  If TM Titanium has installed in Firefox toolbars that you use / depend on, you can check with their website or the forum. Only the toolbar and toolbar of operation, if any, will be affected; the underlying protection offered by TM titanium should always protect you.

  On the TM forums, I can only find promises that an update makes it compatible with Firefox 8 will come out soon:

• HP Probook 450 G2: establishment of HP Client Security

  I recently bought a new HP Probook 450 G2.  The updated provider upgraded the operating system to Windows PRO 8.1.

  I'm trying to implement the fingerprint reader, but I can't.  I read previous forums and have ensured that the following drivers are updated:

  • Protect the HP tool sp61498.exe (143 MB)
  • Driver sensor of fingerprint of validity (validity sensor V4.5.117.0 sp61821 Win7-8 23 MB).

  In the user's guide HP protect tool (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03704246.pdf) and the HP Client Security technical white paper (http://www.hp.com/united-states/campaigns/client-security/HPCS_whitepaper_Final_6_5.pdf) I read a while ago that HP Thin Client Security Setup Wizard.  Because the provider did the upgrade of Windows before you provide them with the laptop, I can only assume that they jump beyond this wizard.  I tried to find a way to get this system in place, but were unsuccessful.

  Could someone please provide some guidance.  Keep in mind, it's a whole new machine.

  I noticed that my internet is slow with very high ping, my laptop is starting to become slower, although it is a new on

• Impossible to install missing old updates of Windows XP-

  I am told that I have a lot of older Windows XP updates missing who might be a threat to my safety. I have Windows XP Pro Media Center edition SP3.

  I received prior assistance from a person who has provided support to Microsoft for a tech forum. She began to date of all the tests she could think to search for missing persons. We also tried to reinstall KB978601, an old update, time & time without success.

  I started with AVG free edition, but now I use Trend Micro Titanium Security 2011 my virus protection. We have also conducted tests with & without my virus protection on.  Finally, it was suggested that I try this site for answers. I currently receive all the updates with no problems and I'm not sure the updates, Miss me him. As I mentioned before, told me that even if they are more updated that the fact of not having them is a threat.

• Slow to connect wireless

  Valet works fine with cable but it takes 5 to 8 minutes for laptops to have a local and internet access. With old wrt54g, it was almost automatic. Tried several computers laptops and netbooks, and same thing. Is sitting there saying 'identification '. Uninstalled and reinstalled Valet nothing helped. Once connected, it works fine, but just too long to connect. I tried to turn off all firewalls and antivirus/security setup nothing helps. Any suggestions?

  Change the wireless channel on your router to 1 or 11, and also on your computer, go to the properties of your adapter and uncheck "TCP/IPv6" Protocol and click OK... Remove all the networks in the list and then try to connect to your wireless network.

• No network has agreed the provided network path

  Hi all

  I have a network of "Working group" composed of two XP Pro PC, a XP Pro laptop, a network printer and a router Linksys (BEFSR41) attached to a Wireless Linksys (WRT54G) router.  All PC's are running
  identical versions of protection ESET, WIN XP Pro, etc.

  When wired, every PC can access the internet, can share (explores/delete/copy/move, etc.) of files, can access the printer, etc..  In other words, they work as they are supposed to.

  When you use the connection Wireless on my laptop, it's different.  The laptop can access to internet and printer, but none of the two PC.  Also, none of the two PC can access the laptop either.  When I try to explore (Windows) wireless, or if I try to communicate with the PC in any other way, I get the message error 'no network did accept the provided network path '.

  I searched on the web and even tried the stuff that has no sense ("turn print files sharing & '...) If it were not already activated then why it would work when wired?).  I even tried a new wireless router with the same results.  Again, everything works as expected when cables.

  The ONLY time I was able to access the shared files on every PC wireless was when I turned off the wireless security.  In other words, if I turn off the key WEP/WPA/etc. of the wireless router, THEN I can do everything I could when wired wireless.  I don't feel comfortable in this regard ;-).

  I didn't used to have this problem so I suspect it may have been caused by Windows software update or security.

  Someone please offer suggestions of what I could try to fix this? I would surely appreciate!

  IT IS CORRECTED! Now, the bad news... I am not sure whether
  set by one, or a combination of things (and don't have the)
  time to revisit every step, one at a time, to determine).

  First of all, I have disabled dynamic DHCP on the router and then tried to
  give a fixed IP address to each device on the network. Since I was
  am not a magician, I can not done correctly.
  Believer, I took unnecessary devices out of the network

Would it be a problem I use a mobile internet device I plug into a USB port?  I read that iTunes needs to port 80 or port 443, and I have no idea what I have with a mobile internet connection, which is a connection of the port numbers Vodaphone. (I travel a lot). Does anyone know what I need to do to complete the installation? I have not yet set up an account with Apple's iTunes or the legends of hearing impaired which is part of the installation.  I really want to restore the ipod to factory settings and reinstall due to do not do these two things, but I can't even do that when I click on "Restore" and ask that 'the parameters that it will NOT be saved' (as I want to go back) but once again just iTunes freezes.  Can someone help this Granny for the iPod facing up and running please with a good connection to iTunes and an active account?   Test the issue in a clean boot State, and check if the problem is related to a software conflict of third.

  Note: Follow step 7 to your computer as usual, and also make sure that you do not disable iTunes while putting your computer in a clean boot state.

  I don't see why it isn't safe. Wireless Security Setup and that's for sure. Then, you can use the WRT as switch and single access point without running two IP subnets. You still want to print between the two file/sharing. And the way it is implemented at the moment that everything related to the WRT can access everything connected to the PIX. So if the WRT network is not secure you already have a lot of problems.

  When I try to update the game by clicking on "check online updates" I get the "Rise of Legends cannot connect to the Internet.  A firewall is probably blocking it.  to continue, network access, and then click OK. "error.

  Thanks for the reply. I was able to finally get the new Webroot program to install after running a Microsoft Fix affecting the directory uninstall the old prgm Webroot and meets a new error code (1603), which led me to this site to permissions Grant full control to the SYSTEM account.

  If it was my computer I would disable Windows Defender (if you use Vista or Win 7) and if you use XP, I would uninstall Windows Defender to be sure, there was no conflict.
