  There are a lot of service and the database with TMS issues that have been resolved in TMS related 15.0.1 15.0.  I suggest that upgrade you to the latest version and see if you are still having the same issues.

• Issue of booking TMS

  When we booking the meeting via the TMS,

  How can we get the E.164 Alias of conference?

  (Except we see that conference mcu status.)

  Do not know the 5330, but I suspect THAT TMS will treat it the same way as it does our 4520, so three ways; either add a participant to the Conference as "entering", in which case the E.164 Alias appears under details of connection for this participant, or; go to control Congress centre, find the relevant Conference, place your cursor on the details of mcu under "Remote" (far right) and you will see a window that lists all the details of mcu, including the E.164 Alias for this conference.

  Third option would be to make the 'public' Conference and let the participants dial to the auto attendant and then navigate to the Conference here.

  In TMS under systems > Backup Configuration > perform backup, where these data are stored? I see that it has been saved successfully, but where did he put the data?

  Hi, these data are stored in the tms database (TMSNG). Its not stored in a separate file. Thus, in order to keep them safe, back up the database.

  The password for THE default on the device has been "TANDBERG".

  To question #2, is the official response from Cisco:

  Cisco TMSPE may be installed on the now discontinued Cisco TelePresence Management Server, but note that system resources are limited to 2 GB RAM, which will reduce performance. We recommend using the server for small deployments only and ultimately migrating to hardware with more resources available.

• Issue of 14.1.1 TMS Login banner

  I see the banner Login of TMS to appear on every page, I sail in TMS 14.1.1.

  We only see that after upgrading to TMS 14.1.1 - not seen in 13.2.1.

  Is there a way to avoid this. ?

  TMS has only been tested with IE and Firefox for Chrome can give you unexpected results for TMS that he has not been tested. Please see the installation guide for TMS 14.1.

  However, I've heard CISCO UCS user agreement dosen't allow to install the windows Server 2008 for TMS basement without VMware environment.

  If I don't know the terms of the agreement and install the OS without VMware, then, I can take the open service case?

  Could you link/specity the user agreement you're talking about?

  Besides the fact that you have a license for vmware, I don't think

  that a server is empty of ucs has such a restriction.

  On the other hand, you might want to use vmware under tms just to make your life

  easier (snapshorts before the updates, share the same server with other applications

  (such as vcs, cucm, sql dedicated server, linux management box,...)

  I have followed the instructions but still have the same issue where the MSDS cannot automatically download new software.

  My TMS version is 14.2.2

  When the automatic software update is set to Yes, TMS tries to download the software and then I got an error message (see below)

  The server is connected to the Internet, even when you try to use a proxy TMS still can not download a new software.

  Someone else maybe solved a similar problem to mine.

  Starting with TC6.1 and later, TMS will download is no longer automatically TC software, this is due to a change in the verification procedure and download of these versions of the software.  When the new TC software is released, you will need to log in to Cisco.com and download the software yourself and then transfer it to your TMS servers.

• No search button in the system page in the Page value models Setup - TMS 14.3.1

  I'm trying to push Configuration templates to several systems on my MSD selectively, using the Serach system option in the option "Set it Systems ' Configuration model.

  

  When I type a name of any system for the first time, I click search option and be able to find this system.

  When other name of the system are typical for the second time, TMS does not show the search key.

  

  Seems to be a cosmetic issue and seen with all browsers.

  Bug ID: CSCun15404. Note that it may take a day or two until it is visible in the Bug Toolkit.

  You are trying to install MSD in a Portuguese language Windows Server, and that is not taken care of.

  If you see the same problem when installing an English server, please open a TAC case. This isn't a known issue.

• Can't install 1.3 on TMS 14.5 TMSPE

  I have install Cisco TMS 14.5 on Windows server 2012 that it works very well.

  But I can not install TMSPE. It displays error on java.sql.SQLException.

  I have try to disable the named and manual channels activate TCP but who still have the issue.

  Just try to uninstall it now and install the Java 7 71 update to see if that makes a difference

  Ok. Are you saying that VCSe uses the IP address 10.10.10.10 in interface external, right? Of course, what the IP address of 200.x.x.x? It's your VCSe NAT IP address, right? What is this configured in VCSe?

  Well, reaally you have a problem of NAT. look at the SUBSCRIPTION message of jabber to VCSe:

  Do you see? If the Red 192.168.41.205 IP address is the IP address of your router/nat, then you can come to the conclusion that your router is inspection/ALG, it puts its own IP address in the SIP headers. Your router/firewall device should not use any function ALG/inspection, otherwise you will have problems.

  I can say with great confidence, VCSe rejects the message SUBSCRIBE "404 not found" response because VCSE does not recognize this IP address in the field 'road', 192.168.41.205.

  In addition, the configuration of your NAT is not recommended. First, you use the port-based NAT (PAT), in fact, you must use a NAT. Second, when your NAT firewall allows VCSe, the source address is 10.10.10.1, which means that your firewall is NATing the source address and destination address not only. This type of NAT, it is not recommended for h.323/SIP applications.

  Well, don't be angry with me, I try to help, but I need to say, your deployment VCSe is almost completely false, there are a lot of blind spots.

• Cisco Telepresence Server/Cisco Telepresence driver/Cisco VCS - C / Cisco TMS license

  A big problem with the fact that I'm stuck is licensing. Really, I have tried many things to find the solution for it, but could not.

  I have actually made all of these servers (mentioned in the title) in my lab in preparation for the CCNP Collaboration certification at home.

  I am not able to complete some laboratories due to license issue (I guess). Y at - it an option to get the demo license for all these servers?

  I would be really greatfull if someone can suggest me the solution and/or the licenses required to complete all the stuff for my CCNP Collab tag.

  TMS and VCS - C when installed without licenses, are automatically set mode of demonstration/test with some availability of license to test with. If needing a VCS-E, you will need to do to your account manager and they should be able to get you the time limited licenses good because I think that 90 days.

  Conductor Essentials is free, which means that you can install and get full functionality without the need of all licenses, but you are limited to 1 conference bridge and no grouping is allowed.

  TelePresence Server require licenses to function, once again, reaching out to your account manager for this.

  At the end of the day, you should reach to your account manager for all of this, as they should be able to help get timed license if you need.

• TMS Provisioning question

  I tried to enable the agent TMS under administration-> configuration-> General-> tms tools enable agents. After all, I do not see any process under the status of the activity.

  Since this is a new installation and you are running 13.2 I recommend you to install the tms extension provisioning. The tmsagent is the old model of provisioning.

• 14.3.1 TMS version and Polycom 700 series group

  Hello world

  I just wanted to know if the TMS version 14.3.1 lets add Polycom group series 700 as a breakpoint or not.

  Here to talk, it shows an error of unsupported Type System. Not sure if this is a bug or compatibility issue. I was wondering if any document matrix compatibility is available for it or not.

  Not supported. However, and as with any other system not directly supported in TMS, you can add it as a 'House' system in the TMS.
