Because my CC is stuck on the loading wheel, why keep going in circles, I tried all of the solutions I found on the internet but nothing changes!

Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application does not open or shows a spinning wheel of progress

If you follow the 7 steps you can directly download a free trial here: Adobe CC 2015 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2015 Release | ProDesignTools

If you have a problem from the download, you follow the 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

failure to obtain this cookie translates into an error page displayed after clicking on a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (e.g., current) version.

  • Cannot log into Creative Cloud Desktop app (only accepts no not my correct password)

I have connected to my creative cloud online in order to double check my credentials and I was able to do (so to be able to write this in the Adobe Community). But earlier my Desktop Creative Cloud app will not let me login and I can no longer use Adobe products without being loged in.

It says the following: creative cloud wants to make changes. Type your password for this purpose".

I type my password (I know is correct) and the box does not accept. This message continues to appear on my desktop after pressing cancel.

Phone adobe support is horrible, I was dealing with the problem before 7:00 pm PST and tried to call to talk to someone but had muisc play for 30 minutes without response. I then called the other technical support line to find the support Office is closed at 19:00:00 PST (well after I called) I then called cloud Creative line of support and know that they close at 05:00.

I have a major InDesign problem as problem of support as well, because keep crashing before discovering that I can not connect to my creative cloud note. Worse, I have to present a layout of the 100 page book tonight to my printer my deadline.

Can someone PLEASE HELP as soon as possible, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW to SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, YES I HAVE ALSO RESTARTED MY COMPUTER.

Finally, I can still do a uninstall and re - install without the desktop application accepting my password, so I'm super no chance at this stage.

    Thank you

    GARY

It says the following: creative cloud wants to make changes. Type your password for this purpose".

This screen is your operating system OS X asking your computer password to make the necessary changes.

It of the Mac mechanism to authenticate if you are the Admin user or not.

You enter your Mac, not your creative cloud password password?

  • Cannot install the creative cloud desktop application

Yes. Something is very wrong with the installation process when after only 5 attempts to install creative cloud, the installation program Adobe has once again stalled. I tried first, she for at least 3 hours.

I'm on OSX El Capitan. MacBook Pro

I shouldn't really "must read carefully the notes of troubleshooting and restart my computer." It should work.

    Very frustrating.

Problem solved then. It took shape about 40 minutes, while I put the remote control from my laptop to a techno from Adobe. It turns out that he had to create a new root/user profile. Something to do with InstallID not allowing the process to continue.

Large. So here's a suggestion: write some if/else statement in your installation code - if the process is blocked by InstallID, pop that says something to the effect that you (the user) have the same install rights that the person who installed your other Adobe applications, so create a new root with full administrator rights profile and install creative cloud it sends an alert. Then return to your usual profile.

Sound good? If you had given me this message yesterday morning, I know that I would be much happier than I am now, after having lost a few hours trying to resolve this issue.

  • Cannot install Creative Cloud Desktop

I restored my computer to a previous point, when I installed something, (I think it was something like Visual C++) but when I tried to install Desktop CC, I got this message "Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary to solve this problem. However, it is missing or corrupted"I tried a lot of things, but no matter what I do, I can't reinstall it. What should I do?

    Hi Brodend77761606,

As you mentioned that you cannot uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application, I recommend you use the uninstaller available in what follows to remove it:uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.

Once uninstalled follow "Solution 2" given in what follows a link and then reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud:error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop App.

  • Creative Cloud Desktop cannot be installed. Have run as administrator, uninstalled, used Adobe Cleaner

Windows 7 64 bit home edition - Creative Cloud desktop looks like it is install, gets 90% of the way through the status bar and then get the message that it "do not install" with no reason given.  Running as an administrator, uninstalled and reinstalled as an administrator. Again uninstalled and run Adobe Cleaner, removed from Photoshop CS5 and tried again to install, but the result every time is the same.  I turned off my internet security, use a LAN connection instead of wireless and once again, the same result.   I have a desktop for Adobe Creative cloud icon, but it will not lance. I went to the file manually and still once, both work regularly and as administrator and nothing happens, not even an error message.  I tried the download to another drive and then try to install from there and I tried to install Chrome and IE 9 and nothing seems to make a difference. Help, please.  I spent all day yesterday on it and I need to go to work.

Yes, Jeff, you're right, I forgot to mention this step, but I have renamed the OOBE in both places, the Common\Adobe files and the local\Adobe file.

After 3 hours of work with the Adobe support online chat, we finally found a solution.  In addition to all the other procedures, mentioned (CC of uninstall, run Adobe CC cleaner options 1 and 3, then by removing the OOBE files, restart the computer, verify any task, services or processes with Adobe running using the Task Manager) I had to create a nonadministrator user to Windows and install the program under that user.  Finally it worked.  I hope this helps someone else.
