    Hello rayl48,

In addition to what offers Syed, you could try and update your video card driver.
I saw the mention that the error is caused by a pilot video obsolete.
Go to the website of the manufacturer of your video card and download the latest driver for your video card model.

Or you can go to the computer manufacturer and seeif he is and he's driving for your computer updated model.

WHAT CAN I DO TO REMEDY TO THIS PROBLEM-SE SURVEY WHEN I TURN FIRSTLY ON COMPUTER

    Hello

The computer tries to run this file or a program that uses that when drop if first charge. I can't find mention on internet so not sure of what software it comes with. The problem will be solved normally uninstalling his related software to and put it back. I would say by clicking Start, and then type msconfig in the Run dialog box. This will bring up a new window. in the tab control start to the bottom of the list of issues that load. If there is an article here with this file name, remove the tick the box. OK, the window and reboot. see if the error.

If there is nothing here about the file, you may need to remove a key from the windows registry using regedit, however if your not confident using regedit it I would sugget using software like ccleaner to clean the registry. This will undoubtly get jeers from others on the forum as its not considered good practice to clean the registry. It can cause more problems that it solves. But perhaps fewer problems than if you dive into the registry yourself.
