  Be grateful for help with what I'm trying to achieve - as there seems to be a total lack of documentation available on CCO that covers it!

  I CUCM 8.6 and have saved him a few EX90s. Video-point works great for internal calls.

  Sorry, these seem to ask very basic questions, but there is a lack of public information around this subject TOTAL! I found some docs that say X7.2 on VCS should only allow this, but nothing to say how.

  What follows is version of Cisco TMS 13.1 notes sw:

  New in Cisco TMS 13.1 is the support of endpoints of CTS. The support is centered around planning and requires the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cisco Unified CM) version 8.0 and newer to add to the TMS of Cisco.

• Integration of CUCM, CTS and TMS

  We currently have a 8.6/CTS-Man/CTMS CUCM environment for our telepresence system.  All systems are CTS only.  Currently, connect us to a Tandberg system via Server CUBE/VCS/telepresence.

  We are looking at the possibility of integrating the two systems together.  This would involve decommissioning our CTS-man and using their existing planning TMS.  Networks would be open to each other so that they didn't cross highway of CUBE/VCS.

  Can someone tell me please to some documents on the integration of the TMS with our CUCM for planning?

  Furthermore, is it possible to have a single MSDS to perform the planning on the two CUCM registered CTS and saved VCS Tandberg endpoints end points, as well as to perform planning tasks for Community trade marks and MSE8000/telepresence Server?

  It is a very good question, and the bellows are drawn from the responses on the features that each product can provide you (CTS - Man and TMS) however as we know the TP Cisco world is changing and moving quickly if the bellows has been updated / changed and can someone comment on this topic will be great for us

  Meetings 1-booking

  CTS - Man:

  -mainly used for endpoints STC booking

  -You can book and include cisco webex

  -Ms Exchange, domino and API

  TMS:

  -management endpoints (monitoring, Reporting, strong alerts... etc)

  -integration with 3rd party such as Ms exchange

  -"There is no button to push" for the endpoints of CTS (you can add CTS alis for TMS rooms and book it or add the E164 of the external endpoint CTS as a participant and not these means are a button to push the meeting!

• Integrate TMS with WebEx through a proxy

  I'm testing our new server (version 13.2.2). TMS

  In the Administrative Toolsin->Configuration-> menusettings of the Conference on MSDS, it is possible to configure the WebEx service information. What I did.

  However, it still fails to connect. I think it's because he's trying to connect directly as all connections must go through our web proxy.

  Negative about your question and in fact, TMS dislikes proxies at all. Therefore, to try something like that will give you all sorts of questions eventually.

  Keep in mind, and in TMS 13.x.x, this is v1 of Webex. And keep in mind and as announced in the TMS 14.1 release notes, Webex v1 with S & S and LiveMeeting TANDBERG is now gone TMS 14.1 in preparation to support Webex v2. Therefore, if you plan to use Webex v1, then you will stick with TMS 13.x.x.

• Search for integration of TMS AD filter

  We are supply Jabber video/Movi in TMS. We are unable to draw users defined by a political group.

  This is how the ad structure looks like, were it must draw on the users.

  CN = U_VideoConferencing_Clients, OU = Video Conferencing, DC = local, DC = xyz

  We have an ORGANIZATIONAL unit with the videoconference in which there is a group called U_VideoConferencing_Clients policy. All users created in the ORGANIZATION Video Conferencing Unit, TMS is able to see after integration. But all users defined by group policy u_videoconferencing_clients inside or videoconferencing is not shot by TMS.

  Read in the documents of a search filter is required to add these users. Someone has an idea on the filter search to use?

  I ve done a Deploying an MCU as a multimedia resource for Unified CM.

  MCU has a SIP trunk with 10.5 CUCM, MCU is recorded as the Conference on the multimedia resource.

  SX20 Conference ad hoc works well with another 7 codecs.

  My question is

  I want to plan conferences by mcu or cisco TMS, but I am not able to do.

  How can I integrate Cisco TMS or planning by MCU?   It s not working not on my side.

  Could if it you please let me know if activated VC rooms which exists in the TMS can be integrated with Evoko Room Manager.

  If so, how and what are the requirements?

  If I do not set up the TMSXE with TMS, will walk or not?

  I read the Evoko Room Manager administrator guide so basically it's the knowledge that I have on the Evoko system. I have not tested with TMS, but it seems that it just connects to the server in sort of the same way the TMSXE. It monitors the booked rooms and display it on the screen that is mounted in the room.

  In my opinion, I think that this will not work with TMS what it itself, but it is possible that it will not work if you have installed TMSXE. Since when the room is reserved by a customer the Evoko outlook will see that this room is reserved for this time and display it on the screen. At the same time the TMSXE will also see that this room is reserved and create a conference for the video endpoint in this room as well. However given that I have not tested I do not know the limitations on that. I see that you can set how many chairs is available for this Evoko room and if you assume that the limitiation of participants for a meeting with this room included you may not be able to book the biggest number of participants at the video conference as you want.

  So I think that this requires some tests in order to be sure. I can't find any documents indicating that it works as expected.

  My customer has existing Polycom HDX7000 series and they need to use TMS for the planning meeting.

  Should I order the license 'Cisco Network TMS integration Extension (Polycom, Radvision ViaIP, MGC, Cisco 3540)' on TMS for the support of this solution?

  IF THE ANSWER IS "YES"; my client has 10 points from polycom endpoints, should I order this license for 10?

  No, this option is for third-party MCU. The comma between Polycom and MGC is a typo.

  You can simply add the HDXs MSDS and they consume a system standard license only.

• Google mail integrating WebEx/telepresence integration... Everyone sings again such a task?

  We have a customer who moves from the Exchange to Google Mail. They also have a full integration WebEx/telepresence with the current Exchange using TMSXE environment. We are concerned about the planning feature in the future resources and want to review frankly the experiences of the real world of this scenario. I guess they will have questions as well as how they can integrate Hangouts as well...

  Everyone sings again such a task? If so, what are your experiences here?

  Just installed new TMS/TMSXE/conductor for a customer and the initial test was OK but have a question.

  TMS will not send e-mail confirmation of booking to anyone else that the person who at the request of the Conference.  By the TMSXE user's Guide, the Scheduler will send the e-mail confirmation for guests, or paste its content in the original meeting invitation.

  For TMS 13.2, you can take a look at the Documentation of integrated systems, specifically Product Support and documents using the feature to see what Cisco and 3 third-party products are supported.

  Note, for the most recent releases TMS, you will need to look at the admin guides as well as Telepresence interoperability of data because there are no available detailed compatibility document, similar to those mentioned above, for the version beyond TMS 13.2.
