After I installed Windows 7, I have three defivices listed in the Device Manager in the other topic peripheral, as the drivers are not installed. Done a full Windows Update, watched a screen shots I did of all the programs & features of the original Vista x 64 version when I got Lenovo to make sure that I have everything installed, I need, but still nothing.

  How can you tell what are the devices, because they are listed as "Base system device" (two of them) and the 'controller PCI Simple Communications of '. I didn't have problems, but would like to know what they are and get the drivers for them (or at least check if Win7 drivers are available).

I get a black screen on laptop startup saying. ' device not recognized in the amplifier graphics it supports NVidia cards and amd, press a key to continue "mine is a nvidia card... Here's what I did so far, re sitting the card and cables... reinstall clean Windows 10, 64-bit, version 1607, to update all the last drivers.bios version installed. uninstalled GeForce, drivers, unplug the amp. resinstalled GeForce and all the drivers... twice, the two while the amp connected and disconnected... updated every single on the laptop driver... rebooted the laptop... have done many and repeatedly... my laptop still fails to recognize the external graphics card and I get black unrecognized peripheral said start-up screen... I don't know if it's a hardware or software issue.i previously thought the card was faulty... I went and got a replacement for a new ASUS card, (the previous one was a gigabyte). is it possible that the amp is broken?
  Ive spent over $ 900 to get the card and the amp and would really like to use it... as I know it works... but I don't know where m goes wrong... any help is appreciated

  Hello, Andrew. Just a quick update... as I suspected... It was the AGA... I borrowed my friends AGM (who lives about 30 miles away) I thought that the drive is worth the shot... so came home... connected all the cables... turned on the laptop... BAM! It has detected the card immediately... I didn't have to update or download anything... I don't have the black screen at startup (device not recognized screen). played metro 2033 redux. smooth as butter 60 fps with al maxed out... also tried linking the AGA to my 65 inch curved 4 K tv... and he played incredibly with this also... tried to plug my AGA back... same problem... black screen... spent my AGA Fellows >. has worked like a charm... send then the AGM back to dell... and ask for a replacement :-)

• Unrecognized device, then mutiple restore request

  I get an error of device not recognized on my computer when I plug my iPod Classic. When I get it to connect to iTunes will recogize the camera for a few days, then it will tell me that the iPod needs to be restored. Once restored, it synchronizes all my music (not counting those with! next to them). I've restored the Unit 6 times over the last two weeks and continues to be the same thing. I'm not having problems with my Nano, although I have manually manage music on this device.

  I tried two new cables. Several restorations. Reinstalled iTunes twice. Don't know what I can do.

  I have a microsoft 6000 mouse, and since I bought it, it worked flawlessly! A few days ago I started having a "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED" error each time.

  I tried the mouse on other computers (a computer dell laptop (Vista) + an office (XP)) and still getting the same error message. I tried everything to make it work!

  1. What is brand and model of the USB device you are trying to connect?
  2. Are you able to connect other USB devices to your computer successfully?

  Basically, code 43 error occurs when an engine control unit notified the operating system that the device has failed in some way. See the following article:

  Code 43: Error Codes in the Device Manager in Windows

  So, I would suggest trying the following steps and check if the problem persists.

  Method 1:

  Please try the fixit (s) provided below which will help you solve common problems associated with devices and USB ports.

  • Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows
  • Diagnose and automatically fix the Windows USB problems

  If method 1 does not work, try Method 2.

  Method 2:

  Remove and reinstall all USB controllers.

  1. Open Manager devices by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click system and security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  2. In the list of the categories of equipment, locate and expand Bus USB controllers.
  3. Right-click every device under the Bus USB controllers node and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
  4. Restart the computer and let the USB controllers get reinstalled.
  5. Plug in the removable USB device and test to make sure that the problem is solved.

  If the problem persists, go to method 3.

  Method 3:

  This method will install the latest drivers from device to your USB device.

  Make sure that both disks have the same format. If the SanDisk Extreme differs the Maxtor, you can try reformatting it even with the Maxtor.

  I can't explain why these two devices are listed as non-recognized, but make sure that you have installed the chipset driver as a first step, immediately after installing the OS finish. Please check Toshiba download page and there you can find the instructions facilities document. Follow the order of the facilities and everything should be ok.
