For assistance to change the credit card on your account, please visit this link
(1) connect to www.adobe.com. The sign in link is on the menu at the top of most pages.
(2) (if you are connected from other pages of the adobe.com website, click on your name in the top navigation bar).
(3) in the navigation pane or a context menu, click on manage account.
(4) according to Plans & products, click on manage the Plan.
(5) under payment details, click on Edit payment details.
(6) make appropriate changes in the Edit popup payment method and then click Save.
Please note:
Your billing address and credit card must be in the country of the version you purchase.

Hello, like many people in another forum (subscription of your creative cloud needs attention ) I have the same problem with my credit card. Since last month, everytime I try to update, it is write me the same message:

And as far as I know there is nothing wrong with my Visa card (it worked perfectly well last year), so I chatted with online support told me to wait 48 hours for updating my credit card, which of course, I did, and the results were the same. Clear could you please fix this?

Recently, I had get a new credit card number because I had to cancel mine. However, when I tried to update the credit card information, a strange thing happened. When I clicked on the "Save" button, nothing happened. He would not even update the credit card. I don't understand why this is happening. I don't want to lose my access to this program I like the software available to me, but if I do not change my credit card, I can't use it. What should I do if the Save button is not working?

I contacted the live chat twice in the last 24 hours, but they could not help me. They promised I will be contacted by phone, but nobody called.
In forums, I see this error reappeared since 2014 but no solution has been proposed.

I have no way to update my credit card information
So I was in the hospital and I just. During my stay, I got a new card of credit due to fraudulent activities happens with my bank account. When I got home my computer has the notification that I needed to make a payment that does not complete the payment process. So I went to click on my application Adobe Creative cloud on my desktop and its completely gone. Don't know if it's by design, but its not on even though my Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop and other stuff are all still on my computer. The message said: I left 12 days. I went online Adobe and connected to my account and it's completely against intuitive. I click on manage and it still takes me to another site. There is no region or a place to click for everything just to update my credit card information at all. Just need me a customer care page which leads me to these discussion forums. It is terrible by the way Adobe customer service. I had a trial version free but also flat bought apps with my free trial and paid a monthly amount with tax $10.81
So where is the zone on my account here, where I can update my credit card information? You don't want me to continue my subscription right? So why make it so difficult for you customer to do?

I have a CC month for Muse subscription ending in August 2015. I missed the last two payments (December 2014 & January 2015) because the credit card, I got the file has been exceeded and I forgot to renew it. Yesterday I updated the credit card, I was charged for January 2015, but my Muse subscription has not been renewed. Can you please help?

I've updated my credit card information after the expiration of my card to reactivate my subscription to Photoshop CS6. He crossed the fine and gave me the message that my subscription had been reactivated. However, when I try to launch Photoshop Application Manager says that I need to renew my subscription. When I go online to "My subscriptions" my subscription to Photoshop is listed as being active.
I called several representatives online chatting have passed several times during the time period. The last person I talked to said I have to wait 5-6 hours to make it active. I had to wait for 8.5 hours now and am struggling with what to do next I really need Photoshop to be back on so I can with my work.
I read something on another thread to wait 72 hours. I sincerely hope that this is not the case.
This should not be the case. You should be able to change credit card and continue to work. I am reaching out to you by email and we'll get the problem solved.
