OK, I chose to update later I was updating a lot of apps at the same time. They are all done now, but how do I get the tpo phone reboot actually so I can finish the updates?

On your home screen, click Power Off. When the prompt appears, select Full Power Off. Once your phone is turned off, turn it on and wait for the reboot.

Like you have several problem with your device, please try these steps in a sequence:
1 - Save your pocket computer.

- You expect a registration messages in your Inbox messages.
2 remove and return your Service book
- KB05000 : Remove the maintenance book for the e-mail account to BlackBerry Internet Service from the BlackBerry smartphone

- (Wait an Enrollment Message arrives in your Inbox for each email that you have configured on your device)
3. and then do a restart of battery like that pull while the device is powered on remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert back
Once you did try BBM to see if it allows access. Or perhaps reinstall the BlackBerry Messenger application using the same method as mention earlier.

Thus, the reboot took 2 hours? Or it restart but the home screen is frozen? These are two totally different situations.
However, with the power on, please remove the battery again. Leave it for at least 10 minutes. Then put back in and wait through the restart - at least 20 total minutes (maybe a little more... "I wait 15 minutes after the reboot is complete before judging whether it is frozen or not).
If this fails, I recommend to start safe mode and delete what you have installed just before it started:

Whenever I go to download the update of the software ' 7.1.0 Bundle 1149' it comes up with an error at the end by saying that I need to remove "21.4 MB of personal data", so I wonder about what exactly is 'personal data', so I can take advantage of the new update of the system...

Frozen to the software update blackBerry smartphones
I have a Blackberry Curve 9360 and it is frozen all by doing an update of the software (progress overall backup 13%). It has been like that for the last two hours. I tried to take out the battery, but it just goes back to the same screen when it restarts.

Update blackBerry Smartphones / Device Manager issue
Hey guys, I have a problem.
I recently acquired a Blackberry 8330 and let me start by saying this: it's one of the best machines I've ever held. It is simply amazing.
I installed the Device Manager and have been using it without any problem. Then, I went and did an update wireless with my phone, the upgrade of the OS. Since I did this, however, the Manager has recently stopped recognizing my device - my computer recognizes him again, as he charges when it is plugged in and I can always access to the hard drive, but for some reason, I cannot use the Device Manager to do anything - down, States in the Device Manager there is no trendy Black Berry as shown by the 'None' exposed next to the Pin number.
What can I do? I really need to access blackberry via the Device Manager. Someone, please help > _
Things I've tried:
-Restart the Blackberry (both by pressing the red button and pull the battery and re insert)
-Update the device to the more recent version Manager
-The latest version is uninstalled, then download and install the version provided with the blackberry (4.2)
I noticed that the CD that came with the device itself does not contain the most recent edition of the Device Manager, if that means anything. It's just weird that the Device Manager has stopped working after I upgraded. Currently, my OS is V4.5.0.175. I've recently updated both my 8310 Black Berry - same question parents. Before, I could access it via Device Manager. Now, I can't. Please help me!

Data not updated blackBerry Smartphones when inactive phone
Hi all
Recently, I removed my main of my device e-mail address while he is on vacation.
I just put back it, but now I find that data (emails and BBM) are not updated when the phone was in bag for awhile.
If I put myself in response to or sending emails or BBM of unit all starts update again and all emails in circulation and BMMs come out at the same time.
Everything working the normal flow is restored, but after being in the Pocket for awhile everything stops again.
Any ideas?
I noticed the problem when I started getting these archaic messages called SMS asking me why I do not answer to my BBM... naturally the idea of not receiving them is scaring me senseless!

Check the version of operating system of the device, and then use the correct steps to register your device. Basically, you refresh your network connection and the software to control the connection on your device.

When I did the last upsdate for blackberry app world on phone icon missing and can't find it, please help
1. on your home screen, press Menu > SHOW ALL, so that ALL DISPLAY is checked.
2. look in EVERY folder on your device... Applications, instant messaging, downloads, etc.If you still don't see it:
- do... go into Options > device > Applications, search AppWorld on your list and IF it is, delete it.
- Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.
- Now, use your browser to go to the www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install AppWorld again.

First on your homescreen to Options > device > application > then scroll down to the World App delete App World from there. After it perform a reboot of pull battery as mentioned on the post. From your BlackBerry browser or type www.blackberry.com/appworld then click download again.
Please try and see if that solves your problem.

Hello...
Two days ago after its entry on the App World on my bb torch, he said, "there is a update available for BlackBerry App World... ' and asked if I would like to install now. I did a bunch of times before with no problems, but I usually choose to restart later. This time, however, I chose the option "Restart now".. .and then he is stuck in a continuous reboot loop! Are there opportunities he's going to get out of the loop of reboot on it's own? I tried to disconnect the battery several times... .no luck. There may be a control key (or key combination?) that he will restore in a former limited installation or startup sequence (i.e. functional) version?
I took in the AT & T store, and even though I have the insurance of the goods, the deductible for a replacement of torch (which they were more than happy to help with) was $ 199! And with 4 more months on my contract for 2 years, I can't simply upgrade to a new BB... or other phone besides.
Help or suggestions on the LOOP would be greatly appreciated!

Hmmm... the result of the Safe Mode is very clear and distinct. What you suspect is of course possible... it starts to head in Mode without failure, but the problem is too serious to allow even the Safe Mode complete, and it restarts again. Quite severe, that. Has anyone else had problems downloading a Blackberry AppWorld application on smartphone? Free applications last few, I tried to download does not give me the choice 'Download' but rather say "uninstalled". Any suggestions?

Have you restarted your BlackBerry and retried the download?
If it still does not, try this...
1. open the App World
2. go to my world
3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press "RST."
3. for the storm - hold the num-lock ('! 123 ") button so that it hangs and then click on '(34).
4. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull rebootPS: in would be really useful to indicate what model BlackBerry that you are using, operating system, etc.
Similarly, make sure you have the latest version of the installed AppWorld, using your BlackBerry browser to download and www.blackberry.com/appworld .

You must as KB says... wait and keep control of the KB for the updates. If you want to push harder, your channel is to push to ATT, since it is they who are in control of this last stage of the cycle version operating system.
