spirit that is unique. To solve this problem I will ask you to perform some standard software and driver troubleshooting steps. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  Step 1: Uninstall the drivers:

  If you use a USB cable connection, please unplug this cable now.

  1. Click on the Start menu
  2. Select all programs
  3. Select the HP folder
  4. Select HP Officejet
  5. Select Uninstall

  Please follow the steps on the screen to complete the uninstallation. Once the uninstall is complete, proceed to the next step.

  Step 2: Remove temporary files:

  1. Click on the Start menu
  2. In "search programs and files" box located just above start type % temp % and press enter on your keyboard
  3. When the Temp folder opens, select Ctrl + A at the same time on your keyboard. Everything in this folder will highlight now.
  4. Select the "delete" button on your keyboard. The Temp folder contains the temporary internet files. None of the actual files or folders on your computer will be affected by deleting Temp files. A Temp file should you will automatically get the pop up to 'jump' this point.
  5. Close the Temp folder when it is empty
  6. Right-click the recycling bin on your desktop and select empty recycling bin

  Step 3: Install the device:

  1. Please click here to download the latest drivers for your printer
  2. Once the download is complete, follow the steps on the screen to reinstall your printer
  3. If you are using a USB connection cable please do not connect the USB cable until the installation program invites you to

  Once the installation is complete, please test print a multiple page document to see if the problem has been resolved.

  Used this printer for months without problem until he ran out of color ink. Buy genuine HP color ink on amazon and replaced the empty color ink.  Installed the latest driver. Printer seems to work fine except the rest blank page. HP Print and Scan Doctor 4.9 finds no errors, no problem.  Cleaning print head. Aligned printhead printed normal test result on the page. Results of tests on white page. Yet performance printer continues to give green checkmarks on all issues. • Can I control with structure case tab control pages?

  I'm quite new to Labview and my company wants me to do some programs for electronics testing. I am currently working on the GUI and I would like three pages in a tab with control buttons control.

  I've only had the Labview 2009 base package, so I can't use the structure of the event.

  If you open my .vi you can see I have a control tab with three pages. On the first page, I had a 'Start' button which should open the next page in the tab control. On the Central page, I have a "Back (back)" button that should go back to the previous page. The button called "Lagre (Save)" should work as a next button and go to the last page. On this page, I have a 'back (Back)', 'Ny test (new test-> go to first page again)' and 'Avslutt (Quit).

  The buttons on the tab control of cases something that I copied an example just to try. It works perfectly, but I can't change the Structure of the event in the example.

  Is it possible to solve with Structure box? Or maybe there are other solutions? Feel free to edit my .vi if you wish
