Titles XBox Music Stuck download Cloud sync

I chose to download my albums on the cloud, however, only two albums have downloaded the surface itself.

There is also a message in the upper right corner saying "download... xx songs remaining" but I left my surface, connected to WiFi for several days, but the rest of the tracks do not download and the message remains.

All tracks have the cloud next to them, and those that are supposed to be download the small arrow to download on the left.

All Xbox cloud and download parameters are set on in the application settings of the Panel in the bar of charms.

How can I troubleshoot/fix this problem?

Uninstall, reboot and reinstall the application to music. Who did the trick for me

  • Xbox Music: Songs stuck syncing in the Cloud

    Hello

I have several songs that after I match them (I have adapted by selecting the song and select Add to Xbox Cloud), they get stuck synchronization in the cloud! The synchronization symbol appears next to the song and its been like that for a few days now.

I checked the cloud and they are not there, and properties of the song indicate the State of being "Checking availability Xbox Music". I rebooted and tried everything.

Does anyone know a solution to this?

    Hello

On your PC, press the Windows key + C > click settings > more settings PC.

    • Click on The Synchronize tab > turn on and turn off the switch of the synchronization. It updates automatically and start the synchronization of all applications in your Microsoft Account.
  • How to remove all Xbox Music metadata from the clouds?

I experienced some problems with Xbox Music in all of my devices (Surface RT and Lumia 920), to do with duplication of the song, read errors, playlists appears not and so on.

'Luckily', my Surface RT walled up the other day, and my brand new replacement is underway, so I take the opportunity to reset my phone also, synchronize my collection of music from scratch (also goes to change my region Xbox to my current locale while I am).

Thus, with respect to any information library that currently exists in the cloud, how to remove, so I can start over?

Also, what sync options could recommend you on both devices, so I can have a smoother experience this time?

    Thank you.

  • How to play my music in the cloud if the physical files are gone

I downloaded my music to the cloud by game, then moved the files to an external hard drive that no longer works (very well, no?). I thought that songs would still play the cloud even if I had deleted the files from my mac. But when a song comes up, I get an error message that the file is not found. Fortunately, if I hit 'Cancel' instead of 'locate' (two options), it recognizes the song is in the cloud and the cheek. I can do that for my entire library rather than having to do a song at a time? Additional info: next removed songs, no cloud icon shows until I get the error message and then click Cancel, as explained above. Subsequently, the cloud icon appears, the song is playing and is subsequently available to play.

I think it should download them one album at a time.  I think remember me what happens to me. Album search, and then click Download to iCloud next to the title of the album.  It doesn't take too long.

  • Error Xbox Music 0xc00d11cd (0x8004c031)

On my RT Surface, a large number of tracks I downloaded does not play. When I delete the track and play it in streaming, it plays properly. When I re-download the same track, he fails again. The same track plays correctly on an x 64 copy of Windows 8 I have also (the track is also downloaded via XBox music).

This has an impact on maybe 5 or 10% of my music. In all cases, a handful of titles on any album gives this error, but the rest plays fine.

    I decided to start over:

    • Remove the device from the Xbox Music account
    • Uninstall the application Surface RT music
    • Delete the folder XBox music music library on the desktop
Then I re-installed the app and am in the process of re - download my music. I'm still downloading, but so far each track problem I've tried has worked since the beginning of own.
I'm cautiously optimistic and will update here, so that I will meet more problems.

    Hello

I understand that you are facing problems with the musical application of Xbox and I also see that you have tried the troubleshooting following this thread.

Follow a few troubleshooting steps and check if that helps.

    Method 1:
    Licenses of app Sync
If a license for an application is not synchronized with the license installed on your PC, the application may stop working.

To synchronize your licenses app, follow these steps:

    1. On the start screen, click on store to open the Windows store.

    2. Drag from the right edge of the screen, and then click settings.

    3. Click App updates.

    4. Click on Sync licenses.

    Method 2:
Check if the application is blocked by Windows Firewall.
By default, some applications are blocked by Windows Firewall in order to make your PC more secure. To work properly, you may need to allow an app to receive information through the firewall. For more information, see the section "Allow an app to receive information through the firewall" Windows Firewall from end to end.

Let us know if it helps. If the problem persists, we will be happy to help you.

  • Unable to play XBOX music in Windows Media Player

    Hello.

I have the neck of XBOX music and I am not able to play .wma music downloaded using the music app (I use 'Add to my music' in the music App) in Windows Media Player. The message that appears is:

    -----
    www.Xbox.com
There is a problem with the usage rights of the item you are trying to play. To refresh your music rights:
    1. start the Zune software on your computer
    2. connect
    3. read article in the Zune software

Now you are ready to try to play the item using Windows Media Center or Windows Media Player
    -----

Fair enough. I have Zune installed, when I try to open the same file .wma in Zune, I get the following:

    -----
    Cannot read
Cannot play, burn, or sync the protected file.

To see if there's more information about this error, click Help on the Web [web help there is no info on this error].

    Error Code C00D11E7

    It worked for me.
Start Zune, then sign in to your account with xbox music subscription.
Settings > account > subscription history > restore all.
It will download any music that is not "in the Collection" and store them in \Subscription 'music library except location.
then try to play the music in WMP. It should now play the two songs of XBM and Zune.

  • Window Popup with strange characters when you want to play music from the cloud

When I try to play music on the cloud (music downloaded on my computer), I get a popup with some strange characters. It was working fine 2 days ago. Nothing has changed on my computer. I tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling. Shows the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

This is what looks like the pop-up window.

PS - all anti-virus software are up and running.

As an addendum, I tried to download music (by clicking on the cloud icon, which then shows an arrow pointing downwards). This popup has shown once again.

Then I thought maybe it was having a problem with my account or my computer don't think she was allowed. So I checked my account login, and I was connected. Then I tried allowing my computer and this popup appeared again. I then tried my scroll wheel and it seems that it is a right screen. I guess that is the lower right button 'accept' but I'm not confident in the present.

    Strange things brewing.

  • iTunes Store stuck download

I recently bought an iPad mini 4.  In the iTunes Store began downloading the songs and then stopped these songs (an album) are no longer available in the store.  I can't remove the stuck downloads.  IPad power off (by pressing home and the button simultaneously) does not work.  Any ideas?

    Hi eileenfromlansing,

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! After reading your post, I see that you have some songs that got stuck download inside of the app Store in iTunes for your iPad. I know it's nice to keep this clear list downloads, so I'm happy to offer assistance.

Take a look at this article to see what to do if a purchase iTunes Store stops unexpectedly download:

When an iTunes Store purchase ceases unexpectedly download - Apple Support

The steps described in the article are more orientated the resumption of downloads, rather than delete them, so if you get no took them and completely downloaded on the iPad, you can certainly remove it from the application of music once they are made download. Otherwise, if they are still stuck, you can try to slide your finger to the left on each of them and the 'DELETE' option should appear.

If you find that the steps outlined in the article do not solve your problem, I recommend that you sign out of your Apple ID in settings > iTunes, App Store, restart your device, then reconnect to check the iTunes Store app to see if they are still there.

    Have a great day!

  • I can't play my Apple music albums downloaded?

A few days ago, I decided to sign up for the Apple Music 3 month free trial.  Then, I went and downloaded about 4 albums, so that I wouldn't have to have the Internet connection to be able to listen to them.  However, the next night, when I tried to play without an Internet connection, it gave me an error message.  Unfortunately, I didn't take a screenshot of it at the time.  When I got home, I tried to play my songs with the Internet, and it worked fine.  I have re-uploaded them just in case.  The next morning, I tried to play the songs with Wifi off and again got the message:

I you exit the application, Wifi turned on and tried to play again.  They played very well.  I then disabled Wifi and tried to play again, and they played perfectly!  No problem at all!  The best I can figure is, the application wants me to 'check in' with its servers every 12 hours or more.  Does anyone else have this problem?  I use a Mini 1 iPad with iOS 9.2.1.  Thank you!

    Hi Iantastic,

Sorry to hear that you have questions, play your Apple music offline.  If you get this prompt again, I suggest you follow the prompt and disable iCloud library, as suggested by the guest.  Then restart your iPhone, activate iCloud library again and try to download a different album or songs.  Let us know if the problem persists after trying this.

With the help of the new music app

    Listen offline

You can download songs, including songs that you purchased from the iTunes Store, adding music from Apple, or have been matched or downloaded with Apple music or iTunes game - to your device to listen to when you're not connected to the Internet:

    1. Tap the Options icon plus next to the item.
    2. Press the download icon to the right of the work of the song at the top of the menu of Options, or tap more to download from the bottom of the menu.
    3. The song is downloaded on your device.

To display the music you downloaded for offline listening, go to my music. In the section recently added, press the category picker (artist, album, etc.). Only downloaded music is at the bottom of the list of categories. When this setting is enabled, My Music shows only the songs you downloaded on your device. Disable this setting to see all of your music, including the music stored in iCloud music library.

When you view an item that you have downloaded on your device, you will see an icon offline near it but its exact location varies. For example:

    • If you download a whole album or playlist, offline icon appears when you look at the album or playlist in my music. You will also see an icon in offline mode when you view a compilation, but not when you view specific genres, composers or artists.
    • If you download a song, the offline icon to the right of each title of the song.
    • If you download songs from the album, but not whole album, offline icon appears to the right of the just the songs you downloaded.

    Take care
