  Since you are using a Windows keyboard with your Mac Mini, for forcing her quit an application, you must press the keys that correspond to the keys Mac: command-option-esc.

  I'm having a lot of trouble with my iMac, Retina early 2015, and I can't understand what is wrong with it. The problem is that if I use the mac for a period of time, it can sometimes be almost a whole day, at other times, it may be an hour.
