Track calls of historical reports

I had a client in the matter of the duration of a call is on hold. Is there a report that indicates the call time, hold time, talk time and end time for the individual calls?

    This level of Service can be modified by the CSQ. Take a look;

    Modify an existing CSQ

    You can change the existing CSQs. If you make dynamic configuration changes that affect the order in which the agents receive calls CIM, the changes take effect when all officers affected by the changes have left to the ready state. If no agent is in ready state when you change the CSQ, the changes take effect immediately.

    To change an existing CSQ, follow these steps.

    Procedure

    Step 1 the CRA Administration menu bar, choose subsystems > CIM.

    The DCI Configuration web page opens.

    Step 2 bar of navigation on the CIM Configuration, click on the hyperlink to Contact Service queues.

    Opens in the Contact area of the Service queues.

    Step 3 In the Name list, click the CSQ you want to change.

    The first queue for Service Contact area Configuration page opens.

    Step 4 change the CSQ if necessary.

    In the "Service of opportunity", enter the maximum time that a call is waiting before it is connected to an agent.

    Percentage of service level, enter the objective target for percentage of contacts that meet service levels.

    For example, a call center that has a level of service of 20 and a percentage of 80 percent service level has to meet 80 per cent of its calls within 20 seconds.

    Step 5 click Update to apply the changes.

    No, since the HRC has been abandoned with version 9 of CCX.  From web version 9 cuic function was available and since version 10, he's the only client of reports.  Your biggest problem is also going to be support CAD that I doubt will build for your version of CCX, which should be 9.0 or below.

    IPCC express 3.5 2.

    How can I change the format of the historical report such as the name of the title via crystal report that is available in the "Reporting"?

    Another question is how to generate the report which is available in the directory "model of report? Need to copy the files to a specific selectable directoty in the report tool?

    All reports are Crystal reports format, so open Crystal report templates and change the title as you want. All report templates are under historic cisco reports > report templates folder.

    You must add the new report in the report with .xml catalog file.

    Please, can someone tell me, how do I get all the users from a specific range of dates changes? Why I see the last change only?

    The changes are classified according to the activity of update.  If you're updating 1 field at the same time, you will have a new section for each because they get the same verification key.  If you're updating 10 fields in a single click, you will get 10 updates to field in this verification key.  It is a grouping of changes like that.  If you just want to see all the changes, you have to modify your sql, or create a new report and not group them according to audit key.

  • Java code to call bipublisher ibots reports

    Hi experts,
    I want to call reports bi ibots Editor (in the advanced custom Java program). Is there any Java code to do.
    I tried to do the report editor Bi of dashboard and created a dashboard for it. But if I have more than 50 reports, I need to create the dashboard for al these .so reports, is there any way to call bi publisher reports directly from ibots?

    You can schedule your report and do what you want with it.

    Call your java custom of the Ibots. Here is an example:

  • Request failed to build on call Excel.Print report

    Software development in LV2009 that uses Report Generation Toolkit for reading/writing Excel models. Program works well in development mode. AppBuilder crashes when the *.exe build when adding NIReport.lvclassReport.vi rint

    Dig down, I find an arrow broken to running on the NI_Excel.lvclassReport.vi rint, as shown here:

    According to the dialog box display errors, there is a terminal unwired or bad on the call print node; However I did not any changes to this expedition VI (that I know). I tried all unused cable entries (empty strings From, To, and ImprDsNomFichier; false Booleans for preview and PrintToFile, Collate) after I fell on the error, but who had no luck either. Also tried to insert conversions to varying for each input element, just in case there was a problem in the implicit data type conversion variant.

    I also tried ctrl + Maj + compilation of all of the application execution, but this does not seem to get to the non-interrupted, either.

    Someone has to meet this problem before? It's weird that it would break just like that - I had actually compiled this particular executable before, using a few still report Generation Toolkit screws that I use now. The only difference from the last generation, is that I replaced a Report.SaveAs function with a Report.Save function.

    Also of note: I have included all report classes in my project and build specification to compile dependencies in making libraries supported in order to minimize the number of labview files included in the distribution of executable. This is probably why a mistake with the calls Report.vi to print hangs the same AppBuilder so I do not explicitly call that VI anywhere in my code.

    EDIT: both pis. I solved the problem.

    But in case someone else runs into the same issue, here is what I have done:

    Change the Invoke node method. Then change it back. That's all. I don't know why he would spontaneously STB like this, but it seems that the change of the method to another thing and then return to refresh his memory.

  • CSQ Call Distribution summary report customized with 5s and 20 s model for UCCX 10.6 required

    We have UCCX with recently upgraded to 10.6 HA. After upgrade, we are not able to generate the CSQ Call Distribution report for every 5/20 sec.

    We contacted TAC and found we need to have autonomous cuic but we donot have in our environment. There is demand for improvement already triggered with Cisco for this defect, Cisco still to develop fixed a bug for this version.

    Ask you to provide me with this model of the said report to import into our UCCX of 10.6 to generate reports required by our care.

    Had the same problem after upgrade of 8.5 to 10.5 UCCX. I was able to modify an existing report to get 5 seconds interval.

    I exported the existing report. Imported in CUIC stand-alone server, query list value with interval of 5 seconds:

    Also changed the column names in the report. With 5 seconds interval, we have 4 great call distribution intervals: 0-5 sec, 0 to 10 sec, 0-15, 0-20 sec. Unfortunately, when I downloaded my report to the initial report UCCX CUIC was broken (I think because of the internal report id duplication), but the new report works very well.     I create a report object in the browser of the object with the name ""EMPS_BY_DEPTS "with properties " filename = emps_by_depts.rdf.

    I also have a server with the command server = repetat wserver report

    When I press the button to call the report I get this famous 41214 FRM: cannot run the report.

    and it works very well.

    I do in this case,

    1 - i run report with parameterform = YES (Note: your report is not a form of parameter), so I can see explanation real error report.

    2 - showjobs of report server options

    We use the 11g r2, for 11g r2 reports this link http://: 9002/reports/rwservlet/showjobs? = RptSvr__asinst_1 server , so I can't see error detail.

    10g should be that this option absolutely. but I don't know.

    If it is 11.1.2.x, then FRlogging.log file should have little information. The Bi + usage tracking records not any act done with report FR. play with the level of logging for EN could give detailed information in the log file.

  • Call in the report for PDF download query does nothing

    I am trying to download a PDF report based on 2 queries. Each query has a where clause clause with values taken from the page elements. I installed Publisher OBI 11.1.1.5 and used the term of Publisher 11.1.1.5 OBI plug-in to create the RTF file that I downloaded then the components Shared-> presentation of the State.

    I created a new button in the region to call the report query. However, whenever I click on the button to download the PDF file, nothing happens. I looked at the debug and the button seems to be running OK, except that nothing happens.

    The APEX of BOIP configuration works since I was able to have BOIP generate another report that do not use the predefined query. In other words, parts of reports including the attributes defined print "allow printing of the report = Yes" and 'layout of report = report default layout' work very well. Reports based on the query predefined and launched with a button in the region do nothing.

    Environment: APEX 4.1, DB 11.2.0.2, BOIP 11.1.1.5

    Any contributions to this PDF issue is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for reporting back!

    It now works with a button linked to printing the report query URL. This method was not working before because when I deleted/recreated the presentation of the report, the layout of request report report had to "use generic Report Layout. When I changed the presentation of the report query to the name of the correct report layout, button link to the print URL worked as expected.

    He therefore finally brought its fruits check attributes...

    Still, he doesn't when I create a button with action = 'Download printable report Query'. I tried several times, but couldn't make it work. It seems that it is a bug, but I can't say for sure.

    It should work as long as you have configured the report query according to the needs and assured the session state is included.

    Go ahead rather than use the with action = "Download the printable report query", I'll use a button with Action is "Redirection of URL" where the URL is the URL for the report query printing.

    In this case, my guess would be the session state, because you will always she, when redirecting to the session, and the report query seems to agree.
