• View the issue with a DVI-I got splitter to Dell Optiplex to adapt TV

  Good evening!

  I work in IT and my understanding of these things is superior to what a novice and a part of the reasons why this question is so frustrating. It should also be noted that I am also posting this in Dell support forums to cover all the bases.
  Here is my goal:
  To use my model of TV LED Panasonic TC-L47e5 as my primary and only monitor for a Dell Optiplex 745
  My configuration:
  Dell uses a DVI-I've got splitter (DVI & VGA) as she went out to monitoring devices. I use a DVI (male) to HDMI (female) to connect on one of my HDMI inputs on the TV.
  The problem:
  Until I'm the adapter to the DVI, I used the VGA with no issues whatsoever. However, once I plugged the DVI - HDMI setting, it was working fine until I unplugged the VGA it is connected to the connector on the back of the TV. The screen went black, even though it was on the HDMI input. I tried to update the drivers, configuration of the display settings, etc and nothing allows me to run the installation of DVI-HDMI without going through the connected VGA also. If I switch back to the VGA input on the tv I see black. But if I unplug the HDMI, I see the desktop. It's very strange, but it seems that thought the VGA adapter display takes over, which is insane, because the pc shows through a DVI - I connection separation. I scoured the internet for a solution and this little hiccup is driving me crazy. Any help you all can provide is greatly appreciated.

  Welcome to the Microsoft community.

  You need a video cable to make the physical connection. For a better image quality, you must connect to the computer to the TV using standard VGA ports or via DVI to HDMI cable provided your TV supports these ports.

  I suggest to disconnect the HDMI cable and try to connect it buy, follow these steps.

  1. Turn off your computer and place it near your TV. Unplug the monitor, but leave the mouse and keyboard connected.
  2. Connect the video cable appropriate to your computer's output to your TV.
  3. Turn on your TV and set it to the input that matches the output on your computer. You may need to refer to the supplied with your television user's guide for instructions on how to do it.
  4. Turn on your computer.
  5. You should see windows displayed on your TV. If the screen looks stretched, or part of the screen seems cut off, you will probably have to adjust the screen resolution in Windows.
  6. If Windows is displayed on your TV, you will need to reconnect the computer to your monitor and adjust the screen resolution before connect you to your TV.

  I had this problem for a long time, since the upgrade to Windows 8 beta, did not happen on Windows 7. WIN8 (clean install), 8.1 and 10 technical preview all do the same thing. I get the BSOD with a message about the failure of State driver, and my system restarts. It happens a few times a day.   This phenomenon was related to the storage IDE ataport.sys driver.  I also notice that you have a 2009 jriad.sys driver.  I remove the 2009 driver and perform an audit to systemf on BONE Island, but it can be associated with HD and not driver related, which would explain why it happened in all OS' are

  is it possible to map estimated plan (parts) to running query? for example I have a simple query worked 5 minutes already. • Facing the issue with the notice of sound incoming email

I'm trying to set up a new email notifaction (let me clarify the real point, I want to be notified when a new email is recived in my box. There is no problem with mail classes, only incoming.) I tried solving audio problems, but a new window keeps popping up telling me that it cannot run on this system. The next thing I try is to go in sopund, click on manage audio devices, then click on the sound tab, choose Windows by default under my sound scheme, then go to the events of the program and highlight new notifaction from mail, and then choose the sound I want, test to make sure its what I want Click applt & ok. Now, I should be put in place, nothing. I go back and check and everything that I put in place is cancelled. • THE ISSUE WITH ACS REMOTE AGENT LOG

  Hello guys,.

  I installed a Cisco ACS SE with version 3.3. I try to configure for sendo journal acs agent remotely, but it does not work. I installed acs remote agent and I activated the registration service during the installation. ACS appliance may communicate with the remote agent, but ACS cannot write logs on the Remote Agent. If I look at logg on ACS its OK, but when I look at the logs on the Remote Agent Windows there is nothing there. Could someone help me?

  So, I recently made a few changes in my site I created by Dreamweaver.  When I saw in a browser it all seems fine, but then I downloaded the file in cPanel and elements are all out of place.  I don't know what the problem is or how I should solve everything.  I already tried to delete the browser cache and it is not always correct it.  Any suggestions?

  I'm running on U2 5.0 ESXI and Vcenter 5.0 U2

  Get-VDSwitch only lists my switch:

• Solution for the issues with Acrobat 11.0.04 Retina display

  It seems to be a problem for some users experience upgrades to Acrobat 11.0.04 on Mac Book Pro that support Retina display.

  In some cases, Acrobat always runs in low definition and the 'Open in low resolution' option is checked and disabled (cannot be changed).

  A cause we have identified is a preferences file that is not updated in some cases and prevents the system from let Acrobat running in view of the retina.

  To remedy this, you can try this:

  1. Uninstall Acrobat 11
  2. Delete Library/Preferences/com.adobe.PDFAdminSettings.plist
  3. Reinstall Acrobat 11
  4. Help/update allows you to upgrade to 11.0.4

  One of the known workflow is updated from an earlier version of Acrobat that had been installed before an upgrade the system or an older version of Acrobat for example 9 is not supported on Mac OS 10.8.

  Please share your experience here and let us know if that does not solve your problem. We will contact you if need be case-by-case basis, to ensure that you have Acrobat running in high definition.

  If I do a cfdump of #application.ftpUser it gives me the above information.

  If I do a cfdump of #application.commExch #, I get

  Why would have occurred?

  First of all as a tip I mean please use Application.cfc instead of application.cfc.

  Then do a cfdump of the scope and Ant let us know the result.

• Best way to integrate the Macbooks with Windows AD

  I'm a windows administrator and I have around 30-40 MacBooks in my organization. I want to join all the MacBook to windows active directory and all users need to connect with their AD accounts.

  I saw an option in the client machines to join the domain. but its getting removed from the field after two or three days.

  I got to know that mac has a server version and it has a feature of Directory Service. Could one of you give me an idea about this feature, and I can use this feature to add my MacBook to Windows Active Directory.

  Welcome to the fold.  In General, if you have the AD, you do want to reinvent the wheel by also deploying OD.  While OS X Server can play a role in an AD environment, to use for authentication and authorization is not a good plan.  You end up decentralization accounts/groups/password which is what AD is there for in the first place.

  If you link and everything works for a while, I suspect that you may need to adjust the binding registration password reset.  When you bind a device to the domain, the registration of the computer saves a password in the two AD and Mac.  By default this password will be randomly pull every 14 days.  In some environments AD result is a problem where the Mac "will fall the area" exactly 14 days after the link.

  To test this theory, bind a Mac.  After binding, run this command on the Mac to set the password reset registration link forever reset:

  sudo dsconfigad - passinterval 0

  Wait 15 days.  If you are always connected to the field, it's your problem.

  Run a dsconfigad man to check other hidden options.  Not everything is presented in the directory utility, and certainly not in system preferences.

  If this isn't the issue, I suggest you look in odutil.  With this command, you can enable the logging of directory services debugging.  You can reveal the issue with the drop off the coast.

  (It has been my experience that the Mac is usually not the issue - it tends to be a DNS or the issue of time that cause the problem - are all of your Mac in sync with AD DCs for time?)

• iPod Touch 5 Gen - iOS 9.3.1 lightning connector issues - with accessories

  Has anyone seen a problem using iOS 9.3.1 on an iPod Touch 5th generation with lightning connector devices?  Specifically, I use the iPod in a cradle of scanner which connects via the connector of the lightning, until iOS 9.3.1 the cradle was visible to the application, but once it has been updated the scanner loses communication to the iOS device and application.  IPod charge and connect to iTunes, no problem, but refuses to see the cradle, I have another iPod on an older version of iOS, which connects to the cradle even without problem.

  To try to find, I've updated the iOS to 9.3.2 beta fault from the site of the developer, this problem has now fixed the issue with the cradle.  I can't that assume Apple broke the connection in iOS 9.3.1?

  Sometimes an iOS update breaks compatibility with accessories. Since then, he has worked with next beta which seems to be the cause.

  All yo can do is to continue using the beta until the version is rejected in the pubis.

  Have reported the problem to Apple to ensure that the beta version is not yet revised to cause the same problem?
