Hello, I also try to buy 1 image as well. Please credit my account for the 1 image, unless the problem has been resolved in a different way! Sale of phones from Adobe was not able to let me buy 1 image. Thank you!

Please provide the error message. Visit the Contact Customer Service:

Click on Adobe Stock > 'Membership, account, payment' > ' payments, invoices, orders ">"still need help.

You will get a phone number different from that above and they should be able to help.

    I'm sorry that workaround does not work for you. I gave you credit for the tide you more, while we are studying the issue. Sign out of Stock of Adobe and sign of return and you will see them in your meter.

    I was having the same problem and could not find a solution to that earlier. I used incognito with Google Chrome, so I was already connected and no old navigation data seem to found the picture and began the process of purchase. He asked me to use my standard newspaper in the data, but this time I had the option to purchase single image and everything went very well and just downloaded my image.

    I read on the site in several places that you can buy a single image, if you want, but whenever I click the link it takes me to the same subscriptions page, where there are only two options, which are on a per image basis.

    I understand trying to promote your monthly subscription "10 free image" thing, but have you really made it impossible to just buy a single image?

    When you find an image that you want to allow, the basket option shopping will take you to a page where you can pay for the single image example

    Ive tried to buy an image for about an hour now, but I try to pay each time I get a payment error that says:

    Payment error

    There is a problem with your payment. Please try again later or contact Adobe technical support.

    I have tried different browsers, by logging in and once again, but nothing helped. Am went to check my payment information, everything seemed OK.

    I'm on a Mac under OS X El Capitan, my subscription of the CC is paid in full.

    Im a bit of a hurry and have 7 other wise I want to download. It drives me crazy: can you help me?

    I have worked in the service the customer, so I do my best to keep cool. I understand that this is not the fault of the person who will read this. And I am aware that Adobe is aware of the problem too... however...

    I called three days ago now. I was told at that time here, they are working on the problem and that I would receive an email "within an hour" Let me know when it would be resolved, and I'd be able to buy a single image. I never received an email (because nothing is fixed yet) and my project is now the third day of delay. And no, I'm not interested in the signature on another annual contract as a workaround (clever, but no trick.)

    I see others here have received credits image for their trouble. CC all subscribers will get credit for the image? How will it work? I find that it is hard to believe that minds of Adobe have not found a way to solve this problem, because I guess that's a top priority - must be to lose tons of money, right? Or are you doing enough on getting desperate people who need complete their projects on time, has signed a contract? Believe me I am happy with the image credits, but I would be much happier if I could just download the image I need and get back to work.

    Just before Christmas, I have connected to Adobe Stock and began the process of buying my first "single image".

    I chose the image I wanted and was sold by using my credit card. I had some internet problems that night, and somehow the transaction has been processed twice.

    I contacted support and asked them for a refund (they don't me you). During this conversation, I was told that I was on a single image subscription (or two subscriptions due to the error). I couldn't understand this as anywhere I see done website, terms or common Questions made it says that a "single image" is a periodic subscription. On the Stock site he said "pay-per-view the image or choose a subscription. In the table options it is said, of the simple image a $11.99 and then has 10 images for $ 35.99 / mo and 750 for $ 239/mo. Having "/ mo ' at the end refers to recurring subscription but the $11.99 has no this. I asked the support person to cancel subscriptions in this matter and requested a confirmation by email, which did not arrive...

    I contacted support once again and was told by another person that individual images are not on subscription. What the heck! now I'm totally confused.

    WHAT IS A HORIBBLE EXPERIENCE!

    This is my 1st attempt to digitize old 35mm color slides. At the first trial, the scanner produces four good images. On the next sweep attempts, it produces only a single image containing four slides and a message in the printer says "no scan options".

    I tried your troubleshooting ideas: unpluggng the printer, uninstall/reinstall the software HP & pilot.

    All other functions of the word OK printer. Any ideas?

    Thank you, Sean.   Scanning is now the induvidual pictures production. But I had todo several other procedures.

    I have reset the printer according to your instructions, but it had the same negative results.

    I then unplugged the power from the printer and the signal cables, and then reconnected them and restarted the printer. I then reset the printer by you instructions.  I restarted my iMac's "HP Scan", selected slides in the HP scan profiles and pressed 'Scan '.  The result was four individual images.
