  TL; Dr

  Synchronization of a passport with Mac works fine for everything else photos. ICloud same sync works fine. Photos also works, but not as easy as it is with the iPhone and a mac. The BlackBerry has a lot of productivity as a bonus feature.

  The timing looks like this for me:

  -Music, timings of passport via BlackBerry link, works very well. No need to convert songs to iTunes, link them he finds himself. Easy.

  -E - books, I transfer books and other files via BlackBerry mixture. He has a very good file manager and records for books are already there. Easy.

  This is probably a stupid question, but I'm trying to download the contacts / calendar of my tour 9360, which allows you to synchronize wireless to my desktop via exchange pc / company setup on my mac home via the new software but do not know what I need, if anything to alter or TEMP change on blackberry tour 9360.  Trying to finally get contacts and calendar on my computer at home without the use of third-party software.   On the BlackBerry, in each of these applications, disable wireless synchronization (open calendar > options > select the profile calendar you want to sync).

  Do the same for the address book.

  Once completed, don't forget to reactivate them both.

  I just received a Bold 9700 and noticed that, even though I have the ability to synchronize the profile pictures of my friends with my contacts on the phone profiles, photos for my phone contacts remain blank.  Facebook profiles are related to my contacts and sometimes show the Facebook profile photo, but after a while the image is an icon of the Virgin again.  I also deselected the option synchronize and re-activated the option Update Blackberry contacts with my Facebook contacts to try to force the update photos, but without success.

  This error is caused by a third-party application on the BlackBerry. This application will need to be removed and then you can re-installed games.

  To find out which application is causing the problem go to/Library/Application Support / BlackBerryDesktop / Logs and open the daily log on the Mac.

  And you will find a line in the newspaper that said: abandonment of the install because of unmet dependencies for packages: ((Application name))

  That lists the name of the application.  Then you can remove this application from BlackBerry.  Let me know if you have any other questions.

  If you have one of the new fast devices, you may need to use a patch.  It is not a problem with your device: it is just that the connection software has been changed AFTER the last program of PocketMac has been published.  A new is put to the test, but for the moment, there is a patch to connect to your new devices.  There is a special way to install it on top of the regular program of PocketMac, so just follow these steps and you should be able to connect:

  I do not work for Blackberry, but I know that BBM for iOS and Android features are limited compared to the Blackberry Version. They have only cat features, with video and voice, expected sometime next year. I hope this helps!

  The problem revolves around Mac OS X 64-bit OS and Blackberry Desktop Manager for 32-bit OS.

So I'm not sure if you're really using all the good stuff... so, even if a lot of this will be redundant, please examine carefully for subtle tricks do you need to... done correctly, this can heal the situation. But any errors on the way (not ignored, stage not completed correctly, etc.) invalidates the whole process and translates the automatic process of support and limited to only the OS packages currently supported by your specific carrier.
