Tries to cancel the subscription, but facing a lot of problems
I just noticed that I imposed by adobe for another CC annual subscription when it was supposed only to be for one year and now I am trying to get the reverse onus. The biggest problem is I think the email that I used was my school email and not only do I remember the password on behalf of adobe, it's slot, but I not to go to this school so I do not have access to this e-mail to retrieve. Every time I try to find some contact information I continues to redirect to the forums. I know that's not where I'm supposed to post my problem but I really can't say that I'm supposed to do. Thanks for reading.

I am trying to cancel my subscription, as seems to be the only way to get my payment option PayPal with a credit card instead of this, but the customer contact form gives me only the forums as a contact option. How can I actually get in touch with someone to solve this problem? I had to go and remove authorization to Adobe via my PayPal account to stop the continuous billing while I'm trying to understand this. It's pretty poor customer service.

I am trying to cancel my subscription to creative cloud I was a student of the year last but now work in a studio with full access to creative cloud so no more need a personal copy. The page "Contact Customer Care" is just to send me into an infinite loop and I can't understand how to cancel. I keep following the instructions, but come to a dead end. I don't see any option to communicate with someone to talk to.
I am connected, but not always seeing no option 'phone or cat' below. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all, I am wanting to know how to solve this problem, I will have with my creative cloud downloads. I am trying to cancel the application Adobe Acrobat DC and it download it again. But it's frozen on the "cancellation of...» "and don't move. I use a mac, I can't redownload until it is gone from the top of the cloud. Now exit Adobe all associates of process as creative cloud, CC, CCX, Core sync, broker CIB Adobe and then launch creative cloud app again and try to download Acrobat.
