To access the Oracle PLL (library) of Java forms
Hello
We must Access a library PLL (Oracle Forms) from Java code and make a request to use it. I searched the net but could not find any evidence that this can be done.
Is it possible, is it of any source you can advice?
I really appreciate all the comments.
Thank you
Emre
Direct access to procedures pll of the tools other than forms is not possible, no. If it is possible, you can convert your pll procedure in a stored procedure and call it in your pll and in java.
see you soon

I can't understand how to access the Adobe Stock library in InDesign.
It says in the tutorial launch library in the drop-down Windows but I do not see this option.
What version of InDesign are you using? Should be under the dropdown Windows and say CC libraries. You must at least use InDesign CC 2015

connection to the oracle application express using java and jdbc
Hello!
I am trying to build a java application using jbcd to connect to my Oracle Application Express DB but unable to connect actually using the following syntax:
Private final static String DB = "myworkspacename";
Private final static String RUTA public = "@apex.oracle.com:1521";
private public static final String URL = "jdbc: Slim:" + RUTA + "/" + DB;
private static final String DRIVER = "oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver";
a USER private final static string = " " [email protected] "; "
private final static String PASS = "MonMotpasse";
and then I start the connection via:
CONEX = DriverManager.getConnection(URL,USER,PASS);
but finally I get the following error:
IO error: the network adapter could not establish the connection
any ideas on what goes wrong will be appreciated...
Simple answer... YOU can't connect externally to the hosted instance of Oracle with a jdbc connection or sql developer/Toad. Not allowed...
If you need this capability, I would suggest downloading of Oracle 11 g XE and building you own database...

To access the Oracle Postgres using DG4ODBC and very slow psqlodbc
I've set up DG4ODBC a base of Oracle 11 g Windows 2003 32-bit to access a Windows 2008 64 bit 9.1 database Postgres, you use the psqlodbc (32-bit) driver.
I can't do it because of the queries, but they are very slow. The reason is that the place where clause of the query is deleted somewhere along the line (I've seen actual queries run by Postgres using pgAdmin server status screen) and all the rows of the table are extracted from Postgres. Naturally with tables bigger than the few lines which means do a full table in Postgres scan, so that transfer a lot of bytes through the network.
"For example, if I mark from Oracle like this: select * of" dps_user"@pg where 'id' = '2423', run the sql in Postgres is: select * from dps_user, which retrieves all the rows of the table! When I get the result of the query in Oracle, I get only the row with id 2423, so I guess that Oracle Gets the entire table and that he not filtering at its end.
In a separate 32-bit Windows XP machine I have implemented the same psqlodbc driver, and ran the same query by using Microsoft Query. In this case, the query to run in Postgres contains a where clause and, therefore, it is much faster because a unique index scan is performed in Postgres, and that a line is transferred to Microsoft Query.
Could you help me, please?
Thank you very much

Now, I also access my customized CRM form data.
I saw an access code customer secure area

It is not possible at the moment.

Cannot access the tables in other patterns of database Oracle
Hello. We got our Oracle database administrator to install APEX in our Oracle database. She created a login and a schematic for my Oracle database user so that I can work with APEX a bit. Here is the information about the version of the SUMMIT we installed:
Information about the Version of database
Oracle Database 11 g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64 bit Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
CORE Production 11.2.0.2.0
AMT for IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.2.0 - Production
I found that my user can access the Oracle tables within my own diagram of Oracle database. Most of our main tables are in 3 other schemas and I need access to all the tables of all these schemes. Now, whenever I meet a drop-down list of values for the schema, by own schema is available in the list of values.
Is there something that our Admin can do to make these tables in other patterns available on my user account?Sharpe,
This documentation should point you in the right direction. It will show you how to add multiple schemas to a workspace.
