Tries to cancel the subscription to Photoshop in order to get a new plan of adobe
I can't upgrade to a new plan of adobe because I already have an account for Photoshop, so I looked for an option cancel my order of a five-year plan so I could do a can one but no new!
Need help!

I subscribed for a monthly subscription to Photoshop CC in August so when I lost my job I tried to cancel the plan. But it came as if I had never seen a plan saying that I had a free plan for creative cloud. THEN I see a charge from Adobe on my PayPal account, so I reported it as not allowed for free and PayPal rejected my request and charged me. I'm $46 + in Canadian dollars in the red in my account Bank for something that I did not have to cancel. I'm broke with no income and sucks customer service here

Tries to cancel the subscription, but facing a lot of problems
I just noticed that I imposed by adobe for another CC annual subscription when it was supposed only to be for one year and now I am trying to get the reverse onus. The biggest problem is I think the email that I used was my school email and not only do I remember the password on behalf of adobe, it's slot, but I not to go to this school so I do not have access to this e-mail to retrieve. Every time I try to find some contact information I continues to redirect to the forums. I know that's not where I'm supposed to post my problem but I really can't say that I'm supposed to do. Thanks for reading.

I tried to cancel my subscription to BBM Music via App World and demand and get an error in these two areas. App World, it comes to declare there is an error and cannot cancel the subscription. In BBM Music, I get the error Id: 31600.
When I submit a support ticket by selecting 'Get support' in the App World, it will not submit saying my PIN is not valid.

I found a way around it. I have connected on App World via my PC with my phone connected and is go to the Subscriptions tab, and then cancelled it. I received the confirmation of cancellation email, I received it 7 times, but it's better than when I could not cancel.

I got only 1 month out of the second year of University and will buy Adobe Photoshop for use at home at the moment. I will be able to cancel the subscription once the 1 month is over and not to pay for the rest of the year? I read that they take 50% of the years cost you? Thank you!

Stuck in a loop trying to cancel my subscription to the CC

I am trying to cancel my subscription to creative cloud I was a student of the year last but now work in a studio with full access to creative cloud so no more need a personal copy. The page "Contact Customer Care" is just to send me into an infinite loop and I can't understand how to cancel. I keep following the instructions, but come to a dead end. I don't see any option to communicate with someone to talk to.
I am connected, but not always seeing no option 'phone or cat' below. Any help would be appreciated.
